Hello guys I just got my hacked account back but how do I remove my negative trust from Lauda since he not active anymore?
There's no way to remove the negative feedback, only Lauda herself can remove the feedback, and since Lauda is no longer active on the forum and is likely never going to post or carry out any activity on that account again, the only thing that can be done is for another user who's DT1 to give a counter feedback to the Lauda feedback since your account is now recovered.

You didn't read the post directly above yours I guess, this thread was bumped by @Pokapoka124, congratulating the OP, but he was 'corrected' by DdmrDdmr on how the OP was guilty of some misdemeanor on the forum which assisted is his rank up, and why by extension the thread is somewhat not that inspiring after those discoveries were made. I'll suggest you read DdmrDdmr's reply before yours as well as the links in them, to get the full story; and next time try to read other replies, not just that of the OP, before posting.

Do you know what is the real issue in EPL lately? Too many games in such a small amount of time! Shall these guys get some rest or not?
I don't see any rest forthcoming for the players, everything is being rushed, it's all down to the pandemic that has affected the league calendar, sometimes we feel for the players, but when you watch the games, you'll see their hunger to play, it's more like they don't even mind playing every three days, the coach could take off a player to give him a rest, and you see so much disgust on the substituted players face, it's beautiful to see, and I really take my hat off for this lads giving us so much fun week in and out.
There is always only one champion in my opinion, Liverpool is the team of reds Smiley But now united or chealse should win the championship. Otherwise, the difference will be quite open in terms of football.
Of course, Liverpool are the defending champions, I don't know if they'll win it again this season, and as for United winning the EPL, I kinda really doubt that, while Chelsea are definitely in it.
4264  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto Groups in Telegram on: December 18, 2020, 08:36:03 AM
You can either stop using telegram or you stop joining those crypto groups, they are more or less all scam groups and being a member in their channel can't yield anything positive for you, you can also prevent users from adding you to groups that'll give them the liberty to pm you without your consent by doing this:
Quote
You can also restrict people who can add you up to groups on Telegram; I'll try and write out the process: "settings>privacy and security>groups>'who can add me to groups' (you select as you desire, best to choose contacts only)>there is also an option there to add exceptions, that's you can include contacts you do not/want to add you notwithstanding"
4265  Other / Meta / Re: Pls Add a Price Tracker somewhere on the forum on: December 18, 2020, 07:37:59 AM
Not sure if this was discussed yet and don't know if there is some restriction or kind of an agreement that Bitcointalk cannot have a widget or a tracker tool of crypto prices.
Yes it has, on numerous occasions:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5179850.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5035948.msg46095182#msg46095182
And majority of the answers was no, this quote explains a lot about it:
theymos (or some famous members) already said somewhere that this would make the forum have the "too much price dependent" vision.

1 BTC = 1 BTC. And that's what matters.
4266  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bull Run; FOMO on: December 18, 2020, 05:17:56 AM
FOMO is one aspect of the network that newcomers and non-bitcoiners must feel when the price of Bitcoin surges very high like it's doing at the moment, it's just like users who join the network when bitcoin is about to be halved, they are only rushing cause they have heard that halving will prolly cause an appreciation in the price of Bitcoin, FOMO will lead a lot of people into panic buys as well as to make mistakes in their choices, but it could as well teach them a lesson on how to invest next time.

As this bull run continues, very soon, scam activities will go up as well, desperate people will take actions without thinking and scammers will take advantage of them, as a newcomer, always ask questions before taking any move, and don't hurriedly take a decision, cause it could be the wrong one.
4267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why current Bitcoin price pump doesn't get enough media attention? on: December 17, 2020, 08:27:20 PM
Bitcoin is not just in the news, but in the mouths of many, even those who have never invested or owned any sat, that's what makes the Bitcoin network so interesting, I've been in a discussion with couple of my friends few days back, and Bitcoin was a major part of the discussion, people are curious to know more about Bitcoin at this time more than ever, but what's wrong is most of them are only seeing a get rich quick scheme in Bitcoin.

Having said that, it's great that it's everywhere on the news, since the media mostly covers only the negative side of the network, some good news will bring new users and help in adoption.
4268  Other / Archival / Re: ... on: December 17, 2020, 07:19:06 PM
Will bitcoin eventually dominate the world economy and replace traditional currencies?
No, bitcoin can't "replace" traditional fiat currencies, Bitcoin is a form of currency without a third party control, and as you know countries are being run by a government, so it's not possible for the government of a country to function with a currency that they cannot control or print such as Bitcoin, and it's also not possible for there to be no government, so this situation is not possible.
As a result many individuals are beginning to see Bitcoin as a safer investment than its counterparts.
It's true that more individuals and corporations are getting involved and adopting btc for one reason or the other, but mind you that it doesn't still make Bitcoin a 'safe haven investment', nor does it take away it's volatile side, Bitcoin is on a very interesting spike atm, and I hope most of the newcomers to the network wouldn't fright when there's a minor fall in price.
4269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Fishing sites and fake wallet on: December 17, 2020, 06:41:41 PM
So that for any withdrawal we will be always asked for otp no matter if you mistakenly shared your phrase key or not
Mind you that even if you set up a password on your wallet, if an intruder gets hold of your seed phrase, they'll still be able to import your funds into another wallet and spend it, your seed phrase and private keys should not be shared. Don't put your hope on passwords, 2FA or even if you're using a hw wallet, you still have the responsibility of keeping your private info secret, protecting your funds rests on you and not on the wallet you are using.

Having said that, as you're looking for a wallet that suits you, make sure you don't store your funds on web wallets, as "not your keys, is not your funds", choose a wallet that you control the private keys/seed phrase always, and then keep it private.

Isarsenal willing to wait for them to be relegated first and then sacked Arteta?
Tbh, I'm still surprised Arteta is still manager of Arsenal today, it's prolly cause he's a club legend and they still want to give him sometime to fix the team, but if you ask me, I'll say it's time for Arsenal to let Arteta go, and honestly he's going to struggle to find a new team if he gets sacked by Arsenal, cause he lacks coaching experience, anymore loss in a game they ought to win, and I think Arteta will be fired.
I’m confident Man Utd will take the 3 points tonight. Sheff Utd are really terrible so I don’t think they’ll put up much of a fight.
Manchester United have to win this game against relegation threatened Sheffield, since City and Chelsea failed to win when they were expected to, I wouldn't be surprised if Sheffield pulls of an upset in this game today.
4271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will we ever get another 7th Jan 2018 Alt Season? on: December 17, 2020, 12:41:46 PM
- Can we get another similar Alt season bull market when btc is volatility consolidating at new all time highs before the bitcoin bubble gets popped like above? Or is this start of a new bull market for btc where we have to wait till next year or 2022 for another alt season peak when btc is hovering at $100k or whatever new ath it hits?
We could and as well may not, that's why everything in crypto is somewhat speculative, what I'm sure is we're going to have a different pattern from that of the last Btc ATH, quite a lot of things have changed in the network, mostly positively; the altcoin market may see some good spike as Bitcoin continues to grow higher, but we cannot predict the exact timing that all this will happen.
Are Alts dying and BTC will be king?
Well, not all of them, there are still good altcoins like ethereum, it may be far of from Bitcoin, but it has also had its own share of spikes this year, and it's going to continue, there are other altcoins like that as well, though many alts are going to wither with time and due to lack of demand, but generally alts aren't 'dead'.

4274  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your merit will find you! on: December 16, 2020, 12:53:14 PM
For example, we have members who write 99% of their posts in bounty sections. Their activity on the forum should not have any impact on rank-up, IMHO.
Users who post LQ posts and by extension fill up the bounty section with all of their posts wouldn't rank up and no matter how much activity they have, would struggle to even earn more than one merit (cross Jr member rank), so their activity is still inconsequential and it shows that the merit system is working and there is no need for AI to assess users posts.
Accounts rank-up should be handled by artificial intelligence. Judging by the amount of posts currently on the forum
This system will still be criticized, it's somewhat not possible to find a system that wouldn't be scrutinized, the current system that has to do with merits for users before they rank up is the best imo, there's no need to hand the power over to a bot or a machine, it'll be complicating things too much, if you're a poster and you construct HQ posts, you'll definitely rank up, that means there's no need for change.
4275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the most important thing in the development of a project? on: December 16, 2020, 11:12:21 AM
Another important thing would be the community that supports a project, a big community means a big support system. There should be real people who are into that project, they can help for the development of the project.
I know a crypto community could help a project in one way or another, but that should come later, after the project must have proven that they are legitimate and not in the market to scam investors, cause I've seen projects that have quite a large community of users still turn into a shit project/coin; so what's more vital is how the projects sets up itself, then if all is good with the progress of the project, then definitely they'll be able to build a community effortlessly.
4276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 15, 2020, 08:32:20 PM
Up next is City vs West Brom, this should be an easy for the Citizens, I believe!
It should be, but close to 30 minutes played and no exciting move from City yet, the game is still slow and City players are moving somewhat lethargic with very few chances created, if City don't take maximum points from this game, then it's going to be very disappointing for them, this is a chance to close the gap on Chelsea who just lost and on others who are yet to play, I still expect City to win anyway.

Having said that, back to back losses for Chelsea, I'm sure Lampard will be mad at the boys and I wouldn't be surprised to see some changes come their next game, the good thing about this season is everyone is still in it, despite this loss and even if other contenders win, there's still not much difference on the table and whatever difference there is, is easily recoverable.
4277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 14, 2020, 03:23:11 PM
Tbh, every of this fixture is going to be tough, we could pick a couple of favorites on paper for now, but then the game will be settled on the pitch and I'm expecting a couple of surprises, or to put in another way, upsets; last season City were eliminated by Lyon even when everyone expected Guardiola's men to go through, that result could give mochengladbach confidence in this game, I'll keep my fingers crossed till the games begin.
Barcelona vs PSG! That would really be a competition. Barcelona lost 4-0 in Paris a few years ago, and then won 6-1 at home before continuing. That was absurd.
I'm not expecting that crazy scoreline again, lol, and I think the both teams aren't even in form this season, things could obviously change before this game is played and I'll be hoping it does so we get a good match from both sides, imo, PSG go through.
4278  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some advice for Newbies. on: December 14, 2020, 06:31:00 AM
Op if you read through this board yesterday, you'd not have missed this topic started by lovesmayfamilis: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5299670.0, I'd like to make it clear that I or no one is against you or your posts, so you don't feel that way, but the thing is lately there have been numerous posts like this and it's fast becoming a 'tradition', one or maybe two of it, constructed in a very good manner wouldn't be a problem, but when users start to talk about the very same thing someone said the other day, in the very same manner it was said, then it becomes somewhat boring and redundant to say the least.

Having said that, I'd reiterate that no user has anything against you, but you don't need to make topics blowing the horns of "legendary/hero members" or telling newbies what to do which wouldn't take them quite long to figure out themselves, then like I said earlier, if you must make posts along that line, they should contain more information and be constructed in a HQ manner, not every thing deserves a new thread, I hope you get the message in the right manner.
4279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub now accepting Monero on: December 14, 2020, 06:15:17 AM
Stable coins are the most recommended for service payments.
I understand your sentiments, and you also have a point, Stable coins like USDT for example will prolly be better if the corporation is looking for stability to an extent, but in this case with Pornhub, I think privacy is their concern atm and not a coin with a stable network, and it's not so difficult to understand why they want to offer their customers some privacy looking at the service they offer, not a bad one, but not generally accepted by many; so I'm sure that's the reason Monero is being adopted by Pornhub.
There will be a massive acceptance for crypto in no time, bitcoin, monero, other altcoins. As in almost every possible accepted crypto. A huge volume would come in and demand for it.
We're already in a situation such as this, Bitcoin is now being adopted amongst traditional institutions that people thought wouldn't consider investing in a cryptocurrecy, not to talk of incorporating it as their reserve asset; as many altcoins that continue to work and develop their network, they are going to move high as well with Btc, since they all serve different purposes, some stable coins, others privacy coins, some used for low fees, etc, people can accept and use them all, as long as they don't turn into shady networks.
4280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 13, 2020, 02:23:48 PM
Yesterday has been a very disappointing day for Chelsea, haven't lost a match that could have taken them to the top of the EPL table while they wait on the results from Crystal Palace Vs Tottenham today. I'm sure Mourinho has got some tricks to stay top with this game.
Too many people expected Chelsea to win easily against Everton, we all know why, Chelsea are in very good form, while Everton have lost the momentum with which they started the season with, but I knew the game wasn't going to be easy for the blues cause despite the fact that the team from the blue half of Merseyside have lost form, they still have quality players to pick up points against any team in the EPL.

Having said that, speaking about Jose Mourinho, I think he would have loved yesterday's results, from the derby draw, to Chelsea's loss, I'm sure he can't wait to capitalize on the slip ups of the other contenders, and I for one cannot see Crystal Palace stopping Spurs from getting all their three points, Spurs are slowly looking like real title contenders, if not favorites.
