Another email sent to MS and another no-reply. Getting very very old. Anyone out there fairing any better?
Try calling them. I've heard people have had better luck with that since it's not as easy to ignore a phone call versus an email. I did try a while back, the phone never picked up. They were either ignoring it or it was off the hook. I'll try again and see if I fair any better. Makes it a little harder being in Australia but it's gone on long enough! They have a live chat now,just go to their site,you may have to log into your account.Matt was there alot yesterday. |

haven't received what X-1s? They have received at least 3 shippments in the past few weeks or are you talking about only this week? |

Just curious on what order numbers/paid date are being delivered from Minersource?

X1 #1197/#1197A Paid Dec 13 2013
X1 #2411/#2411A Paid April 29 2014 (Batch 1 Order)
PSU #2780 Paid May 11th
Just curious what number they are up to in shipping.
If you have received your X1 recently could you post your order number so I can get an estimate of when mine might arrive?
if you look back a few pages you will see Atomar received his X-1 form MS 2 weeks ago and has sold it,he paid on Dec/13/13,I and others have paid well befor that and have nothing. I paid on Dec/03/13 and have been told 3 times my x-1 will ship next but I have nothing yet. |

well i got my shipping confirmation from MS that my X1 is on the way, unfortunately, they shipped it to the wrong address.
Could you tell us what order date? 15 April 2014 Order date means nothing,Apr/15/14 is when he got the NEW order # The date he PAID for his order is the important date! |

well my X1 arrived safe and sound and is now hashing away on mining rig rentals. if you are waiting for that LCD, its pretty useless. just log into the system via the web ip and it has a decent HUD of whats happening with the miner.

Hello people, what is last known shipped order number? I have #120x from 21 Nov 2013 and still nothing...  Are you looking for an X-1 or 3? Where did you buy it? Remember the order # is meaningless for shipping only the date you paid for your order is for shipping que,at least that what they tell us. |

I was told they didn't get as many X-1s as expected so if you didn't get a tracking number yet it's doubtful you will this week. |

I order with MS Dez. 2013. #120xA and received it last week in Switzerland.
Up and running since then.
Well thats F'ing irritating! i paid on December 2nd 2013, i was #400 in the old system, then i "never got converted" in the new system, ended up with order #2434A. I knew that my delay was just going to be even longer when my order failed to merge in to the new system. I even contacted their support about this and they assured me that things were shipping in the order they were paid... Bull Sh!t MS! As long as you did get moved over and have that A on your order you should be fine,BUT did you contact them and ask for the LCD? if you did your order was propably held back until they arrived with LCD. I asked a couple weeks ago for the LCD to be "included if available",reply was simply "noted". then I seen Atomars post,when I asked MS what was going on the said "you asked for your order to be held",when I corrected them on that i was told on july/31 "We have amended your request, your unit will be the next unit to ship out." yesterday "I am not sure why Thomas told you that you are the next to go out, as there are still a couple orders ahead of you by paid date" I asked when the next shipment should be and showed him Atomars post,no responce,yet |

We paid for our own shipping so that shouldn't be an issue. Yes some outside U.S. have received X=1s,UK and Spain that i know of. Did you get a tracking # yet?

If someone order back in May and got the delivery already then I will be pissed as I ordered x3 in Nov2013 and still bloody waiting. We're talking about X-1s not X-3s. |

What is going on here MS? if you ordered from Minersource please indicated the date you PAID for the order! This April date is most likely the date the order # was changed to the new format,like #68* t0 277*A. Atomar says he paid on Dec/13/13 and has had his X-1 for weeks. I paid Dec/3/13 was told I would get mine next but now i'm told no there are still people ahead of me. |
