I'm somewhat interested, but >$35 is more than I'm willing to pay for ASICs in this condition. If you're willing to come down significantly in price later, let me know. If not, good luck with your sale!

thread locked deal is sold.

USA sale only     you pay me first I ship it out no escrow.

I have 1 dead one

  and

Note both power up and can be seen .

 One runs at 40-50 khs

Second one runs at 280khs

I have one with 4 good 1 dead chip.

The dead one some times runs 1 chip around 40khs  better to say it did do that and stopped 3 times.  I no longer get it to hash although the pc sees the com port number.

the 4/5 good one runs at 280khs.  has done so since may 8th

below is a chart of 4 grid seeds 2 good 2 defective. running freq 850

I am selling the two defective..    I will put the two in a medium flat rate and pack with bubble wrap.

It costs me 12 usd to ship.   I don't want much for these 2   send me a pm with an offer  over 35 bucks.

I want ltc or btc payment .

 about .07 btc = 37 usd

about 3.2 ltc = 35.50 usd

43104  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S1 setup failure.. on: May 23, 2014, 10:00:48 PM
OK. so it looks like they are trying to use the LAN instead of the wireless.. How do I go about changing this.. Gah I feel noob.

many people have had issues with wireless.  must you do wi fi?  if you must try changing your title to :

"I can not get my ant miner s-1 to run wifi."

I have too many wi fi dropouts so I do cat 5/6 wire.
43105  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - NEXT GEN ASIC on: May 23, 2014, 08:56:37 PM
Hey Guys,

All order will ship with an included Zencontroller. If you wish to use something different, you can re-flash it to whatever you want. zenminer has told me that if the controller is re-flashed, they will not support flashing it back again at this time.

Please direct development questions directly to zenMiner, thanks!

1)  good to know.
2)  thank you for the credit.

A question how long a wait for prime?  I will spend credit and not sure I want to wait for prime or buy other gear.
43106  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - NEXT GEN ASIC on: May 23, 2014, 06:17:47 PM

Well, I guess the cat out of the bag lol.

We are excited about out partnership with these guys. They have some really cool stuff planed.

Additionally, we are including one with every pre-order miner we are shipping Smiley
All my miners are hosted now, so I have no need for a Zenminer Controller. However, it sounds so cool that I want one anyways! Just to play with.

Will the cloud interface be similar to what you guys have for the hosted service?

Semi-tangent: Any chance Jeff could come up with a way to split the blades in the A2 and GAW brand miners so that they could hash at different pools? I've got a few friends interested in mining now and two or three of them could pool resources and purchase a bigger miner if we could split blades. Smiley Would make hosted group buys WAY more popular.

ZENminer has agreed to migrate all of our customers.

We will still handle the physical hosting and support of our customers. But they will handle the cloud interface going forward.

It's a win win as they have a dedicated team, and it allows us to focus more resources on Prime Smiley

WTF  this is not Prime???   well then when we getting prime!!!

Thanks for the pm.  I am waiting for the credit to buy into this.  best regards Phil
43107  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner Batch 4, Price changes daily, now 2259 USD for 1TH/s on: May 23, 2014, 04:50:00 PM
New price for AntMiner S2 1 TH/s Miner Batch 4: 2259 USD each one, shipping cost included.

So is S2 priced in $ or BTC ?
Are you trying to have best of both worlds ?

To me it looks like S2 is priced in BTC for you and $ is just mean to get what you want.

If BTC goes to $1000 your S2 price would be $4500  Tongue

no you are wrong.   today it is 2259 usd  so the 2259 stays frozen for a day.  while btc moves up and down.

btc is now 525 usd.  so you will pay more in btc  at this moment in time then you would have paid an hour or so ago when btc

was  535 usd.   you could get lucky and order when btc is 580usd (if it goes to 580usd)  and pay even less.
43108  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner Batch 4, Price changes daily, now 2259 USD for 1TH/s on: May 23, 2014, 01:26:53 PM
Wow, the price went up ….

Not cool ….

yeah btc is heating up

yesterday   2244-400 = 1844  btc was 505  so 1844/505=  3.65 btc
today         2259-400 = 1859  btc is    535      1859/535 = 3.47 btc

If you have the coins on hand this is a no issue.  as it is less coins.
43109  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: GAWMiners.com - NEXT GEN ASIC on: May 23, 2014, 01:20:22 PM
Hey everyone

Just a quick update. All is on schedule and looking good. No promises but it is likely we will have the hosted batch up early! Smiley

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make the announcement today Sad the company we partnered with has not completed a their interviews, and I made a agreement to go public with them at the same time.

So the announcement will come tomorrow. But it will be worth the wait Smiley

Hint:
It's free to our customers
They will get first access
And it's a game changer in the industry

All your favorite things Smiley

I believe you.  So hurry it up!  I know you guys have been busy and have spent a lot of time answering my problems via pm.

I like that about this company.   Hopefully you get this out tomorrow.   I assume this is the prime project?

I sent a pm today I figure when this comes out tomorrow you will address my latest issue. (used 5 chip gridseeds)

Looking forward to this.  as gear tweaking is getting a bit old for me.
43110  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.425 BTC for 180GH/s on: May 23, 2014, 12:46:59 PM
New price for AntMiner S1: 0.425 btc each one, shipping cost included.

Are there any plan to make the S2 be able to ROI, at the current price it hashes at $2.3 per GH/s vs the S1 at $1.3.
The S2 should cost a little more due to the case and the power supply, but at the current price it is almost double the price and does not ROI.
I think a fair price would be at around $1.5 per GH/s this way it is possible to ROI at current difficulty rate.

Using any calculator that considers the difficulty increase, and using a difficulty increase of 18%  indicates the S2 does not ROI at current prices.

As of now the S1 is the only miner that can ROI, but the problem is that due to the extra energy it uses it will soon be obsolete and for the S2 to take its place the S2 must be able to ROI.

Cointerra $1.9 per GH/s better than S2 but not good enough, sp10 $2 per GH/s better than s2 but not good enough for ROI to occur but lower energy consumption.

Conclusion the S1 is the best value per GH/s but very soon the extra energy it uses will kill the ROI.

you do realize undervolt and under clock of the s-1   makes 150gh and 200 watts possible .

At 150gh and 200 watts  the s-1 gets 35 to 50 days more life.

right now the  s-2 is getting a secondary price cut due to rising price in btc.

and at the same time the s-1 is getting a secondary price rise due to the shift in btc.

I purchased 3 s-1s at  1.167 btc  when I spent the btc the cost was 520 usd.  the cost of that btc is now 625.

If I buy 3 today with coupons I spend 1.125   that is  601.

 I paid about 173 usd for 1

today 1 is now 200 usd.

Makes for an interesting choice.
43111  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Lee group host miner]1800$! 1T bitcoin miner start to work for you within 24H on: May 23, 2014, 12:20:15 AM
back down to 750gh or so.

 also waiting for remote access.

also it has been 31 or 32 days of hosting.

I have not been charged for the hosting.   It was supposed to be 225 usd.  we had some down time you said you would drop to 220 usd.

I now have had the partial down time  running 750gh vs 1000 gh on and off for a few days.

Please address these problems

thanks philipma1957

Back up to 1000 thanks!
43112  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [GUIDE] Undervolt antminer s1 [1.19W/GH at the wall] on: May 22, 2014, 09:08:19 PM
thanks I just carried the 2 of them to my buddies office and we have 300gh   at free power.   but pulling 400 watts.

we can do up  to 800 free watts as per his leasing contract.

so by next week 4 s-1's  running at 600gh 800 watts and the watts are free!

to beaflag will do so on the next 2.

If you're going to do this and read the resistance values please post the voltage readings you have for the units under load as well. It is rather straight forward and makes a lot more sense as even at the same resistance values the voltage can vary. Everyone is used to seeing the correlation between XYZ frequency and 1.abc voltage.

43114  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [GUIDE] Undervolt antminer s1 [1.19W/GH at the wall] on: May 22, 2014, 04:44:02 PM
I just did my very first under volt under clock.

I have a good multi meter all resistors read 4.46 or 4.47 to start.

adding graphite is not exact and I had variance from 2.81 to 3.42    2 machines so 16 resistors.

one machine does not like running at freq  300 it had 20 percent   error rate.  so I dropped it to freq 275

these two machines with just under clock to 300 each pulled 616 watts. and hashed at 305gh

once I did both under volt and under clock

I am now hashing at 295gh with 399 watts

at over clock of 393 I had  398gh at 818 watts.

43115  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [OPEN] 32-37gh Rockminer R-BOX. ASICMiner Gen 3. 40-50 watts $89 on: May 22, 2014, 04:31:40 PM
This design is pretty lame considering the hash power one requires these days. What a mess to get up to a THASH of these.

these are for a small miner.

If they get 35GH and  If they use 38 watts  with a plat psu  .  you can buy 1  and let it solo mine.

43116  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner Batch 4, Price changes daily, now 2244 USD for 1TH/s on: May 22, 2014, 01:44:07 PM
Price changes daily? Three days without any change now. Difficulty is still rising.

If manufacturers will adjust prices effectively upwards (by not reducing it steadily) and basically basing the price on ZERO profits for miners after 4 months of 100% uptime, then I am out of the mining game. I am pretty sure that they have at least 50% margin on S2 (cost of goods=$1000 or even $500, perhaps). I can buy BTC directly if manufacturers are not willing to share the profit.

your math for s-2's is wrong….  this is based in usd not btc.   so if you buy it today is cost less btc today then it did two days ago.

your math for   s-1's is correct since they base the price in btc not usd.
43117  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [OPEN] 32-37gh Rockminer R-BOX. ASICMiner Gen 3. 40-50 watts $89 on: May 22, 2014, 11:20:05 AM
you got 42.8 watts on a k-watt meter  .

 two questions:

1)  were you using a brick or a psu?

2)   what was the gear hashing at?  32gh  or 37gh?

bricks are 70% a plat psu is 90%        my point is   if that is the brick at 32gh  a plat psu will be 36watts
43118  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.431 BTC for 180GH/s on: May 22, 2014, 10:48:16 AM
Try do a deal with them. If the controller turns out to be a manufacture fault, then along with providing you with another miner, they should agree to either refund in BTC to you, the cost of shipping back to them, or offer you a coupon on your next S1 to the value of the shipping.
they didn't even answer my emails 2 days ago until now. they hold steering wheel, their silence makes my losses is greatly increased.
I don't want to do business with the company as they are 2 time.

yeah if you get a dud you get screwed it happened to me.

one the bright side btc is going up in price so they will make more money.

don't delay  a bit pay the man and get the part.
43119  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner Batch 4, Price changes daily, now 2244 USD for 1TH/s on: May 22, 2014, 10:45:06 AM

What's the function of the tiny fan on the front just below the LCD?

probably to coolthe PSU cables if anything - its not really pointed anywhere critical but at the PSU. (it might also balance the airflow that the psu exhausts)

Oops!  Almost missed your reply.

Thanks.

sent the coupons to you bro.

btc is on the march up now  512 usd a coin.   the s-2's are getting cheaper.
43120  Economy / Services / Re: Get paid for your signature from FXOpen. Weekly payouts. on: May 22, 2014, 04:35:35 AM
For myself I am locked into ritz.  I have made 50 to 100 posts each week for more then a year.  I now have about 300 posts for May month under my ritz contract.   so leaving would be foolhardy as I would lose more the .339 btc.  1 week payouts are not unfair but they will create a lot of skipping week to week.
For me if I were to switch I would need wait until June 1st or 2nd.     ritz was smart starting a 1 month setup up and not a 1 week.

I do question 1 thing about this campaign why did the op do it on may 20th and not may 30th?  If he had done a may 30th startup he could have sniped  a lot from ritz come june 1-june 2.

My self I will clock this thread and decide if I stay with Ritz come June 2nd.
