441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here who retired with Gambling winnings ? on: January 07, 2024, 05:33:11 PM
Anyone here who retired with Gambling winnings ?  If not, how much you think is sufficient to retire as Gambling winning ?

This is rhetorical question though but I will look at it as normal naive question that need some answers.

I don't think we have large number of people that made bastard money from gambling to make a decision on going for retirement. I have only know a couple of gamblers that has made huge amount from gambling but they didn't quit but had an establishment in other investment. They do their gambling on daily basis and still find time to check through their businesses as they don't manage it, other people does but they look out for other things and they are still active in gambling and with that, as long as people win in gambling, they will play to their satisfaction and nothing like retirement.

Our lifestyles differs, we don't live in the same country, the same cities and the same standard of living. An amount you consider to be very large may look smaller in to another person. If you live in New York, you don't expect to win $1M and have plan to quit provided that you still know how to win in gambling, that money might only take younto survive for a year and you will be broke and might go back into gambling again.

However, with that amount of money I will take an undertaking to get me arrested if I ever think of gambling again if I have such amount of money. I will have different business to my name and will live like a king from my own side because the standard of living is cheap compared to other cities.
442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Use your winning responsibly on: January 07, 2024, 05:17:13 PM

As you are gambling responsibly, also use the money won responsibly.
I won 328,000 from Sportybet. It was a running game that finished 3 days ago and I decided to use the money wisely. I had a small television in my living room so I bought a Smart TV for 307,000  I am so happy seeing this in my living room.
As you are gambling, make sure to use the money won to do something that you will be proud of and happy about. You can invest some in Bitcoin, buy properties, etc.
Do not use all the money back to gamble, that's not wise.
Just wanted to drop my achievement from gambling responsibly here. Below is the Image of the TV installed

Jesus!!!  Shocked  Shocked Shocked
How did you win this game man? January is not half yet and you have been blessed by the new year, I pray it continues to favour you and please take caution after this win. I know the feeling of having won a game but you and I know better how gambling is, this might trigger you to bet more of your money or even bet more than you can afford to lose. Don't go beyond this initial and keep to that bank roll. Don't ever make the mistake of having doubt like "if I have known, I should have stake big amount than the ₦3k, it's a suicide in gambling, please keep to your ways.

By the ways, I'm not trying to advice you how to live your life but don't you have more other things to buy, I'm concerned that buying such a big TV without other accessories will make you want to be eager to have more money to do the complete set up, you should have go for 50 inches which is lesser than that amount. The last time was around ₦270k. You would have save a lot to buy other stuffs but anyways congratulations. Don't mind to share your winning details, are they over or under options?
443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 07, 2024, 05:08:35 PM
I agree with you, in fact Chelsea cannot deny that their performance both last season and now shows bad results. Like it or not, we are still discussing facts that are quite bitter in the eyes of Chelsea fans. The instability of player and coach strategies raises many doubts. It does not rule out the possibility of being dragged further away from the top 10 positions. This is clearly a big challenge for the Blues to stake their reputation as a monster English team who lost  a lot of momentum to collect points and secure their position. Last season they managed to finish in 12th position, which is a bad record after qualifying for the 2021/22 UCL season.

They qualified to the UCL on the courtesy of Tuchel, where is he today? Chilling in Bayern Munich and they are roaring killing games even though there is Leverkusen ahead of them, he is a happy man and to tell you that he is better place than before, man is striving to stay in the top unlike when he was here in Chelsea fighting to stay top 4. You can't compare his performance to the three coach's Chelsea has had since his live. Graham was a mistake, Lampard was a disaster and Pochettino was a control damage, I'm not sure if there is something good that will comes from that team any time soon in the Premier League.

Chelsea looks more confident when playing in the FA Cup, which is natural because their opponents are mediocre clubs. The performance they otherwise show in the EPL, we can never completely trust the performance of the Blues, sometimes they play very well and sometimes very badly, strangely when they face other big clubs their performance is very good.

I didn't expect more or less from them in their FA cup match because what is Preston North End? Like seriously? What were you expecting. If the lose that match against uncommon team that is even struggling in their domestic league, then Chelsea is doom for life and the might not make any good again. The main work they need to do is to make sure that they are doing well in the Premier League and not some irrelevance trophy that belong to some groups

445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Achieving a goal on: January 04, 2024, 04:45:47 PM
Hey folks,

Basically, I have around 25$k to invest, and I really want to hit least 200K$ by the end of this year.
Could you please give me some tips and advises?
Also, It is an amount that I honestly don't want to lose since it counts significantly to my capital.
Background story, I have quite the portfolio that would count around 150k$ at current prices, some I sold early and some went greedy and lost.
I did learn a though lesson about patience tho.
Also, psychologically I am done with trading since the lost, I was great at it but one drunk night got me bad lol.
Don't drink and trade folks.

Thanks a lot!

There is nothing that comes close to determination and achieving your aims but calm down, crypto trading is more than the way you view it, looks more harder than the testimony you hear out there. I have a question for you and they are:
  • Do you want to trade with the capital as a real trader or you simply want to buy and hold till when it's profitable to sell them. If you want to buy and be holder, then you just need to ask and do your own research(DYOR) on some coins and invest in them but if you want to be a trader. I have another question for you
  • If you still have experience in trading, then I guess you know what to do next, get your shot together and try again
  • If you don't have any or you probably not interested, then buy and hold instead, that's the easiest way I think you can safely invest in crypto or trade.
Don't forget to not get greedy this time. Stop drinking, this is 2024, it will help you a lot.

446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you ready for crypto investing in 2024? on: January 04, 2024, 04:35:36 PM
Honestly, I'm not ready yet. I haven't prepaid anything yet, I'm new to crypto and I'm still learning so I'm really nervous right now. Hoping that what I do will be okay because we are talking about money.

I want to believe you are joking right or you answered OP to fill up the post quota? You are here since 2016 and has been posting since then, I don't know how you were able to survive crypto till now and you said you are new to crypto or perhaps I should assume you have been here and has never bought and this is the first time you bought and hold a coin, right!

To OP, I have some bitcoin I have managed to hold till now and I'm holding tight, I'm compelled sometimes with life challenge to sell despite having some profits already but I'm still holding expecting what the future hold to bitcoin this time. I want to see how far we are going this time and what is going to happen before the halving and after the halving, specifically the fees that are now object of manipulation and discussion. I want to see how everything will go this time around and be part of the journey.
447  Economy / Economics / Re: The Jim Cramer affect on Bitcoin.... on: January 04, 2024, 04:28:02 PM
Jim has this awful reputation in case you didn't know. Basically everything he says the opposite happens. They even made the reverse Cramer ETF lmao. Now the worst has happened and he has said BTC is going to the moon! I hope BTC is strong enough to weather this storm lmao..... https://twitter.com/WatcherGuru/status/1742574566948446441?t=Lq4TuNvvT4-l10UF_UKYqg&s=19

I don't think this is something new. The market reacts in different ways for many reasons and one of this is anytime a traditional financial expert says something about bitcoin, it's always the opposite that happened later, Jim Cramer is always victim of this actually. However, I will say that this was a coincidence and I don't think his statement really carries a heavy storm to make bitcoin fall like this, I mean more than $5k loss in a single 15 minutes candle is not something Jim Cramer is capable of pulling off this time most especially now that the bullrun is fuel by halving, I think it's a coincidence.

This has something to do with ETF, don't you think? There was speculations that ETFs were likely to be approved this week on Wednesday which was yesterday, that was what was circulating in December but now it seems they are been shifted for reasons known to them and that's why bitcoin fell off but if you observe when some start saying it will SEC is going to sit and have a meeting with ETFs applicant, suddenly the market started going up and that's why think this is nothing but ETFs game of throne between the applicants and the Security exchange commission.
448  Economy / Economics / Re: Habits that can lead to your financial failure in 2024 on: January 03, 2024, 05:19:28 PM
You have conquer 2023 with it's many challenges to to your financial status.

Here comes 2024, a year with a lot of excellent promises.
Your financial success this year is of outmost important particularly since we a re approaching the bull period in the crypto space.

The habit listed below may hider your financial  growth this year
,👉Fear of leaving your comfort zone

A comfort zone is nothing but a trap that makes you think you have achieved everything until you start realizing that you haven't achieve anything at all. It shouldn't be confuse with peak zone, if you are successful, a time will come in your life that you don't have nothing to do but to watch and enjoy the rest of your life but been comforted when you still have a lot to achieve is what some people don't know how to avoid. I have one of my friend that was working with a mining company and he was been paid well( he could save and take care of his need) and was offered another job by another company but he refuse to go even when the pay was huge giving excuses that it's far from his city, recommended the job for another and not long he was dismissed from mining company for reasons better known to them. He later got another job but pay less than what he earned over there and the guy he recommended is doing more than him today.

Not saying it's bad to borrow if you have a problem but stalking people over small amount of money makes you less of a person and less respected. In addition, stop hazing ladies in the name of pressure, you will go broke before you know, if you have a girlfriend, be committed and face your business or husle.
449  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay discrimination on: January 03, 2024, 04:41:36 PM
There has always been a huge difference in the pay scale between the white collar jobs and blue collar or skilled labor wherein the later one put in more effort physically and do more hardwork than the earlier one.

Should there be market correction done for skilled labors?

Some will say that an white collar employee is more mentally drained out hence they deserve better pay but people who do menial job stop working the world will just rot as everything cannot be done but robots and AI.

White-collar jobs and blue-collar jobs will forever have a price difference, if it were that easy, everyone would have an engineer, a lawyer and a pharmacist in their house but it is because there is a speciality and things you must undergo before you become one. You pay for lectures and school fees, you struggle to pass some courses, you struggle to pay for textbooks, you struggle to write final exams that may only graduate a few and you think you want to compare them with any craft person who can learn vocational courses and open shop, it doesn't work that way even though they are important in the society. What are you going to call a medical doctor and a processing engineer? If these two people alone stop their work or do a bad job, half of the world will die under a year. Last year when we had coronavirus, if not for the aid of medical doctors, the world would probably be dead now, don't you think?

It's sometimes sad to see how they are treated disrespectfully, be it a waiter, delivery workers, cab drivers, carpenter, or construction workers as they are the pillars and without them things will start falling apart. I know some of these can be automated but not everything.

Disrespected in what way, maybe you can say some people who don't value their craft and work but there is nothing that is useless IMO, respect is reciprocal when you treat anyone well, you get treated. Without Carpenter, there wouldn't be a roof and I'm sure he charges everyone according to the type of service they need, without cab drivers companies such as Uber, and Bolt wouldn't function, they make good money from what they do, some even earn more than some white collar jobs and we have seen cases where some people with white collar jobs do bolt in their free time. There is nothing like disrespect, there are cases where CEOs or head of companies disrespect their workers, so there is nothing discriminate in what you are saying.
450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health concern on: January 03, 2024, 03:44:10 PM
It's New Year here in our country and I happened to bump into an old friend who narrated a story about how he almost suffered a heart attack after he won a big amount of money in a casino, this was several months ago, he's lucky that his son was around at that time so he got the right treatment at the right time.

He did not know that his hypertension had gotten worse since he can gamble even if he has this, he is taking medicines and doing relaxation but big winnings must have triggered this.

My question is :
Do you know the status of your health while gambling and what do you do if you happen to suffer a mild or hard stroke?

This is why I make it a point to open my messenger and have my loved one that I can contact in case, whenever I'm playing alone.

Every living been you see walking and breathing has an underlying one health issue or the other but not necessarily be a heart ache issues, it could be liver, kidney, eye and other organs of the body, sadly many of us don't take care of our health or go for check up until they see symptoms or even become worse. Some is because of bad health care system, no money to take care of their self. While this should not be an excuse, we should always study our body and go for regular check ups to know the status of our body system.

It is rare to see someone young collapsed unless they have heart problems but if the person is a old person, there is likely such to happen. You know as we age, we tend to develop one or two health issues and hypertension is one of them, a person with a heart problems tend to collapse quickly when they are overjoyed or over excited, nor reason why old people should stay away from anything that will lead to such. If you have one, it's better to you avoid too, not gambling is not the end of the world because even loss can make one collapse when you lose a significant amount of money.
451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 03, 2024, 02:52:14 PM
Today's matches will start with Granada-Cadiz.Both teams are in bad form, but Cadiz are of course in a better position than their opponents.Granada can start with this match if they want to put an end to their bad run.Granada are the favorites, but the match could be a surprise.

Poor Cadiz and Granada, these two relationship with relegation are inseparable, one always goes or sit close to the fense while Cadiz neither do make it to top 4 nor made it to top 5 or 6 place in the standing. However, I think Cadiz is having more reservation in performance to win Granada. Too much loss is what make a team glue to relegation zone and that is exactly what Granada is doing right now, winning a single match to draw 7 and lose 9 is too much, not personal but will be good if they go relegation before the end of the season. Undecided

Real Madrid, on the other hand, will host Mallorca, the team in form in recent weeks.Mallorca have not lost in the last 6 weeks and it is likely that this streak will be broken today. This is a game that Real Madrid must win decisively. They cannot afford to lose points at home.

Mallorca are babies to Real Madrid, they have been in good form in their recent matches so does Real Madrid and the fact that Real Madrid is hosting them in Bernabeu will make them not let Mallorca has that free space to perform the way they plan. Not even in their last 5 meet up Mallorca was able to win them all, the last one they luckily escape was when Real Madrid was having a rough reason but this time is going to be different.
452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 03, 2024, 02:39:56 PM
Sancho is back at the right club, it would be good if he left Manchester United. Even though he played without Sancho, Erik Ten Hag still gave bad results for the team. Dortmund feels they can still utilize Sancho' abilities as before. So I wouldn't question that decision too much. The worse Manchester United's performance, the more it strengthens Sancho argument that Erik Ten Hag is incompetent to handle a club as big as Manchester United.

There are rumors that the Red Devils will be active in the transfer market and are already eyeing several players they want to buy to cover the midfield, I might add it would be better to buy another striker, but the biggest difficulty is that Ten Hag always fails to choose players.

Erik Ten Hag will be quick to accept the deal of Sancho not after what has spark between them this season. I will say that it's even better to remain where you are and appreciated than get maltr in another place. When players live Dortmund to English Premier League and other Tier A leagues, they represent well just like we have Haaland but I think so far, Dortmund has been the perfect place for Sancho, if the deal can be fast done, he better live for the transfer than get trash and warm bench everyday in Manchester United that doesn't look like going to the Champions League next season.

January transfer season doesn't have much available players like when we have many in the end of the season because many teams are been careful with how they sell their players, most of the time they don't sell good players except for less reputable clubs that do need money to see good ones that end up turning a new leaf in theit respective new club, I hope Erik get but this wouldn't change anything for them.
453  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some tips to help protect yourself from crypto scam on: January 02, 2024, 05:28:47 PM
Scammers are getting more fortification everyday, just stay safe,

(1) DYOR (Do your own research) always verify the legitimacy of a project or platform before investing your money and time.
Quote

These are very insightful and brief but the more you look into these, the more you find out because there is a high chance you will do every research on crypto and end up been a victim of bad team, bad community, low security that can harm the project by exposure to hackers and many more but Dyor is essential to overcome the basic challenges.

Quote
(2) Avoid suspicious links: Be cautious when clicking on links, especially if they seems too good to be true or from an unknown sources.

This might look underrated but it's one of the needed one, avoiding this one will help you a lot because this drain wallet faster than anything if you are not careful.

Quote
(3) keep personal information private: Never share sensitive information like private key or seed phase with anyone.

Most of us don't value privacy, if you can hide what is beneath you on your cloth, then you need to hide your investment, your bitcoin is yours and not for you public to see and view, chain surveillance are everywhere watching you with their automated bots looking at the input and outputs of your wallets which is very bad practice.

Quote
(4) Beware of fake giveaway.

(5) Use trusted exchange and wallet.

(6) Don't rush: Take time to make informed decisions, and don't let anyone to pressurize you into acting quickly.
https://www.binance.com/en/feed/post/1813515239154?ref=381381898&utm_campaign=app_share_link

Giveaways are trap, we have many ways of wallet poisonings now across different chain, if you stamp on any of them, your balance is as good as gone.
There is nothing as trusted friend, with decentralized exchange you don't need any trust, only centralized makes you want to trust them.
454  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scam Sniffer 2023: Crypto Phishing Scams Drain $300 Million from 320,000 Users on: January 02, 2024, 05:06:51 PM
Looks like a lot of people out in the world doesn't have the knowledge or understanding about Phishing scams. Since hackers are still able to use the phishing technique in 2024 to scam people easily means a lot of people enter the cryptocurrency world without proper security understanding. We in the forum have been discussing these scams for long time. That why we have not fallen for it, X.com has now become a paradise for scammers. I prefer to stay away from social media as much as possible.

It's not like they don't know that phishing exist, they know or must have heard one or two. There is two possible reasons. It's either they are bot contended with what they are have and looking for cheap means to get freebies which often as a result of greed or when they clickbait on a trap by hackers. A scammers will either make you believe something to be too good to be real or they set trap for you in places where you don't expect and when you lose guard, you get phished under a second.

Scammers always modernized their ways into their victims and most of than not is when there is a trend. When Defi protocols were the new thing, they used that to plug lots of money, when it was NFTs, we had many of them her and when meme came, same happened. Even Bitcoin was ones a trend, there was a time when a young boy hack into notable and influencial people and request for  Bitcoin and many of them sent the bitcoin, even Barack Obama account was use to scammed back then. Scammers are always ahead of people, talent they are supposed to use to be creative, they chose to steal instead; isn't that pathetic.
455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Single or accumulation, which one do you prefer when it comes to sport betting on: January 02, 2024, 03:41:59 PM
I just wish to see people view about single bet and accumulated bet. Which one do you till can be profitable when it comes to gambling. Although I normally do the two but in most cases I prefer accumulated bet to single bet.

I will go with accumulated bets, not because of greed but the chance of recovery of losses from the previous. Let's say for instance: Newcastle is having a match against Manchester City and then because of the form of City, you select a straight win X2 with odd of 1.3, if you bet that game with $100 and it win, you will win $130 in return and if the next time you place another bet on Manchester City with another $100 and they lost, you will have nothing and will be left with $30. Your initial $100 is gone and you are left it $30 and to make back the initial, you will probably need to gamble a lot to get back that money before even starting to think of profits.

Now, if you have $100 on 10 odds with 7 games and all won as you predicted, you will win $1k right and you can bet another $100 in your next game, even if you lose you can still have $900 left in your account and with more strategy, you can win more if luck shine on you. The only challenge I see here is that the more you accumulate games, the harder it becomes to win because there is every chance a single game from that accumulated games will make you lose the bets.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich, average or poor. Who loses more? on: January 02, 2024, 03:26:44 PM
Actually the rich tend to win more than the poor because they have better risk management which allows them to keep their bankroll incheck such that they loose less often than they win because they know how much they are putting at stake so that makes them reduce their risk to the bearest minimum so as to increase their chances of winning.

Your opinion is justifying how the typical rich and poor tend to gamble but I think it's more of individuality. You can have a gambler who is rich and gamble irresponsibly or doesn't even know how to gamble and incur many losses and there could be a gambler who is poor and basically understand everything you think the rich will do be it bankroll incheck and also maximize profits. But ideally, rich men are very good in management and that is why they don't get emotional and make decision that a poor person will make.

Quote
The house always have that house edge privilege and that's not in doubts as they are most at advantage more often than the gamblers. The poor usually have the mentality of wanting to milk the house all at one by this they tend to increase their risk by making multiple picks such that the odds become too high and their chances of winning reduces but with the rich they make only very few picks and with high stakes, they will be making good amount bof money already but the poor needs to accumulate so much odds to be able to get such amount the rich will get at once and this variations results from their varring staking power.

The house edge depends on the percentage they give and it different when you check different casino provided that they make it public and if that's true. A poor person can have a small amount of money but expect a huge amount in return, this is who they lose even without starting because even in an investment, you can't invest a small amount and expect something huge but they will bet $1 with 100 multiplier while a rich person can wager the same game with $100 with 2 multiplier and they tend to have high chance than those with huge multipliers.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Type of gambling and Intelligence on: January 02, 2024, 03:11:46 PM
Does the type of game you play at a casino or sports you bet on show an individual's level of intelligence or how smart a person is?
Blackjack, Poker, slots, roulette, baccarat, sports betting, horse racing, betting on sociopolitical events, keno, etc.

I will go with blackjack, not a fan of it but you need to be smart and step up your game to be able to come out hole but as for sport, you need skills and you need to know your ways in analyzing but not too deep analysis, you need the basics to win sports games. If intelligence is a measure on how gambling is won, I don't think even an illiterate will win but I have street hawkers, Bikemen and other people that does all type of sophisticated odd job and they win big amount of money through sport betting.

However, each of them has need intelligence to survive particularly when it comes to things like managing Bankroll. You can roll a dice a single time with a big amount of multiplier and recover the money you have lost for the whole weeks, even in sports betting but if you are not intelligent on when to walk out and call it the day, the casino forces will take all from you and would have to go back to genesis, this is where I think intelligent is necessary in all types of gambling.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think the altcoin bull run will begin in 2024? on: January 01, 2024, 04:23:12 PM
I'm obviously somebody who believes trading in altcoins is the right way to maximize profits. Now that we're getting close to a new Bitcoin bull cycle, I just wanted to know how soon do you think altcoins will take flight? Are you following the Altcoin Season Index?

Most of the time altcoins pump is after before the halving and after the bull run but things change, don't follow the historical moves of the market but you can use them as a reference and get prepared just in case before they start. As you can see as the halving is approaching, some altcoins have started to peak and recover and even Bitcoin mempool experienced more transactions, don't be caught by whale manipulation because usually, bitcoin prices don't pump on the halving day, they pump before the halving a month before it happen.

The moment halving concludes, that is when you see a particular trend in altcoin and start shooting up because they are usually the low caps that start such run and then others follow and you will most likely see that the rest of the existing coins will rebrand to the same trend just like we had Defi in the last bull run, none of the existing coins were doing anything like defi not until Uniswap was launched and others follow the trend and some of them lose money, so be careful of the type of altcoins you want to buy and sell.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC unconfirmed transactions exceed 500k on mempool on: January 01, 2024, 04:05:12 PM
My little suggestion if you are finding it difficult to send some fractions of bitcoin and the fee were so high or maybe you are sending from exchange why not ask for the person ID, for example Binance do have that feature you can easily request for the person Pay ID and send as little as amount of bitcoin you want to send without waiting for the network to confirm. Few payment that I made I only requested for their ID's and sent to them without any delay. With the rate of unconfirmed transaction I won't advise anyone to transact any little amount of bitcoin because the fee currently is outrageous.

Nice suggestion but this is limited to people that use exchanges like Binance and other exchanges that do internal transfers. Some people don't like exchanges like Binance, they prefer decentralized exchanges where no one will have access to their private keys and seed phrase but only them. I still think we need a permanent solution to curb these BRC 20 tokens but the network is a decentralized place for miners, they will mine them as long as huge fees are allocated to the transactions so they can give them higher priorities and live less fees until they are done before they process the rest.  Undecided

Another challenge is that if Person A is sending Bitcoin to Person B through internal transfer, Person A will not be making any fees to the transaction which is cool but the if the Person B want to withdraw the coin to an external wallet, he will be charge more fees than if it were to be from 1 input to 1 output. Binance withdrawal fee right now is 0.00062BTC to make a withdrawal which is around $26 but if you make use of an external wallet, you will spend less and Binance will not send out your transaction alone, they will combine it as a singe transaction with multiple destinations and will pay less fees because they will charge all the people involved that same amount, Binance is business right!

Sometimes people are always addicted to playing gambling online and this has made them loss alot of funds, due to always topping up theire casino account with there debit card when they loose. and this usually makes them exhaust all there funds.

While those people playing offline in casino halls play with only the little money they have at hand, and that will reduce the risk of over spending. So now my question is this

Playing online or offline gambling which is more preferable in terms of risk reduction?

If there is no addiction with a gambler, there will always be a point of pivot and stoppage either as a person that lives online platform or a physical place but if not for been illiterate of phone, why you would you go and stand in a public place to gamble when you will become an object of the people to see everything you. However, if you have an addiction in gambling, be it offline or online casino, you will always find a way to gamble, it's not about money available, you will always find any means to fund your addiction.

Risk can be reduce with physical gambling because as an online casinos, even in the night you will fund it and s gamble but as for offline gambling, you wouldn't be able to play because they probably wouldn't be available and they also have time they open. This is the only way I think risk and gambling can reduce even if you are not an addicted gambler.
