I ordered one. One thing for sure though is that the difficulty will be rising A LOT, so doing a profitability calculator at the moment is not that accurate when you think about the possible situation in September.
The first batch you ordered when did they say it would ship? This is so I have an idea on my 'hopeful' grab of one or more of the next batch. thanks for the info What is the probability that they will have a release of these on Hashnest?
100% by Sept imho HAHA Look who's around Seems like you were right about a not to far away release of a Dash miner I need to channel my inner prophecy of bitmain evil, 2 month posts ahead of time. Like just stop already!!! Or stop posting, in that they are following my posts and using them for evil. (Damn, I'm sorry I just caused bitmain's Sargon all seeing eye of bitmain Mordor to gaze upon X11, I'm so ashamed....). 😩

@Searing Guys from china should help to resolve scam/not scam problem . I think this is try for revenage of Innosilicon through scam news. Bitmain destroyed their sale of A4 Scrypt dominator, after they announced L3+. Now they just trying to hurt Bitmain somehow. For A5 X11 Asic, they need lot of R&D and they do not have capacity and money for such thing. They needed 2 years to develop A4 dominator which was 2 times weaker than L3+, also for higher price.... Difficult will go a lot before first D3 batches arrives... You don't know whether or not they were developing an ASIC for X11 beforehand, though, do you? Perhaps they were already close to finishing it and just decided to announce their miner right after Bitmain did. You also don't know what kind of budget they have and what they can pull off. Whole lotta assumption and little fact. I don't disagree..I'm so clueless on this I'm not even sure I'm still on the same planet...to your point..they have had a long time Innsolicon to develop this.....same with ibelink so perhaps the crows all came to roost the same month but damn...this is like having 5 mnfg's of the first Avalon ASIC Bitcoin miners in 2013 all fighting it out at the same time....not sure what is gonna happen but if even part of this is true...it will be a volcano of difficulty for x11 coins... fun times...just when I think I have a clue...slapped back down to kindergarden

Someone mentioned they offered 6-7k for 1 but they sounded like they wanted more then that
Assuming this is not a scam site? What the 'blurb' says when translated from the China page to English...nothing on English page yet beginning of blurb 30.2Ghs 750W, Innosilicon today announced the launch of the next generation of X11 full custom-made chip and mine A5 DashMaster. The product is the company in the Wright A4 mine after another masterpiece, carefully optimized by the multinational team development, the performance of the world ahead, has completed the chip-level verification, the miners in early September bulk shipments, Provide free warranty for half a year. Innosilicon A5 DashMaster Master of the world's leading, one-step, to several times the competitive power of the largest computing power, the best energy efficiency than the boutique, to ensure that miners do not regret buying, mining, but the next two years The land of defeat. end of blurb so to wrap this up THIS MONTH we have either announcements of July/August shipments of x11 miners or for August/September at various prices from FIVE x11 miner maker companies 1) Pinidea (supposedly is making a unit this month..I forget the name kicked around) 2) Baikal (the 2,000mh x11,x13,x15 miner for $7k) 3) Ibelink (the 10.5g or so x11 miner for various prices (former group buy) but price now on site (sold out) was 6K) 4) Innsosilicon A5 30.2gh miner (still not proven it is not a scam site) no price was seen..and again this site may be fake. 5) Bitmain D3 15gh miner for about 3k with shipping and PSU. So how far can difficulty go on X11 if every miner released in the next 2 months supposedly is at least 10x the speed of the last generation? Damn...how fast can crypto currencies difficulty go up? I can't even contemplate the difficulty by say October when all this stuff hits the world. When it rains it pours...

true or scam?
not sure yet....is on the DOES NOT have any info on English pages there. here is google translate (if it takes) https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=zh-CN&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.innosilicon.com.cn%2Fhtml%2Fnews%2F21.html&edit-text=I'm unsure ..the email address etc looks different ..could be a scam/clone page also is this the proper web page for these guys? miner_sales@innosilicon.com.cnWhat the 'blurb' says when translated 30.2Ghs 750W, Innosilicon today announced the launch of the next generation of X11 full custom-made chip and mine A5 DashMaster. Again, do your research....just tossing out what I've heard and this 'supposed' innsosilicon" A5 miner...jeez....30.2gh it has to be 'unicorn ware' right?

Yep it's X11 miner check Twatter for their tweets. You have keep in mind that there is bunch of new miners. SO dont expect that 9K a month. has to be a typo , 15,000 mhs more like it ibelink released a 10.5gh miner for 6K ...so it is likely this bitmain x11 miner speed is correct.....x11 dash is gonna go up 10x imho gonna be quite wild

Stamp going bonkers, is this just manipulation or are there real whispers of bypassing the fork in the wind?

I agree. Bitmain should halt sales of L3+ until november, lower the price of L3+ and in the meantime work on a better model making double the mh/s for the beginning of the year..
My view is (hope I am dead wrong) is they are trying to completely take over the LTC network and be the main hardware folk like they have for bitcoin network. Over 85-90% If you look at the BTC network as an example they drove the price down on an S9 by kicking them out like toasters in Jan or Feb of this year (if I remember correctly) to something like a 12-14month ROI with electric/hosting etc Thus if they do the same to the LTC network my 6,000 mh of scrypt pow mining will make the same money as my 3000mh did in Jan and Feb at 4.15 a coin (10 miners plus) or about 1,500 bucks a month or say 150 a month for 1 L3+...by December 2017 thus my view is they are going to continue to do this till they are back with the L3+ product and the LTC network under their thumb like the BTC network ie shooting out the product like toasters I'd bet, (if I had any balls) they are also working on an X11 miner to do the same with that network by doing this they make it almost impossible for another asic maker to come in to btc and ltc and compete against them in mass amounts bitmain (evil works) (tm bitmain) Again, I've been in this since Fall 2013 and MOST ASIC makers would have a month or two lag between batches to 'mine at a flat difficulty rate at their own data halls) then rinse/wash/repeat bitmain is playing a LONG GAME and making it very, very unattractive to compete...and this is reflected in how they toss their weight about on the bitcoin scaling issue as an example...I agree it is very frustrating....but seems to me they will likely do quite well, kicking their profits down the road on the data hall and putting equip out like toasters.....you'd be mad (again imho) to design and make an ASIC machine to compete against them ...better uses of you millions of $$$ in Venture Capital $$$...seems to me they have LTC network pretty much locked up again this is my view (I likely don't know squat) but what it looks like their play on this is to me It would be just great...if we had a stall out on equip till around November thou......I wish.....Just don't think it will be so

I've noticed a video at Eastshore and they are running it on a 5 cable connection when bitmain site says you need atleast 9 apparently. https://youtu.be/QsizYKXnTpIDoes anyone know if it's safe to run a 5 pci-e connection for the antminer l3+ ? That 5 pci connection is for the L3. L3+ requires 9 PCIE connectors. Eastshore's listing includes the L3 which is not offered any longer that I know of. wit Strange ... According to the video, its running on a 5 pci-e connection and is the l3+ and not the l3 and it's running fine. :/ Well ..not sure if this applies (mine are in a data hall and I did not have a hand in it) the bitmain site at shop.bitmain.comshows you can use shows the apw++ you can use with ONE L3+ or ONE S9 hope this helps..me I just run ONE L3+ on ONE bitmain PSU (April and May supplies with my batch) I mean why push the TWO on a PSU at 120 bucks with shipping? A little less load will probably mean a lot less problems. If this is not what you meant...I'm out of my depth. brad

Keep using core 0.14.2 and wait till segwit is locked in and wait for many confirms on any transactions until then in case of chain reorganisations.
I'd like to add: ... and for the love of all that is Bitcoin, take all of your BTC out of anywhere where you don't control the keys..... Definitely do this too. Right now everyone should be pulling everything out of the exchanges they've been treating as banks. It boggles the mind why people keep on doing this. Even an SPV wallet is better! At least with those you own the private keys. If the exchanges have issues your coins could be locked away until they sort out their problems. Anyone know what's up with some of the smaller pools like Kano, Slush? Are they going for BIP91 ? I read someplace slush is doing it also ..as to the others don't know. er...found it on the coinbase article..they say slush is on board. http://www.coindesk.com/bip91-begins-bitcoins-miners-signal-segwit2x-scaling-proposal-early/

Look at Espers they are adding masternodes to their chain in a few months. You can get coins relatively cheap now. Once the masternodes launch then I expect the price to go up.
Thanks for info is there any relative link or bitcointolk thread link to refer https://espers.io/don't look like much

I just report the news. Don't forget the NYA and 80% of miners have pledged to switch over to btc1. If that happens Jeff Garzik and friends will control bitcoin.
That can easily be prevented by a PoW change and I think we are getting very close to it. Whatever they do, my UASF node is up and running. Hold on, gotta go throw out my miners in the trash shame on you recycle for use as doorstops....if you have a lot of soon to be shot due to all asics (of any flavor) and crypto going kaput.....like me.... a wall of shame...or....paperweights....stack them for cat condos etc But trash...that is just wasteful I think a cooler idea would be to build a house out of them - a crypto house! lool. I can just insert them in the interior walls of the house. Or I could send them back to Bitmain with a C4 explosive bomb on each one. After 24 hrs of operation they would all blow up at the same time. Muahahah! On a serious note: ..all the players of the many flavors of BTC forks...made their 'millions of $$$' and have enough cashed out ..that they don't care if it all goes cluster.....it is all about power and ego and screw everyone if they f*ck it all up....ah power......and money...and ego....= stupid an age old problem.....if this comes to pass will serve me right.....I was such a happy crypto kool aid drinker

No, the segwit2 +2mb code is not ready yet. so pushing it fast...they will either make the deadline and have a fork due to this or they won't make the deadline
UASF will then kick in
bitmain has said if UASF happens then they will do UAHF
so it could be just the start of going cluster***ck
of course, it is a bluff by bitmain imho they will compromise like they did on litecoin and segwitness gaining the power to miners and having all that nice cheap btc they bought up...knowing they really are not gonna fork
then once we are all one happy family...and seg witness is done ..with some vague line like litecoin of a future hard or soft fork to be determined in the future....the price will soar to 5k and many miners and whales will be sooooooo happy..esp bitmain
rinse/wash/repeat
the last great FUD to get cheap coin under 2k ....the process is in play imho
|
|
|
well..my paranoid self sees the following:
1) the segwit2 +2mb code does not get deployed in time or rushed and hardforks or other issues
2) UASF goes hits August 1st
3) Bitmain does the UAHF as they state if UASF comes into play.....so the head of bitmain can be a hero....by eventually ..making the same deal that was done for litecoin...again accumulating much cheap coin in the process....miners take the lead....
4) Yeah, I know I'm crazy as hell...but seems I've seen this 'tragic play' on stage before ...... ie Litecoin Act I

how the heck u able to add to cart? for me it does not work.
You can't, You will need to contact them directly thru skype or email to purchase. then they tell you 7K for 2,000mh (vs 6k for 10.5gh on ibelink) and you disconnect from skype
