441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Play Simple FOMO, an ETH-based lottery where the last player to enter wins all. on: November 07, 2019, 09:51:25 PM
Goodluck to Everyone playing at this time. I'll be joining the next round ( if there's any thing). The problem with ETH based dapps games is that people don't trust them anymore. So a lot of us are expecting feedback from people playing the first round. How much is in the lottery pot now?

I have a question regarding the Crypto school
I have been offline for awhile; is it gonna be like udemy or coursera ? Where lectures are videos or pdf files

Or you have packaged a better feature ??

Our Newscrypto school will loke like lessons divided into chapters. It will be integrated in the platform so no downloads or leaving the site needed. After each lesson there will be a task which you can solve and with correct answers your profile gets tokens which can be used to access our advance and intermediate features.

Are the courses students take free? If that's the case, how does NewsCrypto make a revenue out of the school. Will be interesting to know. Also I think you should add the option of taking part of the lessons offline.

Well, I want my doubts cleared regarding investment
What’s that total cap and available supply for trade ?

Likewise; how does an investor get maximum quality from the platform ?
Any investment benefit from the lectures and all ??

I'm not part of the team. But I know a thing or two and would share with you now. First, Investors only benefit if they choose. Whether they do that is up to them. As the for the token allocation, You can see it below:

Newscrypto.io crypto school to help people understand the power of Blockchain technologies and its applications across different industries. Newbies will also learn how to capitalize on the exciting and volatile crypto market by learning expert trading strategies that apply to crypto

That would be very beneficial to the crypto community. One thing that leads to losses especially when someone just joins  the space, they become money-crazed that they take rash decisions without a single knowledge of what they are doing. NewsCrypto is putting a stop to all that.

450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why everyone is afraid to invest im crypto? on: May 30, 2018, 10:53:23 PM
Hey guys, why do you think people are afraid to afraid in crypto? I mean you don’t risk when you invest 100$, it’s not a lot and you can get 1000$ in a few month.

Like other financial instruments, Crypto also involves a risk. And the high volatility that exist in the market makes it even worse. Crypto is good. Crypto is profitable but you can also get rekt. I believe that's one of the major reasons that hold people back from investing.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Over $12B wiped out from cryptocurrency market in two hours. on: May 30, 2018, 10:39:41 PM
I'm still hodling, it will rebound.

Sure thing. I'm sure of that too. The market cap was somewhere around $280 billion dollars in February - march when the bear market was at it peak. The market recovered to over $400+ billion dollars market capitalization. Currently, every is just selling whatever they think should be sold while the whales prey on the the weak hands. So I'm not really surprised. The market will recover soon. If not now, In the near future.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time To Sell Alts For Bitcoin? on: May 30, 2018, 10:33:41 PM
I believe that now is a good time to transfer most of the portfolio to bitcoin. I keep at least 60 percent in Bitcoin. Then you need to monitor the market.

Keeping majority of your portfolio in Bitcoin alone is a risk as well. I think a much safer option would be converting your alts to bitcoin and bitcoin to USDT. The current market condition isn't that favorable. Maybe If the altcoins goes down more, You should sell the usdt to bitcoin and buy alts back.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: May 30, 2018, 10:06:22 PM
Can't wait for bancor to make the switch to EOS blockchain. I'm sure It'll come with improved scalability. I'm tired of ETH network bottlenecks when I'm trying to get a transaction through within a short time frame. And that is seriously limiting Bancor's growth. Bancor should be competing with top centralised exchanges already. Can't wait for the integration to take place.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Firmo: Financial Infrastructure for the crypto economy on: May 30, 2018, 09:20:39 PM
I like this. The concept is interesting. I'm always a big fan of infrastructural platforms. Firmo is bringing a fully fledged financial system on to the blockchain. That's a really good one. So I will be keeping an eye on this one. Might participate in the private after my research is completed.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥ELYSIAN🔥 | 🔥PRE TGE May 21-June 4🔥 | 🔥TGE June 4-24🔥 on: May 30, 2018, 08:45:41 PM
The project looks solid so far. The concept and technology is good too. But one major downside is the marketing. Only very few mentions of Elysian platform is made on some notable crypto community. And that's a huge concern from an investor point of view. I see the Telegram chat is already over 40K but It was powered by a referral campaign so I'm not surprised.

The team should endeavour to do some much needed marketing.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO's in 2018 on: May 29, 2018, 10:57:33 PM
Now the market is developing and I see around it a lot of interesting projects with prospects for development and this will allow us to earn big money in the future. But. you need to maintain the confidence that projects and teams you trust can really do something and do it all the time for the future of the project
There are too many ICO projects out there, and some of them are potential, if we choose the right projects that will succeed and make a big profit. But after that benefit, there are quite a lot of fraud projects. They always try to seduce us by the ways, so consider before investing in any ICO project.

These days, ICOs have mainly been about money grabs. Too much ICOs are being announced every day with too many promises most of which are short lived. Every new project aims to be faster than bitcoin. But that's nothing new. They always end up not bringing anything new to the table. The fact that they're maby makes picking up the gems tough. It's getting cliche already.

457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favorite Exchanges? on: May 29, 2018, 10:52:36 PM
My favorite exchange in recent times has been Binance. The exchange is easy to get around and trade. I used to be a big time fan of bittrex but it all changed after their servers and wallets became unavailable for most of the times. Not to mention they have a very annoying ip change system. My ISP has only dynamic ips that changes every time. It's a pain in the ass to get on bittrex most of the time.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your best HODL in this Red Zone? on: May 29, 2018, 10:47:11 PM
The best course of action during times like this one is to simply HODL your stash and buy more coins with potential that is for sale if you can. When you have done so, expect to reap the benefits once crypto markets become bullish again. With institutional money flowing into crypto space and interest in blockchain technology growing, expect some coins to show a bullish trend soon.

Seconded. Panic selling at a loss and converting to BTC and then to USDT is just waste of valuable time and iy eventually results in loss. What I'm doing now is to keep hodling my stash and I've added a few more tokens to buy stash to cut the losses. Everyone is in loss right now but panic selling isn't the way to go. I believe the market would take a positive trend sooner than later. At that time, You won't get b coins you panic sold at same price.

459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to become a trader? on: May 29, 2018, 10:37:57 PM

Every trade you execute should be an outcome of pre-defined rules of entry and exit. Never trade on gut feeling or any fundamental news.

I understand what you're trying to say. But of recent, fomo has now become a thing and trading based on fundamental analysis (news, updates etc) appears to be your best bet. Crypto has evolved. technical analysis works but not all the time. These days, people just fomo in and buy. At the end of the day, the best trading strategy has been to buy low and sell high.

460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold your coins in multiple wallets on: May 29, 2018, 10:33:38 PM
It's your lesson so you can keep your coins or tokens safely, I suggest you choose a strong security system wallet and have 2F Security code, like indodax and kucoin.

You're getting it wrong. Storing your funds on exchanges is actually wrong. Exchange are there so we can buy and sell not to store. I've seen cases when these goes wrong on exchanges resulting to loss of funds. Your best bet would be storing your coins in your personal wallet and storing the private key details offline and only use it when necessary and applying caution if need be.
