Don't beleive in NEO because this is not really decenrtalized blockchain which falls every ICO on NEO, has poor technology. Coin of the year will be Etherium if Casper will go production.

Don't invest now - skip and buy it cheaper on Exchanges (but don't recommend it) after ICO because website looks like moneygrab (window investor XXX invested YYY 10 min ago, special offer bonus, no White Paper, no team and advisors)

NEO blockchain will fall during any big ICO - it's not fast to make much transactions in one time. Etherium ICOs are better because more gwei = faster transaction
