601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which old coin do you prefer? Litecoin or Dogecoin? on: October 16, 2023, 02:52:04 PM
Both coins are used only for gambling. Casinos have widely integrated the two coins because they have fast transaction speeds and low fees.

There are also those with the intention of investing in both coins no problem except doge which is called gambling because it does not know when it will go up unless it only relies on the hype of Elon Musk, so far that's what I use for gambling - because with both coins the withdrawals and deposits are very small.
602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 16, 2023, 02:27:46 PM
It seems Liverpool started searching for alternative options for Salah because they know there is a high chance for him to leave Liverpool for the Saudi team and even during this summer Salah was very close to signing a contract with the Saudi teams, Liverpool knows the Saudis can hire Salah in the end and that's why they want to hire Leroy Sané to fill the pale of Salah for them.
If this happens for Leroy Sané and Liverpool, Manchester City will also take benefits from this deal because if they sell Leroy Sané Manchester City can take 10 percent of the deal.
It is not impossible that in the next season Moh Salah will go to Saudi because of the demands of large salaries and Liverpool will also get fresh funds from the sale of Moh Salah, in addition to the increasing age makes Liverpool will look for more mature options, maybe with the news that Leroy Sane will be a good option.

Man City getting a commission from the previous contract is another thing, but maybe the only option is Sane? Yup so far I haven't seen it except for Leroy Sane who has become news spread in the media.
603  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitMEX founder projects $750,000 to $1 million #Bitcoin price by 2026 on: October 16, 2023, 01:11:16 PM
It could be that October will be just a name.
Yes, but we'll see how the end of October goes, if it can break $28k and above that's good enough.
But there are high hopes for a more significant surge.
Not in the name of October but a few hours ago the bitcoin price rallied to $27.9K a few dollars away from breaking $28K I think it will be exceeded soon.

This is still in the middle of October I think the price breaking through the next resistance at $30,000 will be soon considering the current price is slightly stronger meaning that October will be even more "UP" considering this month is full of history with green gratification.

If the trend continues then it is likely that $30,000 will be broken soon.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Drake's Curse. on: October 16, 2023, 12:54:44 PM
Now, the big question is this.... Is Drake being funded by Stake.com to make these huge bets, because he is an affiliate and a brand ambassador for Stake.com.  Huh

The same thing apply to his occasional gambling streams, where he gives away tons of money. It is one thing using your own money, but paid streamers are playing with casino money.

Will we ever know what happens behind closed doors.... right.  Tongue
I believe Drake can be funded by Stake.com for being a top affiliate maybe some of the money has been compensated or all of it is possible.

Drake using his own money is very reasonable because he has great wealth but my view leads to stake.com behind all Drake bets, including maybe other streamers who are paid so behind all that there is casino money at play and their personal money is not disturbed maybe my guess is right behind their back door. 605  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitMEX founder projects $750,000 to $1 million #Bitcoin price by 2026 on: October 14, 2023, 09:48:37 AM
There is another prediction from Standard Chartered bank predicting a bitcoin price by the end of 2024 of $120,000.
Source: https://twitter.com/BTC_Archive/status/1712771899934064695

This definitely makes sense with their prediction compared to others above $500K, only we still don't know what it will be at that time? Now there has been a lot of speculation coming into the media about the bitcoin price after the halving. In the following year, so many may have predicted that the end of 2024 will be the highest peak again.
Looking at the Bitcoin price history and year cycle history, the prediction still does not make sense.  The suppose to be Bitcoin breaking of the ATH price should happen in 2025 not before it.  Although it is the nearest to reality in reference to the year when the prediction might happen, I think it is still way out of the market movement mark.  Unless several spot ETF applications are approved by SEC, I don't find any reason why the market will break ATH in the  year 2024.
Why doesn't it make sense? I think it's still relevant to that number and I said at the end of 2024 it's clearly closer to 2025 maybe it will happen in Q1 2025 - but it's getting closer to the increase.

Even though the Spot ETF was approved by the SEC this year, for example, the price of bitcoin will not increase, my opinion is that bitcoin always has its own cycle after the halving. As for the positive news from the SEC, because it agrees, some of us are happy to hear it, it's just that my adherence to the cycle is very strong, so In early 2024/2025, perhaps the highest price will be in history again.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: October 14, 2023, 06:17:04 AM
Barcelona could still win it, but they are doing something much bigger than that right now if you ask me, the yare actually building a club without money. Look at their roster and look at the squad overall and how many young talents they have. They haven't spent that much money on these kids, most of them are from their own youth team, and Xavi knows La Masia all too well, so he is getting to use his connections there to find kids that are young and talented.
It's not true. In fact, barcelona still owe more than 200 millions debt to the other clubs from its roaster transfer since last season. How can you say that if barcelona building a club without money?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Hahaha he didn't research what happened with Barcelona even this club is more in debt than building a club without money. LOL
Still I say Barcelona are in a financial crisis which they have been facing for years. Cheesy

They could keep loaning some younger players to their league rivals as well if they want, they are doing that too, and as long as they play some themselves, and let the others grow somewhere else, they could end up with a good squad without spending much money. I feel like that's a good thing.
Loaning players will not solve barcelona's problems. What really need by the club to sell some players and raise a lot of money to pay its debt and transfer fees owe by the club. There's no reason to buy more players.

Barcelona is almost coming to its end. The club has no money left. It's only having too much debt that has not yet paid. Let this club to pay all of its debts first.
Lending players will not get more money than selling them, even now Barcelona still has a lot of loan players from several clubs, because maybe if you buy then it will not be able to especially with short-term and long-term debt that is still high.

What I know is that the reduction in player salaries was done in order not to burden the club.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 13, 2023, 04:23:56 PM
All EPL teams have one or two challenges they're experiencing, but United problem is an open one which is easily discussed outside these walls. The Glazers family are the core problem of Manchester United, everything trembling in Old Trafford. United in shackles and finding it really difficult to win games because there's alot to comprehend in the club. They're incompetent of managing the Red Devils, having no clue on how to elevate the team, not bringing in sufficient monetary budgets to execute good plans for the club, as if it's more comparable to an average club.
The Glazers have been unfairly used as a scapegoat for quite sometime now, the Glazers might have failed especially in the aspect of infrastructure, but i disagree that they haven't invested money in buying players. Manchester United have been buying expensive players for a long time now, just that most of them didn't perform well, in other words, you can say that they have been spending money on the wrong players.

Having said that, the Glazers should not take all the blame, the manager, players are other staffs should be responsible for United's poor performances as well, enough of the Glazers being used as a scapegoat for bad performances of the team.
Because some fans are disappointed maybe because the Glazer family did not sell the team to Sheikh Jassim Al-Thani who promised even greater infrastructure, yes this might be a scapegoat for the Glazers.

It's the same with Chelsea buying expensive players but no one shines after the move as well as the purchase by Man United of several players, here the coach and staff are still trying to rebuild the team despite the many doubts that were initially believed after Ten Hag's arrival.

ETH can still prove now the League is still long there is still a chance for Man United to get back on track.

Two of the strongest teams in Group F will finally play each other again and it could be a tough game for the players of both sides. Both Austria and Belgium are going to play this upcoming match without a number of their key players due to injuries problem. Even though Austria would have the luxury of playing this match with home advantage but I think that will not be enough to stop Austria from a loss against Belgium in Group F today.

Look at the odds for both teams on the 1X2 bet, they really make me want to place a bet as soon as possible Cheesy. Even though the odds on the draw option are quite high, I'm not sure this match will end in a draw, because I think the draw in their first meeting was a coincidence, Belgium should have won there. We can see that from the odds, Austria is playing at home, but the smallest odds are on the Belgian side, what is this sign? will be an easy win for Belgium.
How would you choose Austria with such high odds?  Grin

I'm not sure! A hunch would still be a Belgium win I see that as a possibility but a draw is possible as they will be strong against each other in tonight's game, but it's still doubtful to pick Austria's odds.

Could be easy for Belgium, could be tough, ahh dizzy I have to decide in a few minutes.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: October 12, 2023, 01:39:10 PM
First of all, thanks to ILUckyGuyI for posting these odds. Just now I placed two bets on Stake.com. One for Scottish win, and the second one for a draw. The odds are so ridiculous, that I don't want to miss out on the opportunity. We have 6 hours to go for the match,
Trying your luck with Scotland could this be hope? There is no need to overdo it when you place odds on Scotland because it is clear that if you are lucky then 12x will be yours.

Trying to pick Scotland in betting.

Spain vs Scotland should be a good game tonight, obviously Spain will be favourites but Scotland are doing really well. They have 15 points with 5 wins in 5 games.
Well it would be more to choose the current favorite team Spain, the odds are still far from the word of hope, if we see how Scotland plays it will be interesting with odds @12.
611  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Fun] Bitcoin price could hit $750K to $1M by 2026 on: October 12, 2023, 01:01:50 PM
Can Arthur Hayes be right?
This is speculation, we don't have a crystal ball to see the truth of Arthur Hayes' predictions. Grin

If I should guess what bitcoin price would be by 2024/2025, I will guess $170000 which has been the highest price of my guess. As we know, 2026 would likely be a bear market year. I do know if that would have changed, but what people will think more about that time is that bitcoin price could have reduced slightly back again.
If your guess is $170K then my prediction is $150K in early 2025, I also think the same in 2026 will enter a bear market again but Arthur's prediction is beyond our expectation maybe their opinion will be slightly different than previous ATH cycles.

It would be great if this guess is correct, seeing him over $500K is a big deal. Grin
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: October 12, 2023, 12:31:55 PM
That's nothing new but human nature.
If a gambler wins big, he does not win just the money but your friend in him (the person you knew) loses against that gambler. And he thinks that the society may come and ask him for money because he now has that class to lend people, but he doesn't want to. So he decides to stay away from his friends thinking that it'd be better to sideline them and enjoy his life on his own, with some new friends of his category.
We can see that human nature becomes visible when people win. Indeed, human nature is what we see.
A human being with money earned from anything including gambling will avoid from losing friends fellow gamblers, maybe he does not want to lend money or he asks for money on him, better enjoy with family than friends, this is not strange there are many in our circles like that when someone has earned big money.
Don't be surprised, even friendships can be broken because of money.
613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: October 12, 2023, 12:06:17 PM
I don't agree with these odds. They are laughable. Do you really believe that Spain's odds are 10x higher than that of Scotland? Even after Scotland defeated Spain in the first encounter between these two teams (28th March). Back then Scott McTominay of Manchester United    scored two goals to sink Spain by a margin of 2-0. Scotland do have some great players like McTominay, McGregor and McGinn. It is not going to be easy for Spain to defeat them, when these two teams meet again today. The timing is a bit inconvenient for me. The match will take place at 12:15am Indian time.
They see in terms of the odds offered by this bookie it is clear that Spain's chances are 10x more but this will be even more ridiculous if the Scottish game can match let alone beat back for the second time, still Scotland's chances are still there but for betting it is clearly still risky unless you take and are ready to lose it.

Scott McTominay is an important player for his country, we know he can be relied on for this game, I feel Spain will struggle a bit although in the end it will be a Spanish victory with a narrow score - that's the prediction I made.

615  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price guess, 2023 on: October 11, 2023, 07:46:28 AM
In several articles that i have read, there are quite a lot of people who doubt that the next halving will make the price of Bitcoin rise as high as in past history but they cannot reveal with certainty what underlies them for making such a view, i myself am sure that the halving will increase bitcoin price up several tens of percent and there is even a possibility for bitcoin to make a new ATH during the halving, well we are still a few months away from celebrating the bitcoin halving, for the prediction of the price of bitcoin until the end of 2023, i am sure it will not be more than $40k.
There are still some people who are skeptical that after halving bitcoin will not record historical highs again, this is just speculation and we can respect their views as long as they come to that conclusion, not a few who say bitcoin will ATH after halving even some experts who own large companies predict bitcoin can ATH again, we are now just waiting for the time when it will happen which is clear after halving.

Not after the halving immediately jumped but there is some time after that - some say the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, some even say it might happen in 2026 it's just a wild prediction but still makes sense because the previous halving also takes time after the halving.

616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: October 11, 2023, 07:14:37 AM
I think Spain vs Scotland must be watched because Scotland could give a surprise as long as McTominay is playing, he even can make a surprise in Manchester United by playing for 10 minutes and scored 2 goals. The odds for Scotland to win is very high too, I will take a risk to bet Scotland despite Spain get a fantastic result in the last two matches.
I'm sure it will be a very interesting match because Scotland have not lost a single game in the group stage and are in first place... But I would not bet on their win, because they will probably lose in Spain and it will be their first defeat, although maybe the game will end in a draw...
It's interesting for Scotland with 5 wins and only 1 goal conceded, how can it not be interesting that Scotland looks like a big team that controls the game. Lol
Betting is too risky with the odds so far apart, what I see now @11 for Scotland and @1.25 for Spain while the draw odds @5.20 is not brave enough unless you choose Spain because the win ratio is obviously much greater.
But the interesting thing is that Scotland could surprise win again for the 6xth time, it could happen. Cheesy
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Relying on gamble wins is dangerous to mental health on: October 11, 2023, 05:11:34 AM
I met a friend who used about $1 to play gamble to win about $2500 in a game of different matches, all the early games went well but the last game cut which made him loose the game.  This lose made him to be sick for 3 days, the reason for his reaction was not because of the money he used to bet but he felt so bad because he has already put all his hope on the money he would have won.

People needs not to put all their hope in games they are not sure of winning, because relying on it can be very dangerous to the mental health. Play gamble and remove your mind from the money that will be gained till it is achieved.
Still, the reason for the reaction is money because if it wasn't money maybe your friend wouldn't be sick. Grin
Too ambitious because he wants to win more, maybe he hopes to get his money above $3000 after the next bet but because he fails, his hopes must fade because of his own greed.

Who is not tempting from $1 to $2500 is like a fool who why not withdraw some money to be able to enjoy, if this kind of behavior is clear he is greedy bigger because he has managed to multiply 2500% in the beginning.

Maybe he will come back and chase that loss. Cheesy
618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not keeping records makes me a bad gambler? on: October 11, 2023, 04:49:22 AM
Good day crypto Famz, I will like to ask gamblers this question, is there any gamblers on here that keeps record of their wins and losses? Do you keep a record of all the pennies you use to gamble and also the result?
If I knew all the winning and losing records, it would be stressful to see the bad records because I lose more often. Lol
There's no use for me unless other people want to see which ratio has more wins or losses.

So Famz, is there any benefits when one keeps record on their losses and wins? Is there any thing to gain when you write down all the money you spent in gambling and also how much you have made so far?

Not keeping records, does this make me a bad gambler?
I said you will be stressed out mentally seeing a lot of money lost, I feel this has no benefit at all unless you want to know the expenses in gambling, I feel this is not so much of a concern because the basis is fun not making a profit.
619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: October 10, 2023, 02:54:41 PM
As the gambling industry is evolving, I think innovations would have kicked in that can make someone create a career from gambling. I do not know how this can be achieved but I feel it is possible.

Making gambling a full time job might be seen as risky but I still feel one can make gambling full time job and a career.

What do you all think?
Will some people be able to make gambling their part-time job? This is difficult to do considering how much greater the risk of losing is than winning.
Who can do this, can you say they are professional gamblers? Yes, I've heard this, but for those of us, this will be very difficult, friends, especially since we don't have the skills but only rely on luck in gambling games.

A little extra
HTX (Huobi) hacked $8m
Coinex hacked for $70m

No platform is safe, they always have loopholes even though they have improved their security system, but they are still lucky if they bear all the losses, if they have to lose customers' money without replacement then this is clearly a loss for all of us.

Then why entrust funds to them? It is a centralized platform so it is vulnerable to any attacks, it is better to use a non-custodial wallet for the assets you hold.
