So I cant get the wallet for this coin to work at all. First I noticed I had an outddated version (1.0.1 or something) getting stuck at block ~50000 and updated it with the one on the first page of this thread. After trying that for a couple of hours, I found out that one is outdated (stuck at ~30000) and got 1.0.3.. which wont even work at all. It just freezes every time...?

So sad that people who did nothing were paid so well and DCgirl got almost nothing. This is something what should be improved. Otherwise money from acisc will be useless.
when there was ipo gains, alot was promised,and when the price goes down they leave. this is called fairweather friends. That was an expensive lesson for me to learn,but we have moved on now |

My personal statement regarding Dcgirls departure:
I am deeply hurt by some of her words and i wil explain what happened behind the scenes, because i will not be made the bad guy in this situation.
the words "I just don't see the same level of dedication and commitment from our founder" are the most hurtfull thing of all and i will tell you why.
In the beginning of this coin i was supposed to be 50/50 with ziggy and we all know what happened,he left and i had to do everything,that became a bit overwhelming at the time.But then some fantastic people came to my aid, Xwebnetwork,Dcgirl and jakoblight.I was super gratefull for that and they helped me in many many ways.
Over time dcgirl made alot of suggestions regarding the organisational structure,and i allowed all of it, that meant that i no longer made al the decisions on my own but everything was now a team desicion.
I willingly gave up my authority because thats what was wanted by the team.however this lead to alot of frustrations because people can not agree all the time on everything.
This lead to alot of fights and dcgirl was not very reasonable,because you can not suggest to take all authority away from the founder and then complain there is no dedication,after i was turned into a mascotte
but im not here to burn her,just to express my side of the story.
Dcgirls work was fantastic,but behind the scenes many things were wrong.
I also would like to say that she did not even tell me personally she left, i had to read it on this forum and i think thats rude and unprofessional.She often spoke about being professional to the community but i was not given the same courtesy on multiple occaisions.
So again, her work was of outstanding quality,but the rest of it was not very desirable.
If you think the coin is now dead, think again.
I have said this over and over, when we have a budget, everything will be fine. Originally the ipo btc was to have a budget so the coin could grow.But i severly overpaid some people for their services,and others left.
I did what i said i would do and i re invested in asics, which will be shipping in july.At that time i will simply hire a team of devs to make my minecraft plugin,as well as other things.
so let dc girls statement be proven false right here "I just don't see the same level of dedication and commitment from our founder"
Ziggy left UTC,the consultant who was paid 5 btc + 100k utc left UTC, the marketing guy left UTC after being paid 15 btc,now dcgirl is leaving UTC.

There is an amazing development going on in UTC team. But there is no buzz about it. And without buzz, there are no buyers. I can understand why DCgirl feels exhausted and disappointed. So much work and so low results (i mean price). I dare say - stop doing anything unless there is marketing plan for it. Doing amazing stuff nobody knows about is nonsense.
Current crypto world is announcement powered. There are announcements about announcements and announcements about bullshit. UTC has a lot to announce. You can promote even things currently in development. Look at Stuhlman - his PR communication about Caix is really good.
Sad thing is that we are in need for serious promotion work for weeks. Are there any news?

this is a general message and not directed specificly at you : you actually need to have something to show, when you market it....if we market the minecraft thing right now, people will only say "when is it coming" every day.... Ultracoin is about substance,not about fluff....we will do more marketing in the future,but there is no budget for it at this time.There are some things you can do to get free advertising but that has its limits.If you watch shark tank you learn that big companys spend millions of dollars on advertising. We are in a developement stage right now,so there is not much wonderfull news coming out, soon we will have a marketing budget and we will also have something to show,but i need everybody to realise how hard Dcgirl is working and i need everybody to apreciate her and give her the space she needs.Place yourself in her mind and think about how it must feel to work so hard somany hours every day, and reading complaints and whining every day.this is severly demotivating. Also dont forget that these people are professionals with buisy lives and jobs,who are you to expect them to spend their entire life on ultracoin, do you even have your own rent to pay? I also have other things besides Ultracoin,im making a company and i have another crypto related project,but in the end this will all support ultracoin aswell and bring publicity to it.so im doing my job,which is plan years into the future and think about the best long term strategys. UTC is a medium hold, if you want to see gains in 1 day, go and support a scamcoin. it will have a nice fat and fast rise , and then it will explode in your face forever.... We are building greatness here, it takes more time.....so everybody just sit back and relax........ |

The fact that you can not understand might be the reason why... the dev team is not responsible for this price,the sellers are.This is not meant to be mean but its the truth.... We can not force people to stop selling, their UTC is their property, and they can do with it whatever they want,sell, hold, dump.. We do wish more people realised the value of Ultracoin,so the situation is very undesirable for us.Team utc is working hard but we have have said this many times before. |

multipool is being built,we had one, but it went offline and he never told what happened,so we are making our own my job is "1. Founder and Director of Planning" .that means i oversee developements and plan the general future of the coin.new strategy, future expansions.forge buisness relationships.Answer people in email,assist them with issues.talk to exchanges. |
