I have a hard time believing BTS would have mashed up this stock image with the below wave graphics that look like they were done in paint. I don't mind subscribing to your story if bigtimespaghetti was to confirm he did the work. ( https://i.imgur.com/hv3B3Szl.png) I have paid for stock graphics before and when that happens the graphic designer doesn't go out of his way to photoshop ( https://i.imgur.com/ehgRWdx.png) the watermarks out of the image, the watermarks are already removed.

This has just come to my attention, may I ask why the hologram image is watermarked with Dreamstime and 123RF logos?
I cannot give you an answer to that, besides the fact that I have a very reputable fourm member here designing it. Alright, if they are reputable I'm sure they wouldn't mind attaching their name to it. Who designed the original, watermarked image sold on 123RF?

It seems part of the issue here are potential grading fees being too low, considering the insurance requirements etc for high-value items.
Would it make sense for a crypto-grading service to charge a percentage of face value? It would allow cheaper items to be graded while still budgeting for necessary security regarding funded items.
Would you pay more if you could get what you want?
Since values change drastically all the time, I would say that charging based upon value doesn't work. However, you could have a pricing matrix based upon a sliding value scale as declared by the submitter for insurance purposes. Again, this is assuming that we are talking about NGC or PCGS. I would not pay any sort of premium to ANACS or ICG. Someone should put out a monthly "Grey Sheet" for crypto coin values. I would pay a monthly fee to subscribe just like I do with the Grey Sheet I like the Grey Sheet idea and after buying coin books for years I think that'd be appropriate. I'm also patiently waiting to see what these new slabs look like.

It will be cool to see how the colors play out in the reflection, when will these be going into printing?

Have any designs started to come in? I'm eager to see what's been submitted so far!

I've always had a good experience with ICG on my regular coin submissions. Haven't tried any cryptos yet, but will be in the future. $29 is total BS for ANACS to be charging.
Does anyone have a link to the their form or whatever? Thanks! Agreed, it would be good to add a link to their form. What does ICG charge for grading?

Those supplies on the table are pretty weak as well, not even seeing a slab setup anywhere unless I'm missing it.

I talked to this guy today but he did not know anything about the new labels and he was using the old submission form with crypto coinz at $19 each. He also did not seem to be the brightest bulb in the room. Makes me think someone could set up a more convincing table than this guy and easily make off with some coins. Definitely gotta watch out!

What is the status of the price check so far, have we reached consensus on what it's worth?

Thanks for the link krog! Will be checking it out this weekend.

Is the Credit Card Number field supposed to be blacked out like that? I'm not sure why they added an extra page with the fields black like that, but the last form had it as well. I assume it's so you don't put your CC info there as opposed to the very first page? No idea to be honest, just guessing. Gotcha, was a little goofy and I see they have it in two places now which makes sense although they could've removed the second one if they were actively revamping the form.

Very nice news so soon and thanks for the thorough update. I was one of the people requesting the silver strike if it was possible and to give everyone a fair chance I'd recommend limiting the qty to 1 per person when they get launched. This is a great idea, thanks for the input You're welcome and thanks for the follow up announcement. Looking forward to the bars and will keep an eye peeled for the silver mintage.

Interesting change of plans for sure but I'm glad they sent a notice out to all their customers.

Are these still available? Oh, wow! I'd forgotten about those. I was so very proud of that little project too. Very cool items. I've had the brown version on my keyring since. I'm not sure if I have any left. They're boxed up somewhere, if I do have any. I'll go searching before the Dallas SuperCon. Regards, Chris Awesome, I'd be interested in one as well since I missed out the first time around.

Interesting, the Ravenbit Satoshi's were DIY as well. I sent one into ANACS a while back and I believe it received nearly the same grade.
