@$crypto$ West Ham will be riding high on confidence after beating Manchester United hence I don’t think that we should underestimate them. Furthermore on the other hand Arsenal can’t afford to drop any points now hence I feel both will start slowly and then they’ll try to score that winning goal but if people feel that Arsenal will just turn up and win then I’m sure that they’ll be disappointed because this is going to be a difficult fixture for both the team’s.
I think should not be difficult for Arsenal to win, even though we know the opposing team is always unpredictable, but I think this is playing at home of course Arsenal will control the field and that is important for the host.

Although West Ham has confidence after beating Man United I think this is a little different from Arsenal they will not be able to (my prediction) but still I will admit from the beginning that Arsenal will win it.

If for example the draw let alone lose it is clear that many will be disappointed, but we will see later.

This game is mega important for Arsenal and I'm sure the lads will find a way to win , take 3 vital points and also take 1st position in EPL who in my opinion will be a deserved one for them after what we saw from Arsenal's games so far.

The other game , Brighton vs Spurs could be a draw with both teams to score or it could be a Spurs victory but also with both teams to score.  Grin
Of course Arsenal won't let them lose to West Ham especially a draw is very unfavorable because Liverpool is waiting at the top of the table, so I think this can be a win for the Gunners and they also have small odds if bet on but the win ratio is of course quite high.

Not sure about Brighton can draw they are always not sure to win, worthy of Tottenham at this time they still continue to need points to get back to the position, I predict in this match Tottenham can win, both teams score goals I think it is certain, worth taking the odds. Grin
443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 26, 2023, 01:56:16 PM
It's going to be a strong match and clash of two titans as Juventus is trying to catch up with Inter and close the 4 points gap between them and the league leaders, So they won't joke with the game. While on the Roma side that is managed by José Mourinho who is fighting to ensure he qualifies the Roma team for the next season's Champions League competition, wouldn't want to lose all that 3 points to Juventus; we know Mourinho as good at getting a draw in his away games than to lose the game. I will go for Juventus win or draw.
Jose Mourinho will prepare the strategy he always plays when facing teams better than them, which is a defensive strategy. In some conditions, the strategy he applies does look more effective, rather than he forces to play with an open and attacking strategy, because it will increase their chances of losing.

AS Roma are also still experiencing problems at the back, yes there are too many gaps they have that can be well utilized by Juventus later. I think Jose Mourinho does not take that risk and will prefer to focus on defense and rely on fast counter-attacks.

As for Juventus, they have a good defense, it's just that they don't have good enough sharpness like Inter Milan, it will also hamper them if AS Roma really play with a defensive strategy.
444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: December 26, 2023, 01:35:10 PM
I wish Galatasaray good luck in the Europa League from now on. Because I was really watching them excitedly in the Champions League. Especially their matches against Manchester United and Bayern Munich were really impressive. But they couldn't defeat Copenhagen last and dropped to the Europa League. But I still think it is fine.

To be honest, I was surprised by Galatasaray's defeat against Copenhagen. I really think Galatasaray will win and advance to the next round. But what happened was completely beyond my expectations. But maybe this could be an opportunity for Galatasaray to go further in the UEFA league because I think it will certainly be very difficult for teams like Galatasaray or Copenhagen to perform well enough in the next round of the Champions League.
I was not too surprised by Galatasaray's defeat to Copenhagen in the decisive match, because in the first meeting they also only drew and at that time Galatasaray was the host. In the second meeting, Copenhagen hosted, and by capitalizing on the draw in the first meeting they must be more confident because they played in front of their own supporters.

Galatasaray are now in the Europa League play offs and they will face Sparta Prague in this round. Sparta Praha themselves are not a team to be underestimated, they finished as runners up only 1 point adrift of Rangers in group C. This match will be interesting because they look balanced in terms of strength, but we will see what will happen in the match between these two teams.
445  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Education in Financial Literacy on: December 26, 2023, 01:15:31 PM
People may say that higher education Economics may not necessarily equate to financial literacy but I’ll tell you that it gives the individual a better understanding of Economics and finance. Someone who properly learnt Economics in school will most likely know better and do better than the average person in that field. Do you know that some of the things we learn today around finance are things that are being taught in the higher education of Economics? But this doesn’t limit the normal person from learning well about Economics as a whole or improving their finance knowledge. Today we have vast resources to learn from.
Someone who has a high education in economics will have something different from someone who does not have a high education, but the most important thing is the application. Because when you become a society what is more important is the application, not just theorizing. For me, experience will also be one of the factors that will determine later. So it is recommended that when studying, we should also go directly to the field, so we can see something real and feel it ourselves in the field.

Many people who have a high educational basis in economics in fact when they go directly to the field the results are not as imagined. So the conclusion is that there must be a balance in everything, because this involves real life which will be more difficult for us to live.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: December 26, 2023, 12:52:06 PM
No matter how ideal Xavi is, he still doesn't have control over the finances he doesn't have from the club. Therefore, both Xavi and Laporta must be self aware and accept the risk that the team performance will decline drastically. Barcelona cannot compete with its rivals who are stable in terms of finances, you could even say they are beyond stable. It is possible that Xavi will take more players from the academy to minimize the huge costs but that is not guaranteed because their schedule in the UCL is also a tough road to face. The mentality of inexperienced players will be a disaster. It's no wonder why Laporta really wants the European Super League to be realized  because the club will get a large injection of funds from it.
Barcelona must immediately replace its players, from those over 30 years old to young ones so that Barcelona's strength will not fade. Barcelona is a big team name that must be upheld to achieve victory in every competition. follow, in the upcoming match at the beginning of the year against Las Palmas it should be easy to win, but if Barcelona cannot be controlled by the interference given by Xavi then defeat will come to them and of course it will give Barcelona fans a feeling of disappointment.
They are not unwilling to do so, but with their limited financial conditions they cannot freely do everything they want, especially in bringing in players, keep in mind it will take a lot of money and their finances are limited for that. I think they have thought about it, but they can't do more given the problems they still face today.

Trying to maximize what they have now is one option, albeit with shortcomings but they have no better choice. I think they are also fed up with this, because this affects all sectors, one of which affects their own game. Xavi has a task that is not easy, because he must do his best amid the limitations he feels.
447  Economy / Economics / Re: How to gain money on: December 25, 2023, 09:45:45 PM
There are many ways to earn money in this era of modernization because even if you really want toignan more just capitalize Laptop / PC and internet alone you can already get income from it but the problem is not from how to get money. but whether we are serious or not to get money.

This is a fundamental question because after all, if you see your writing OP, honestly I am quite doubtful whether you really intend to do to get money or not because indeed the criteria you want are more difficult, especially if you don't have money before.

There are many who do suggest investing instead of trading but the problem is whether you are ready for that because you only ask how to get money but not accompanied by the advantages that you want to highlight as a form of seriousness in making money.
448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 25, 2023, 09:23:03 PM
Poor performance after wasting a lot of money for Chelsea at the moment and a change of coach which has no effect at all on Chelsea game Of course it deserves to be evaluation by management

I thought Chelsea would be a very tough club this season. After Pochettino sold lots of players and bought new players in the last transfer period, most of us thought he made the best decision by doing that, but after getting a fresh squad, there is still no difference in Chelsea's performance. Chelsea really spent much money in the last transfer period, and even clubs that didn’t spend much money are really performing better than Chelsea, spending huge amounts of money, but you are still in 10th position, and they might still end up dropping more in position. Seriously, I can’t really tell what Chelsea problem is currently, maybe the new players Pochettino signed don’t really have much experience yet, or maybe they are not also ready to play for the club as well.
Things like this will only be expectations because indeed with a massive overhaul where a lot of players were sold by Pochettino and not a few players who entered in the end made Chelsea a new club with very bad chemistry.
Indeed in every match they have very good ball possession because of the individual skills of the players who are above the average player but when their chemistry is bad I think expecting them to perform well quickly is a mistake and indeed it is proven now.

But indeed for this season Chelsea's hope is not to return quickly but to try to balance a performance that is erratic and so far even though there are some good results they get but I think this is far from perfect for Chelsea.

Quote
why does Chelsea  management continue to retain Pochettino after it has been proven that he is unable to improve Chelsea performance?

Even though Pochettino's performance is still kind of poor, that doesn’t mean they should just sack him, he should be given more time. I don’t think sacking Pochettino is going to solve the current Chelsea problem. We all saw how Chelsea sacked multiple coaches last season, but it couldn’t solve their problem, so Pochettino should be given more time to see if he can still make improvements in Chelsea's current performance.
Firing the coach again is not the right answer for now because we can also see that during the Todd Era there have been 4 coaches who have come and gone in turn starting with Tuchel's departure and being replaced by Potter and then Lampard who in the end did not have a big impact so Pochettino appears now and when they want to replace again, of course the situation will not be much different because the most important thing about a club is not instant results with a quick change but the adaptation process and until now Pochettino can actually still change Chelsea's condition if he is wise enough in addressing several schemes and not always making new plans in every match that is carried out.
449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 25, 2023, 08:39:13 PM

Barcelona won the La Liga last season but with the way they are performing this season, nothing good can be expected from them this season as well. They lack a great finisher and have considerable weaknesses in their defense as well. They enter the field with the same strategy to catch every match. To do well in major tournaments, Barcelona must work on their weaknesses as well as change their tactics, only then will they be able to do well. Barcelona is a big name for those of us who follow La Liga regularly and we always have a bit higher expectations for Barcelona but currently Barcelona are not able to perform to our expectations at all.
I still feel that winning La Liga is not really a benchmark for the Champions League especially for the Champions League is a collection of the best clubs that are in European competition so for champions in domestic competitions such things become commonplace here because after all some clubs like Napoli, PSG, Bayern and Manchester City also have the same title in domestic competitions.

On the other hand talking about the current performance and referring to a change in tactics for Barcelona I think is a little difficult. Tiki taka is the hallmark of Barcelona and indeed they are very good at doing this scheme it's just that for now their players are lacking which makes their tiki-taka hampered. Some players are still not even able to appear in Barcelona because of their injuries which make the tiki taka conditions disturbed. In addition, their progress in goal productivity is now a little faded because Lewandowski still cannot contribute more this season for several reasons such as adaptation after injury and age which is no longer young. Rather than changing their tactics it would be better to make some emphasis especially on motivation as this is quite important in my opinion considering they cannot buy players quickly due to financial constraints.
450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The European Super League on: December 23, 2023, 01:14:17 AM
What I know from the football media news is that only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Napoli joined the others refused.

Then this is about the financial benefits that make this super league, if this tournament really happens then the benefits of Barcelona and Real Madrid will get fresh funds including Barcelona will get out of their financial downturn, obviously this is just speculation.

As reported by Fabrzio Romano, many clubs have refused this Super League.
He said the broadcast of super league matches would be free to stream.  Shocked

Any others people would suggest?

Paul
Is bitcoin not in your portfolio, or is it only for altcoins that are in that bag? I think Bitcoin is important especially as a major asset that will soon be halving so keep a few percent there rather than nothing.

Altcoin HBAR is a very good prospect I saw some news that the project continues to do good development they also have good partners, I think it still makes sense for HBAR to be in your portfolio, then is ETH ruled out because it is too expensive?
I think ETH is good to include in the portfolio.

Am just glad I didn’t get to take that game for a live bet because I nearly did. Just how did these guys after about 85 minutes of game play came with no goals on the score sheet came ip with 2 goals in less than 5 minutes. The goal market was something I was looking at for a bet but, I’m glad to have kept my cool though.

Something I liked about the game though, how the referee came to the right conclusion in his decision making. Especially in the Aston Villa first disallowed goal from Bailey. It would have been yet another VAR flaw should the goal had been allowed to say d as the goalkeeper was clearly withheld.
Sheffield had a good game I must say, coming up get a draw out of this dull.
I took a bet in this game because I knew Aston Villa would win easily and it would not be difficult to get goals but it was beyond prediction Sheffield was able to hold a draw and certainly a little disappointed with this result. Damn it  Angry

I don't know what to make of the referee's decision, maybe it was right or a VAR error? What is clear is that this goal has been disallowed by the referee.

Sheffield can only defend and that's good enough until the end, well bored is quite clear especially without a goal until the 85th minute.

Not investment advice but towards greater risk.

How do you know buy low and high coins and then say with little supply is it warranted in your opinion? You say thousands of percent as growth, then I say it's just nonsense.

You invest with bitcoin, you can be rich, you can also go bankrupt because you choose low coins that have no price.
454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 22, 2023, 02:24:16 PM
I wonder if Arsenal regret their decision to replace Unai Emery with Mikel Arteta as the manager of Arsenal. Unai Emery has somehow transformed Villa Park into a solid fortress for Aston Villa this season, and even both Manchester City and Arsenal could not avoid a defeat against Aston Villa at Villa Park stadium. I think Aston Villa will beat Sheffield United relatively easily today in front of their home fans.
I don't think so, Arsenal have now found a coach with the right figure in Mikel Arteta even though they have to wait a few seasons before returning to glory even though they have never won the EPL when Arsenal are in Arteta's training.

Unai Emery is indeed a charismatic coach when he was at Sevilla, he also showed greatness by bringing Sevilla better than now, but now Unai Emery handles Aston Villa's care and it changes faster at this club they managed to be at the top of the table with a very thin point difference, now this underdog team will be able to survive until the end of the season? It's hard to imagine Aston Villa becoming champions this season.

Then against Sheffield, it could be an easy job for Unai Emery to win tonight.

I'm not going to turn down any good suggestions including this one that's been threaded a few times in this forum's gambling discussion section, it's pretty much the same thread just worded differently.

Perhaps you didn't do a bit of research before making this so the same thread came back as you made it, as you are probably new here so don't know much of what we often talk about when it comes to gambling here.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 21, 2023, 09:35:26 PM
In my opinion, Brighton seems more likely to win the away game than Crystal Palace. I know Brighton has been unstable in the last few games, but Crystal Palace is much worse. Crystal Palace does not have a higher probability of winning than Brighton in this match, even if Crystal Palace plays at home.

Previously, Crystal Palace were very lucky when they forced Manchester City to a 2-2 draw, but luck was not always on their side. Brighton is more convincing in my opinion, the high probability of winning is one of the reasons the quality of play is better than Crystal Palace. However, the first half was still a draw, there were no goals until the first half almost ended.
Already in the 75th minute I saw Brighton still could not equalize the goal behind Crystal Palace, I know with the remaining time Brighton will definitely continue to attack and press it looks more difficult because Crystal Palace when playing at home always makes it difficult for opponents as away, I even doubt Brighton's victory unless the result is a draw.

Well luckily Crystal Palace were able to hold Man City to a draw, by sharing the points they were quite happy to hold the heavy team, but now it looks like it will be a Crystal Palace victory if they are able to hold on until the end?
I'm still watching this game and Brighton are still dominant.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: December 21, 2023, 09:13:59 PM
An easy victory, I don't know. It should be a victory yes, but these games sometimes require patience more than anything else when one team is parking the bus. But under normal circumstances time should solve the problem when Alaves becomes tired slowly.

Real Madrid has the chance to finish the season before this winter break at the top of the table. They can get an equal number of points as Girona, but they have the better goal difference. I am not sure if it's the goals or the h2h duel between Girona and Real Madrid, but they got that covered as well.
We know better how Real Madrid is against low teams, indeed what we think Real Madrid will definitely win, then what you say needs patience for Real Madrid to be able to find opportunities to score, if it doesn't happen in the first half in the second half there are still opportunities with plenty of time.

I think the table will soon be taken over even though the points are the same only the goal difference determines, then at the beginning of the year the matches will start again they only rest for two weeks with this break, of course I hope Madrid win against Alaves.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Solana - Is it still good to buy or it's FOMO on: December 21, 2023, 08:48:15 PM
Now the price is almost touching $100 and then you enter to buy this Solana coin then it is clear you are FOMO because you see the hype on this coin, don't know if this will be a correction or not if you buy now it is consumed by FOMO.

Solana is indeed working well in the ecosystem it has developed, I believe this increase is due to the community's enthusiasm for the new project that stands in the Solana ecosystem so that the price continues to soar, now the increase has been more than 10x from the price of $8, do you maybe believe Solana will reach ATH $250 later?

This is still hard to believe, because this is influenced by pumping.
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have any one had experiences with banned bank/providers because of gambling? on: December 21, 2023, 08:35:05 PM
It depends on your local bank regulations, whether deposits from banks to gambling platforms are allowed or not, because what I know is that banks are always sensitive when there are gambling activities so they can block your bank at any time if caught.

Many countries have made regulations about gambling where they prohibit people from making deposits through banks, so maybe that's what the OP is experiencing where he is hampered by regulations.

The rumours linking Mauro Icardi with Real Madrid are still on. Some news source are still claiming that he will be signed by the Spanish side in January. But as far as I can remember Real Madrid refuted these rumours by stating the opposite. I also don't think Ancelotti's priority is to sign a centre-forward at the moment.

You know Alaba has newly got injured and he won't be recovering until the end of the season. Ancelotti talked about this situation and it seems like he will go for a centre-back transfer. They really need one now because Militao is also still injured.  Sad
I don't know if Mauro Icardi is an important priority? At the moment the striker is still quite stable, it's just that we always have in my mind is the transfer of Mbappe which is always linked not other players, but it is uncertain who will be recruited until now it is still unclear about the validity of this news.

True, Ancelotti is thinking more about the situation for CB because it is defense that needs to be considered, from the news that Ancelotti said if there is a good CB he will make it happen, it means that it is true that the priority is now to defenders to strengthen Real Madrid's defense.
