4461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: July 10, 2017, 03:35:43 AM
I've been thinking about the Bitcoin plan I have today, I'm going to open a small business as an investment in the real world, so everyone knows that I get money from my own business, but basically everything I get comes from Bitcoin Maybe with me like that Everyone in my house will know that I own a business and not be unemployed.

Yeah and I'm thinking that too. Putting up a business and have a house and lot is in my list. In that way I can feel more financially secured as well as my family. The rest of my btc will be for a long term holding. And enjoy the life as what bitcoin can offer.
4462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: July 10, 2017, 03:20:30 AM
Yes you cant be instant rich to bitcoin.Just like my sister shes rich now for less than two years she earn already for less than 2million cash through btc only. Its not possible to be an instant millionaire if you give your full time at btc.Just like an 18 years old young people shes already a millionaire for a short time she spend her time at btc. This is the oportunity to all users of bitcoin.

I think instant is no the right word for your sister. You said that she gives her full time to btc that's why she's rich now. But before she got rich, for sure she worked over night like she had sleepless nights.  The word instant means ' a very short period of time' and I think 2 years is not short maybe some months are considerable. Therefore, in becoming rich you have to give all your time and effort with proper knowledge in what you've doing. Because becoming rich in btc is not easy but it's all rewarding.
4463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: July 09, 2017, 02:26:07 PM
Yes, many peoples are choosing bitcoins for their source of income.Earning money through bitcoin is morethan earn on a normal job. so many peoples are leaving job and doing earning bitcoins their own ways.
Many people? There's no many people.

As far as we know, Bitcoin is not really known by many, you could say few. But the thing is, yes they've heard about Bitcoin and that's it, they just don't know what Bitcoin really is.

Well they only leave their jobs because that job doesn't pay that much, but if their job pays more then, they will not migrate to Bitcoin.

Yes its true that if their job is paying good they will not leave it for bitcoin. But how about even though their job is paying that much they will be able to leave that because in bitcoin you can work at your comfort zone like waking up in the morning doing some services by bitcoin without taking a bath nor brushing your teeth, without changing clothes. Sounds lazy but much more comfortable especially no bossy boss, no traffic and no hassle.
4464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 09, 2017, 02:06:36 PM
I'm just saving up my bitcoin patiently waiting for the day it goes mainstream and explodes. I hope by then to be financially independent and to start traveling and enjoying my life in general.

But it is already mainstream now, what do you think about bitcoin? It isnt mainstream? I will keep on following my plan of keeping my bitcoin for my future. I dont want to have fun for now, I want to focus and will just have when I've got enough bitcoin already.

I think better save for now than having fun. Invest while you can and enjoy the fruit of it when you can't read the digits in your passbook.  Wink
4465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2017, 08:17:58 AM
Many people need big proof to satisfy that this site is legit ..whats the best way to convince your relatives or friends

I think ot all depends to an individual. It all starts to their selves. It needs to be they are interested in this for them to be convinced or should I say they're the first to initiate, actually you don't need to convinced them, if they want it or not, fine. After all you're not the one who lose here, it's theirs.
4466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Billions stolen from South Korean Bitcoin exchange on: July 06, 2017, 06:22:56 AM
With this being happened the investor or korean people that is investing and trading with Bitcoin will halt I think because they will lose confidence with this hacking incident even though the company will refund the losses.
Company will refund the losses? Where you got that information, I have read that they will only pay small amount to compensate loss of personal information which could be way lower than what actually they have lost.

Korean people will learn to not have all their bitcoins in exchange platform with this incident, rather than losing confidence in bitcoin trading.  Wink

I doubt that also that the company will be able to refund the loses, well if they be able to refund that's good for their customers but expect the decrease in their customers.
Storing your coin in an exchange is a big risk in hacking why don't they just store their coins in their offline wallets? Less conflict like they can sleep soundly at night without worrying about their coins.
4467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to create a bitcoin wallet ? on: July 05, 2017, 12:55:53 PM
to create a bitcoin wallet make sure that your country has an access to btc. then search for local bitcoin wallets. that would be  easier for you to manage your wallet if it is local. here in philippines we use coins.ph

Yeah like there are some wallets that are not yet available in a country. Coinbase is one example of this, some country are not using this wallet. Installing wallet is free of charge so better search in what is the most and secured wallet to use. You can find some wallet but make sure it is trusted before setting up.
4468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: July 05, 2017, 12:17:47 PM
I first heard bitcoin that is when the year 2013 ago. I was told by my friend that there is a coin that can bring income that is bitcoin. He guided me to my first satoshi. I am deeply indebted to him
Very lucky for you if you have a friend as teacher you can use to ask when you're confused using bitcoin. I also joined on bitcoin in 2013 but I have no friends who brought me in. I learned about bitcoin by self-taught. I started learning on google, in many forums, etc

you remind me of someone I knew. the person who introduce and taught me into crypto currency. Way back before, he didnt know anything about bitcoin so he did was a self study, like all by his self, no one can help him but his self. He said that I was lucky because there are someone who can I ask for when I have questions. Thats why I really thankful to him for all he does to me.
4469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you follow daily crypto news? on: July 05, 2017, 10:50:09 AM

All these I think are reliable and helpful sites for crypto news.
4470  Economy / Economics / Re: How to TAX Bitcoin. An easy way ! on: July 03, 2017, 07:07:01 AM
I don't think reporting and monitoring your Bitcoin address will be a good way. What I mean about that is they don't have a way in which to differentiate what is Bitcoin received from a purchase or Bitcoin received from your friends or family or other non-business purposes. When you look at it this way you will only have more problem with the Taxing department rather than have a good solution at least in my perspective.

Precisely.
Can government spare bitcoin from tax? We're paying taxes on anything and everything they think that taxable. Why don't they let leave bitcoin alone and solve other issues of the country. The problem with our government is when they smell money they just can't sleep unless they get what they want from the people. Moreover, bitcoin can't be called as income because you're not employed to a company nor this is not a business. So there's no way bitcoin will be taxable.
4471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens after SegWit2x? on: July 02, 2017, 02:49:24 AM
After the segwit2x, the network or the blocks in the network will become bigger in terms of size so the blocks are capable of having more transactions which will give more space for the network so i think the transactions will become faster and the fees will be lower a little bit and it will be a great news for most of the bitcoin users and there might be a pump after the segwit2x.

Yeah hope the activation will be successful. If this will be a success there will be a larger block chain for faster transaction. And like what you'd said. The splitting of the block chain is the only thing I don't like about. This will just bring confusions to many. But still these are all speculations, many things will happen after the activation but hope these are for the better bitcoin community.
4472  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Bitcoin 'faucets' and 'free bitcoin' apps on: July 02, 2017, 02:20:41 AM
Has anyone ever made a decent amount of Satoshi, e.g. 0.1 BTC, just by going to places that give out Satoshi and using those awful ad-apps that promise free coins?

What have been your experiences if you have, was it worth it for some Satoshi?

They all sound really scammy to me, and offer so few Satoshi that I wonder if anyone can ever withdraw it to a wallet, but I don't know.

Aside, if anyone's ever used BitMiner.io, what do you think of that?

Favourite faucets anyone if you use them?  I mean those that give them out rather than putting some in and waiting to turn it into more later.

never touch that such thing , yes probably ended up in scam accusation but for some reason maybe its a great start for newbies like me a year go lol , never tried bitminer before and i have no idea what is that , my personal favorite faucet is faucetbox but its closing due to unknown reason , now im just doing sigcamps lol

Yeah like no one will earn some decent amount in faucet. You'll just waste your time doings this. Like you spend your whole day just for small fee and the worst is some of those are scam. Insted of wasting your time there, join campaigns like signature, in facebook and twitter. For sure your time is all worth it.
4473  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 01, 2017, 02:11:57 AM
I choose bitcoin because gold is hard to get in find so many process you want to make it you waste your time to dig.  but bitcoin is easy to earn money. Everyone want to wealth.. And the other want to simple life. thats why I choose bitcoin because it is easier than gold.

Well not being a hypocrite, just being realistic. I'll go with bitcoin. It's hard nowadays to find or to have golds. But with bitcoin, just use your knowledge, time and perseverance you'll have btc in your wallet.  Both gold and bitcoin are now precious but they have always differences and there's no way to compare each other. Gold is tangible, bitcoin is not. In bitcoin I can maximize my earning through buy and hold or do trading.
4474  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have been waiting for Bitcoin to reach $3000 on: July 01, 2017, 01:51:13 AM
Many are waiting for the price, and until now bitcoin prices are still stable. Either up or down, it may affect the development of bitcoin in the future, and it will probably determine whether bitcoin will be more popular, or not. The $ 3000 price will determine everything

Anticipated by many. Bitcoin price is moving slowly but surely. It ranges always in roughly $2300 and up. As the upcoming hard fork is approaching we're all hoping that will be a good outcome to the block chain as well as the value. When segwit2x becomes successful no wonder btc value will go to the moon as many investors look forward for this coin as the future.
4475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: June 29, 2017, 12:54:48 AM
I believe  that is completely fair deal because with increased price there is increased investment into bitcoin. Ultimately miners are getting huge load onto them, the network difficulty in addition to this has also increased.  All these things has led to increased miners fees.

Yes you've got a point there but I think it's much fair when it will turn out like this:
Yes as increase in value there's an increase in fee, but it will be reasonable when it's a fast transaction. Like you pay a lot for the transaction fee hence it always took long to confirm.
It will be better if they'll lower the transaction fee even it's slow transaction, that will be just for us. And vise versa.
4476  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: June 28, 2017, 01:58:31 AM
Yeah as all here is saying, it depends on your fiancial needs. Also an individual preference.
Not to go some technical, if I have that amount of btc I think it's not enough for me to spend a lot of them. I'll save the 2btc and withdraw the remaining for my financial needs. Buy the things that I wanted, travel a little ( to spoil myself ) and a treat for my family. I think that's well spent.
Hold your btc as long as you don't need them as a fiat.
4477  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: June 28, 2017, 01:42:35 AM
Which one suits you the most?
As a filipino Coins.ph is the best wallet for us. Because we can convert our bitcoin into fiat and withdraw it in any bank. I trusted it also because if there something happen wrong in your wallet you can report it and they fixed it immediately.

You're just using one wallet to store all your  btc? Better install also an offline wallet for your huge amount or it can also acts as a savings account. Try electrum, it's also an on the go wallet I think because you can also install it on your mobile phone. It's safer because this is offline, nobody can hack your account.
4478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is BTC Hitting 3000$ today ? on: June 27, 2017, 02:12:15 AM
Probably not today, but hey this is cryptocurrency everything is possible. Maybe we will see $3000 by the end of the year. That is very realistic. We'll see when the market decides to bounce back after yet another bloody red day.

Yeah and probably not this week.
The rate in last few days are declining and some investors took that in positive way. A chance to buy btc in low price. Hope after this hell week there's an immediate rise. Can't wait to happen that.
4479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin savings account? on: June 27, 2017, 02:08:18 AM
Is there any upcoming project that would act like a bitcoin savings account?

Even if that bitcoin savings account exist, I will not go with it. Like I'll never entrust my bitcoin to that. Whoever knows what will possibly happen.
I'll just trade my btc, and that's a good shot.
4480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Governments Shutdown the Internet? on: June 27, 2017, 02:03:24 AM
What if Governments Shutdown the Internet?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Governments in plural never work together and agree on the same thing. How do you imagine countries that don't like each other like Japan and China would go about it? If China decided to ban the Internet, Japan would say "citizens of China, buy cheap wireless internet from us!"
If a country like the USA banned the Internet they'd have riots in every city. People would stop working and block the streets. There would be total chaos and anarchy.

Yes I agree on this. Like this is absolutely absurd.
Even in communist country never shut their internet. Internet nowadays is like food in everyone. Everything and every where needs internet.
