4381  Economy / Speculation / Re: HOW LONG WILL THIS BULL RUN LAST ? on: February 09, 2021, 10:50:27 PM
HOW LONG WILL THIS BULL RUN LAST ?

I can last only a month or can last fro over a year. It can also have a run now and then dump and few months or half year of bear market like it was in 2013 and then peak again. Everything is possible. This could also be the last pump and that would make the dump way smaller as it used to be.
As long as these institutional investors keep buying Bitcoin, this Bullrun will seem to stay for quite long. It can be possible it stays for the whole year-round.

I'd never pray Bullrun will stop but it is likely to see that price is getting high too much that small investors can afford to buy them plus these fees added. I'm looking for a huge correction, which is a perfect time to buy because it seems impossible to see the market crashes just like how 2017 ended. The rise continues and that correction is the only way we can enter the market at a little bit low price.
4382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I messed up and feel terrible about it on: February 09, 2021, 10:29:09 PM
I messed up, big time. I don't think I've messed up that much in a long time.
No, you don't need to feel bad about it. You're still making enough money, I think.

I did it thinking that the price would crash later on, then proceed to spend that money to buy more Bitcoin, but I don't see that happening. I should have kept my balance intact, 0.03 BTC would still be 0.03 BTC, now, in order to buy back I'd have to spend way more money than I would. I think that I might be panicking way too much for nothing, I mean it can't continue rising forever, but the thought of regret is eating me.
I also thinking about dumps and I do selling as well. It is not all the time we get the high price. Sometimes we got mistaken but this should not be a reason for blaming ourselves. I may say, it is a need for you to control your emotions because this is now controlling you and will make you lose.

You will wait for the market to slow down before you buy back.
4383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: May-Pac 2, will it finally happen? on: February 09, 2021, 11:55:37 AM
His style is very much annoying yet very effective.

Nailed it mate, boxing is not entertaining when he is fighting because he seem to play his safe style of play, I don't know I think we will only witness one Mayweather who mastered his kind of style in our lifestyle.

Mayweather might be undefeated but it's not good to hear that he is also a boring fighter.

Entertainment should not be boring.  Grin

It is not annoying, but the sweet science of boxing. Why Is Boxing Called The Sweet Science?. So Floyd Mayweather is methodical in his approach of the sport, hit and not be hit.

Although I would agree that majority of us doesn't want to see it because it's boring, but he is very effective.

Agree, what he is doing is not illegal so it's okay.

If Floyd is not effective, he would not become one of the richest earner in boxing.
I'm saying based on the figures but deep inside my heart, I know he really is boring, but boxing for him is all about winning and he did it well.

Let's forget about that, boring or not, let's make this May-pac 2 possible.
4384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Super Bowl LV winner is... on: February 09, 2021, 11:31:13 AM
The voting was a close one, but most are wrong since the underdog won the game.

Another milestone of success for Tom Brady, he is really impressive even at his age.
I'm not really a fan of NFL but when it comes to NFL Super Bowl, I always give time.

Congrats to the those who win betting on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
4385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC back to All time high ..did you buy ? on: February 08, 2021, 11:09:33 PM
Unfortunately I wasn't able to buy any cryptocurrencies lately because of the stupid transaction fees you will pay in doing so. I wish I could've took advantage of this bullrun and have gained more profits but I wasn't, so obviously FOMO is overcoming my decisions right now. Still happy for those who were able to enjoy this ATH courtesy of Elon Musk.
That's it. We don't need to push ourselves if we can't afford to lose something. Fees are so high, Bitcoin is also very expensive, that seems we need more money to invest in it. And if you are just a normal person, considering that we have a limited source of income, I think this is not a good time to invest in Bitcoin. The bounceback could be possible, we have to wait for it, that should we have to do now.

4386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hype around DOGE on: February 08, 2021, 10:40:44 PM

From the very starts, I never buy dogecoin in short I'm not a fan of it. Although, I knew Dogecoin has build a strong community all over
the place in the entire world. It maybe low its price but the volume was quite impressive. But after that still I'm not impressed to invest
in it. But you can see most of the time in the exchange actually here in cryptocurrency.
Nobody thinks that Elon Musk does this, It surprises everyone. Now, holders are getting rid of the hypes while those who ignore Doge feel not good. But if you are playing safe, you should not invest in Doge now. The hype could be over soon, which could make you lose if you invested during this hype, not know if Elon Musk will dump Doge and tweet again.

That is a high risk happening to Doge right now, I'm still not confident about this. We're not seeing a stable market demand for Doge but it just a moment that Elon announces it, then spike. I'm not sure but gonna be a trap, IMO.
4387  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 08, 2021, 12:24:48 AM
Elon is a big help it pushes the price to $40k I'm sure many people profited on this level because the FOMO started when it broke the last all-time high, if you are a risk-taker you'll take this FOMO positively, not thinking about what happened in 2017, we are treading in a new direction, a new direction, it's either you can make a lot of profit or loss whatever direction you are taking be sure to only invest what you can afford to lose, even if the market looks safe.

Don't you think that Elon's role is overhyped? The prices are going up so fast because of fund inflows from the institutions. These institutional investors never make their decision based on a single tweet or news article. The possible trigger was the adoption by PayPal, which happened a few months back. Many of the institutions, who had adopted a "wait and watch" strategy have decided that time has arrived to make the moves.
I'm not sure if the tweet coming from Elon is a big coincidence that causes the Bitcoin price to uplift but I was thinking also that Elon Musk is a market influencer. He can buy this hype actually, and these institutional investors also have contributed a lot to make this hypes seem reliable and working.

No, I don't see PayPal included this current hypes, it was done last year after PayPal announces its acceptance.  At this time, it is more on new companies adopting crypto.
4388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dominance increases again and what happened to altcoin? on: February 07, 2021, 11:57:47 PM
today we see BTC Dominance increase to 61.9% and this gives us two possibilities, that is :
1. we will see the price of BTC will make its new ATH price and after the price of BTC makes a new ATH price, then there will be an altseason (bull run for altcoin)
2. after the bull run in Bitcoin (Bitcoin price increased very high and created a new ATH price), then what happens next is the market experiences a bear run (the price of altcoin goes down)

then what do you think will happen? and if I personally hope point 1 will happen Grin.
You don't need to wonder if Altcoins will rise as Bitcoin also rising. For the fact that they are in the crypto world, this is likely to happen, they are working together.

We are more positive that Bitcoin will be hitting $50,000. And so much hopeful as well that altcoins will follow the path and making another great history. And I hope nobody misses this massive growth coz it comes not all the time.
4389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather vs Curtis Jackson (50 Cent) on: February 05, 2021, 10:48:42 PM
No comment to Curtis Jackson but what I can say to him is that he's been fooled by Mayweather. How much we will receive after this scripted fight?

This obviously talks about money, the winner takes all. This will boost someone to make a fight even he knows that there is no chance to win. That even legendary and known boxers losses against Mayweather how much more for a rapper?

Just like the other said, this will be more on comedy. Have 50 cents on this.
4390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I lost all tokens deposited in exchange on: February 05, 2021, 10:28:52 PM
Is there anyone here using Idex in trading?
I kept a lot of tokens in this exchange. There happens to be this migration from idex market to idex1.0.
When I check my account, it has zero balance. Anyone here had experience the same, Is there a way to retieve?
Try to open your account back again and do token migration, this is just like a token swap. If there is an announcement from the telegram group in regards to that migration, then you should have to do it otherwise it never appears to your balance. I'm not sure but it never takes a long time to do it.

If still the issue is not resolved, You need to contact their support team I think. People in here have possibly no experience about that for it was seldom that they are using DEX exchanges as they mostly choose CEX for better trading results.

4391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't be surprise to see price of btc drop this week on: February 05, 2021, 10:04:16 PM
Well, it seems the price is going on the opposite side right now, yet the week is almost over so I think the prediction might be wrong. Unless there will be a big sell-off gonna happen which seems impossible. Bitcoin is now currently playing around $37k and still growing. There might be some correction gonna happen but I don't think this will be the major one. Besides, even if Bitcoin makes a dip it will be just for a while as we have strong backups which are the large institution is on our side. Truly that the market doesn't always work on our side even with the help of TA, anyway are still few days left, let's see what's gonna happen.
Predictions can be wrong or right. I'd never expect for huge correction as well because the market demand is consistently pushing the price to go forward, no big sell-off is happening but more on buying. Institutional investors keep accumulating Bitcoin and this is a huge factor that we can never see the market drop as what OP thinking about.
4392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non successful projects find it hard to pay on: February 05, 2021, 02:03:29 PM
It was not surprising and that is usually the ending story of scams or fake projects. Their devs are not seeing what could be the worse result in the crypto community as they only wanting to fool people and make money from their promotion (it was free of cost).

It sometimes happens that even we receive our rewards but somehow it can't be traded as well. It doesn't make sense than having these shitcoins without a chance to trade it since it wasn't listed to any exchangers.

Really disappointing, and it a little bit worried that this might be a reason that many people will no longer take the risk in crypto particularly in new projects. Coz even now, I felt it and have to see that most of them never succeed.
4393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategies & tips from professional players on: February 05, 2021, 01:30:52 PM
Hi everybody,

Many people think that casino play is purely based on luck. It isn’t entirely.
While there is an element of luck to playing at a casino, there is also a large amount of skill involved. The elements that the player has in their own control can be manipulated in a number of ways to make a game more or, in some cases, less likely to go your way.

There are a lot of different strategies for playing poker, dice, baccarat, roulette, etc. You can also find useful tips and tricks from professional players.

How about you, is it important for you to learn, or do you have your own strategies and techniques?

Thanks,
Karl from Bitcasino

I would like to hear and learn those strategies and this might be helping me to enjoy gambling because this might give me a chance to win any card games or it enhances my skills in card games. It is known that gambling can't be just only a luck base game especially when we are talking card games and so it is important to have this knowledge level than being an ultimate noob playing just to lose.

Not even it gives assurance about winning but this will give us some advantage over the others. This is a big help for the gambler, really and I believe that many gamblers would likely have these tricks with them.
4394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk Management in trading cryptocurrencies ...?? on: February 05, 2021, 12:23:39 PM
Have you checked the date of whatever you read?
Those are old school rules.
Bitcoin up, alts go down, and vice versa.
But that doesn't happen anymore. It is really difficult to predict the market.
Mostly, what will happen is Bitcoin up alts go up. It's like they are being attracted by each other.
I don't really know the reason behind it but it happens.

It just happens in the past where Bitcoin rises, altcoins will do the same thing, and that usually what we still seeing this time. But if we are thinking about history repeats itself, guaranteed not, it remains unpredictable.

A lot of influencing factors affecting the trend and also influential personality could easily make hypes if they want that could merely make changes on the coming situation. What it helps us to have this risk management certainly be effective is to have our trust in crypto, as I know it never gives us disappointment.
4395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust your gut on: February 05, 2021, 07:48:43 AM
My whole family told me to sell bitcoin when it dipped from 41k to 30k (i bought at 10k). I just laughed and HODL’d. If you believe in something don’t allow yourself to get influenced by family or people online.

100k EOY🚀
Sometimes our family members could be badly influencing and sometimes be good. But we are talking into a thing that we mostly know what we are doing where we could think that our decision is more important than with them. However, we have to listen to them as well for we know that they are a part of our life.

Buying at $10k then sell at $41k is a big profit already, But that only if you listen to them. That is passing by, you don't need the money yet and that seems you are to keep holding for the next ATH.
4396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice games on: February 05, 2021, 07:15:34 AM
snipped
There are success stories out of Dice. This is very hard to find. During the first anniversary celebration or something like that, Stake shared different stories. One among that is the success story. I don't remember his name, he has made fortune out of dice. In my learning, we can have fun with limitations. When we find it isn't good for you, or you going out of control staying away is the right thing.
And yet, some people got into gambling hoping for one day they got so lucky and win the jackpot. But I don't think that there is a thing like that coz gambling is purely a game of luck, not strategy (maybe it gives some help but not really). Some did win, but many had lost. This will something to imply that gambling can't be everyone, unless if you are lucky enough and destined to be a gambler.

Doubling our bet after losing the first bet thinking to be lucky in the next round? Still, the result is 50/50. This is why most gamblers make losses than winning.
4397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there nobody talking about DOGE? on: February 04, 2021, 11:07:05 PM
Dogecoin is one of the most interesting assets today because it suddenly got crazy.
It climbed up through coinmarketcap so quickly, that I hardly manage to look after its growth. Doges are already on the 12th place! No one (maybe except of Elon Mask) believed they can climb so high.
That be more interesting if you buy it at a lower price. People might not see this thing before until such time that it rally unexpectedly due to the someone is hyping then. Thank you to Elon Musk for doing this but we should be careful to this as any time, unexpected drops will cause us to lose.

At this point, while DOGE is on the heights already, not really a good time to invest them. Don't make the hypes drove us to buy but we should be thinking about what is the next possible to happen.
4398  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance questions on: February 04, 2021, 10:42:15 PM
Binance will never ask you KYC if you are just depositing and withdraw a small amount.

No can also see what is their limitation by clicking their limits and verification where you need to pass KYC. You don't need to worry about sending them your personal details since we know that they reputable exchanges and for sure, other traders are doing the same.

Some of their requirements will just pop-up or it sends via email. You need to follow them otherwise you can't perform any transactions.
4399  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Almost lost all of my coins in an exchange last week on: February 04, 2021, 02:37:04 PM
Wow, this can be a very rewarding experience and makes us more alert. In fact, when we are careful and try to secure our data, hackers are smarter and they can bypass the security. Really glad that you still can own your assets and move it.
OP isn't yet unlucky as he is in the perfect timing where he Login and read all the notification. Because in some cases, upon Login you will just surprise that the password is already changed. Good thing that there is an email message that saves OP otherwise, he definitely lost all of his assets/coins.

On the other hand, this might be an additional lesson for us at least to check email regularly for emails and notifications from exchanges and monitor them.
Indeed, in this crypto world, nothing is perfect. Of course, there will be a downside and this is what hackers use to steal our assets.
A simple mistake will lead these hackers to take all our coins. This what I worried about before and that it makes me decide not to leave a huge amount of tokens/coins in any exchanger for long days, once deposited I have to trade it ASAP. This is not a practice of many, but what happened to OP will give some hints to the others.
4400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptos are coming to physical Slot Machines - IGT received the patent! on: February 04, 2021, 02:12:47 PM
This will add more attraction to gamblers. But this will do the pilot testing first before it finally open to the public and not to encounter any uncredited deposits or any alike issues that cause only misunderstanding and trust issues.

For we are started developing these things, it can be soon more adaptable to the players and possible to happens that big casinos will also be acquiring these machines and new technology enhancements. As we through to these huge changes in the crypto world, the more it gains attention and that might a way to make a change what the government is thinking about.
