Don't even know what this Newbie Jail is but as i see it , it might have been a feature in past , stopping newbie's from commenting or something. He hasn't changed his Password for more than a month , so it might be legit , some people farm accounts to sell.
This seems to be tied to a dead altcoin, so he is just looking to leave this forum is my guess. and if someone buys a hacked account? it gets banned or what? If someone buys a Hacked account , that's probably wrong for them and the seller . You should not buy a hacked /stolen account if you know about it! But some people fake it and sell it! , in that case if the user reports it , it will be recovered/deleted/banned . and if IP identified even the selelr can get ban. So I recommend to not buy account without sign message or if you know the owner or you're sure that they aren't hacked (not recommended). Though if the original owner finds out in the time , he can neg the account and report it and it will be negative and of no use. |
