441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto on: December 14, 2017, 09:50:06 AM
I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
Making decision that might affect your future is one of the most difficult decision a man can ever made. You can ask the ideas or point of view to others but in the end, you will be the one who will decide based on your principle. So you have to think very wise. In my principle, I cannot afford to live away from my love ones because money can earn but memories are made. My husband also has an opportunity to work abroad and earn more money there but he choose to stay on our side so, he will not miss the childhood days of our daughter. Besides, the earnings we get from bitcoin is more than enough to sustain our family needs. I guess, that is one of the contributions of bitcoin in our lives. To keep our family together. And I think, our family will not regret that decision he made.
442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: December 14, 2017, 08:37:30 AM
So recently I was using this app called Instagram (in case some of you never heard of it) and I posted some pictures & videos related to Bitcoin on my Instagram Stories (Like that day when the price goes insanely high and keep going til now). Then 2 days ago some of my friends suddenly asked me about what Bitcoin is & how could the price goes up like that. And I was surprisingly glad to know that I've influenced some people to get to know Bitcoin. And then I introduced them to Bitcoin and answer their questions about it, there were 3 people asking about Bitcoin that day just because of this 1 post.

I mean why don't we just use this power of social media to make people aware about this Cryptocurrency, well I know that there are already some people doing this (like those YouTube channels).
But what I'm talking about here is to us to post something about Bitcoin on our social media, you can just at least post something like your first transaction with Bitcoin and share your story on your Facebook or take the picture of your book that you just bought from the internet using your Bitcoin and then post it on your Twitter.

Don't be afraid to share your experience, you won't get hurt by doing it!(at least not now)
I think it is an awesome idea to use social medias as bitcoin platform for its promotion.  Through this step, we will become a tool to educate our friends regarding bitcoin and we can help them as well to earn extra income.  Even, some of our friends ignore our post regarding bitcoin, we have nothing to loose besides, our intention is pure just to help them know more about cryptocurrency and how does it work.  I will start doing it from now on because I believe it is a good idea.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: December 14, 2017, 08:25:01 AM
Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
In my personal opinion, I think bitcoin will never put into end because it is the currency of future.  As the time goes by, technology also develop and bitcoin is the proof of it. But, If ever bitcoin will die, I think people will not lose their interest in other cryptocurrencies this is because they are already familiar on how cryptocurrency works instead, they will just invest in other cryptocurrency such as altcoin.  I will prefer Ethereum if ever bitcoin die.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth again, what to do? on: December 13, 2017, 08:18:28 AM
Bitcoin growth again, for two days it's turn back his position 3960$ and continue to grow!
Should I go to bank and buy bitcoins?
Yes, you should buy bitcoin.  Bitcoin is a great investment considering how its value increases as the time goes by.  It is never too late to buy bitcoin but remember that proper timing is important.  You should buy bitcoin when its price is low to be able to have a chance of more earnings.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: December 13, 2017, 08:11:49 AM
Many people want to hold their bitcoin for investment purpose and I am one of those people But, When unexpected things happen or I face financial difficulties and I need to buy my necessities, even I do not want to use my bitcoin, I have to spend bitcoin by converting it into flat.  And that is one of the reasons why I am thankful for the existence of bitcoin, It teaches me to invest and save so, in case of financial emergency, I can rely unto my bitcoin savings and use it.
446  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can Bitcoin be ban? on: December 13, 2017, 07:54:28 AM
Can Bitcoin be ban?
Some countries tried to ban bitcoin but controlling it and prohibiting its existence is impossible to happen.  As a decentralize and cryptocurrency, nobody can limit its power.  Maybe, they can prohibit people or establishment  from using and accepting it but sooner or later they will allow their people using it.  Why? Because cryptocurrency is the new face of currency.  It is interrelated with progress and future because of the technology and the hope it brings.  I guess, currently, more countries are planning to legalized it rather than banning it.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: December 12, 2017, 06:08:47 AM
I do not think cryptocurrency make real money disappear.  Cryptocurrency is just another face of currency and it is not made to replace flat money.  When bitcoin become legally accepted by all nation, it can be use as mode of payment on online, bank, and other transaction aided with technology.  But, Considering the fact that there are some places that do not have modern technology such as internet connection and cellular signal, the idea of replacing flat money by cryptocurrency is impossible and far from reality.  It took long period of time before such thing happen.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: December 12, 2017, 05:58:44 AM
http://astrohacker.com/ahc/bitcoin-is-the-economic-singularity/

After reading this, the scale of black market and digital economies and the effect Bitcoin will have on them I am pretty certain we are going to be very wealthy men -- even with a sum as small as 10 Bitcoins. It's just so hard to believe. We are only in the beginning storms with these significant rallies from 10 to 20 dollars. I will not be surprised to see prices from hundreds to thousands in the coming months.

The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers.

What are you going to do with your Bitcoin wealth once your coins hit upwards of $10,000 a pop?
I am supporting you for your confidence regarding bitcoin. I agree that Bitcoin gives a room for everyone to get rich.   If people will just analyze the market of bitcoin and the potential earnings it offer, truly, bitcoin is the best avenue to invest money.  I believe that sooner or later, those people who do not believe and just ignore our promotion regarding the capacity of bitcoin will truly regret.  I am optimistic that the value of bitcoin will continue to increase as the time goes by.  And if that time happen, we, bitcoiners become the new wealthy elite.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About Bitcoin Bad Rumors on: December 12, 2017, 04:11:44 AM
Jim Rogers, a banker and another traditional investor, is calling Bitcoin a bubble. This is not new. But what keeps these people talking trash about Bitcoin? Definitely, these investors who own financial institutions, have their own agenda and are playing their cards.

In this article: http://dashplanet.blogspot.com/2017/11/whats-behind-about-bitcoin-bad-rumors.html, there's a good insight about the true reason why these people are spreading these rumors.
Those people who are close minded about bitcoin might have the same mentality as Jim Rogers. They can easily spread bad rumors about bitcoin because they never try engaging on it and never receive any benefits from bitcoin. It is just so disappointing that those people whose influential like him spread bad rumors without enough basis. I just hope that someday, they will soon realize the good side of bitcoin existence.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: December 11, 2017, 12:11:41 PM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
This is maybe an option for a single person who is risk taker with no dependents but in my life, considering I have a family of my own, this is definitely not applicable and not even a choice. Besides, in my personal opinion, I do not find it practical. Having a house to live in is one of the essential need of man.  A comfortable place to rest is important. I just don't imagine myself living on street just to earn more money.   It is not bad to sacrifice something to be able to buy bitcoin but not up to extent that I will sell my house.
451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: December 11, 2017, 06:12:31 AM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.
Yes, I am one of those people. Way back in 2010, my sister in law whose studying computer engineering that time educated me regarding cryptocurrency.  I just listen to her but I am not interested on it because for me, investing in a cryptocurrency is just a waste of money and the earning she discussed is far from reality.  After many years, I just kept on watching them and ignoring bitcoin.  Until, my husband try bitcoin early this year, and when he got his first earning, I was amazed so, I decided to research more about bitcoin.  And now, here I am, one of bitcoin beneficiary.  Not believing on the capacity of bitcoin when I first hear bitcoin is one of my greatest regret.  If I can just go back in time.  Anyway, I am happy and proud right now that I am a bitcoiner.

453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if a person died with BTC!! on: December 08, 2017, 01:12:45 PM
What will happen??

No one will have the BTC address. Hence will them isolated?

In FIAT, people can handover money to someone.. So, i predict BTC will be disappeared gradually.
Your question is an eye opener for me.  It makes me realize that I have at least make a certain code in case sudden death happen to me (which I hope do not happen), my love ones can at least solve it that will lead to access my wallet and my bitcoin address. I think leaving a code to solve for them will give trill just like treasure hunt that leads to inheriting my bitcoins.  Besides, bitcoin is an asset that my love ones will truly appreciate when they inherit if that fate happen.
454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Founder Supporter of Bitcoin Currency on: December 08, 2017, 12:54:19 PM
Such a good news. So This news help to famous BTC more and It occur increase of Price Grin
Yes, it is a good news.  Yahoo is one of the most famous site in the online world.  With their support, bitcoin will truly spread widely and more people will become educated regarding bitcoin.  Bitcoin community will continue rise and its price is expected to increase as well.  This is a very good news to all bitcoiners.
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: December 08, 2017, 11:36:10 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

Welcome to the bitcoin world. The difference of bitcoin from real money is bitcoin is a digital currency. Unlike real money that acceptable in any stores for any transaction, bitcoin was accepted mostly on online world.  With the said limitation, why we should still invest in bitcoin? The reason is simple, there is no other currency increases just like bitcoin. This is the reason why many people differentiate bitcoin from gold.  As gold, we cannot use it as mode of payment but if you convert it into cash, it has a high value.  As such, even bitcoin cannot use as mode of payment, you can easily convert it into cash if you needed.  The great reason why you should convert your dollar into bitcoin as investment is because no other stock market can give you the opportunity to earn as the bitcoin offers.
456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women in the cryptocurrency industry on: December 08, 2017, 11:13:14 AM
Every so often I run into an article that talks about how few women are involved in this industry compared to men. My suspicion is that there are more women involved than anyone realizes; they're just not putting their gender front and center.

What do you all think?

https://moneyish.com/ish/all-the-reasons-why-women-can-be-the-future-of-cryptocurrency/
I agree with you that many women involved in cryptocurrency industry but they not just put their gender in front and center.  Maybe, because still many culture treat women inferior than men.  But, the good thing is in crypto world, it sees no gender.  It gives equal opportunity to everyone. I am one of those many women whose benefited from this equal opportunity given by bitcoin and I really appreciate it.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: December 08, 2017, 09:44:58 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
The idea of advertising bitcoin in television has a pro and con.  Positively, the television advertisement will easily educate people about bitcoin and it will reach a wide range and will spread even in places that do not have stable internet connection.  But considering the fact that every country has different television channels so, it will be too costly and finding someone to finance it will be a great challenge.
458  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: December 08, 2017, 09:28:22 AM
Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket, restaurants and some institutions. But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?
Nobody is accepting gold because it is not a currency but it an asset where its value increases as the time goes by.  In lieu of this, people see it as a good investment.  It is true that they cannot use gold as a payment but when you sell it in the market, the corresponding value worth a lot of money.  In that way, bitcoin is like gold.  Even some store accept bitcoin as a mode of payment while others do not, if you convert it into cash, its value also worth a lot of money.  Therefore, bitcoin is a new face of gold because it is a digital gold.  So, we should not compare the two because both are convertible to cash and good place of investment.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the easiest way to help grow Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 08:48:48 AM
For example: Whenever you walk into a store, ask if they accept BTC or cryptocurrency etc. ? Even if you know they don't. It primes the cashier or manager to better acknowledge the next customer who asks a question like this and also starts a conversation or beginning to something new.

What would be your idea?

Your idea might help promoting bitcoin but I guess if you are the only one who will do that and nobody seconded it will just end useless and will just forgotten, the best way to promote bitcoin is through advertisement and through educating our friends and love ones. I guess this will leave impact rather than promoting it to someone you do not even know.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 07, 2017, 08:29:17 AM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
I don't think keeping bitcoin makes a person greedy. We have different reasons why we keep holding our bitcoin. Some uses it as a saving in case of emergency or when unexpected financial needs come along. Others save it for retirement purpose. I guess ending up with nothing will never happen. It is the currency of the future so it will last long and improve more.
