The Collective's online booking form for its Old Oak living scheme, an ambitious co-living development with 550 rooms, will be accepting Bitcoin as a deposit on the flats.
The standard deposit is £500, which equates to about 0.148 at time of publishing. Additionally, with the volatile nature of Bitcoin seemingly holding back its ability to be utilized as a currency, The Collective has pledged “spot conversion,” which means it will bear any financial risk while holding the deposit, returning it at the original value when the tenancy finishes. I think this is the best step of a developed country. my confidence will be many other countries that follow the footsteps undertaken by the UK. this increases the positive value for crypto itself. I think you certainly have more experience for this. but telling me and my friends. this becomes a debate among bitcoin / alcoin holders. quite interestingly researched step of china country forbid ico. but I'm sure it's just a matter of licensing and avoiding the many scams of ico backgrounds. I think for the future China will give you a strict and rusty permit. |

I think it's a policy of the Chinese government to protect the citizens from fraud with the ICO. As we know there is many ICOs became a fraud, and China's acting quickly to make regulations on it. Nothing bad can happen if every ICO developer records their name on the official government list to become a legal company. CMIIW.
