You are right I have faced this issue too and contacted with them, still they took long time to credit the fund. 2- Support: The support is unable to help in most cases and ask to wait, at least the support should be able to settle the clearly won bets.

If someone just randomly contact you through telegram I supposed those are fake supports or maybe scammers trying to get your personal credentials on a certain casino, I've experienced that before.
Telegram is another platform, gamblers would not want that, if they have a concern, they want to voice that in the site itself. I believe some site have telegram for their support but not really using them as my sportsbook have live support and they respond timely. I don't use telegram as well, telegram is like a sort of group chat, I want my personal concern handle in the site. i have an alert from LUMI wallet asking me to back up because there is a major update coming tomorrow and every wallet will be logged out. Do casinos even use Telegram as a method of technical support? On the sites I checked out, they only had Live support (which is just the chatbox) and email as the means for support. When I see other players asking for support on social media, they are usually just given a generic answer by the staff because they cannot correlate the social media account to the casino account like they can do with the email, provided it's the one you registered with. That means it's not possible for them to inspect accounts.
They do not provide any support via telegram. If they provide any support via telegram. But I got the telegram ID from a person and from that telegram I got huge support. The telegram is for private use only, which might be send for private reason. |
