I hate replying to threads with all capital letters in the subject but anyway.
The only thing that worries me is the power consumption of the network. All the other small issues can be easily fixed but if "they" find a solution to this tremendous amount of power required for a single transaction, nothing can stop the bitcoin anymore.

Did thirdspace get back to you - that's a good choice.
No, not yet. I see he was online lately but no answer yet. Anyways, if I understand correctly you can invite someone too, so we can fill up the remaining spots quicker.

Only 29 spots filled? still 71 left... almost a month now.... ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Can't we speed it up some how? I think we are waiting for Vod, if he is interested in participating. I invited vod straight after my entry post.

Great work, man. I learned a few thing myself.
This post should be pinned, to push more people to report. Mods, please I'm sure I'm not the only one supporting this idea.

I haven't noticed this before, I'll give it a try when I can. Let me tell you that it may take some time but there are results too. Here is a fresh example: Forum feature request: set Alt-text by default for all embedded imagesThe same was with LoyceV's application for merit source. It takes a lot of bumping but at the end a positive results ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Good luck.

Best tip is to try to avoid spam and don't post/reply if you have nothing to add to the discussion. Avoid the spammy huge megathreads and you'll be on the right path.

Let's try again with 1 1 iasenko

From time to time we coming back to the same old problems, we discuss them again and make suggestions that we have already proposed before but at the end there's no improvement at all.
We need a strict control over the bounty managers, defined rules to follow, punishments for the rule-breakers or the easiest thing - get rid of all the ICOs.
It's Bitcointalk not a shitcointalk /sounds like a good domain name btw/, right?
But I don't see any changes in the near future...

I'll keep bumping this thread until there is some reaction on the case. What can be done > - Theymos adds feature that automatically converts the homographs to Latin outside the Local section
- We all together stop this madness as we list using homographs on the rules
The spammers already made an improvement. Instead of changing all the letters with homographs, now they change only one letter, which is more difficult to detect / at least they think so/. Here is an example form the last few days. The marked with yellow letter is Cyrillic "a". ... image loading![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F2V7326p.png&t=663&c=GPgjyO1Y9PvCvg)
Thanks man for helping, this is a good tool to see what type of characters to look for.

I think it was ctrl+F5 and you gonna see your avatar. I'm on a mobile and I cannot try it now, but as far as I remember this was the combination
Edited: @TryNinja Sorry, didn't see what you quoted. I have tried it on different browser where I'm logged out and the new avatar is shown while on my main browser I'm still with the old avatar. So there's no issue. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

First, you have to determine what is your purpose? Then come up with a specific question for us to help you, or you can also find them on Google Best regards
You didn't read the previous comments, didn't you? The OP is a typical spammers and you are doing the same. READ THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS BEFORE ANSWRING OR POSTING SOMETHING.
To the Mods, please lock this topic and move it to Archive, I want to keep track on those posters. I have doubts that the OP was copied from a precious posts which were deleted. Too many "greenhorns" lately.

That's because captcha doesn't stop bots but it does inconvenience real users. Faucets use them as it imposes a cost that makes it less profitable to bot. For spambots here I don't think ~$0.001 per post would deter them. Yeah, I know but there should be another solution, there are some good alternatives to reCaptcha as well. Idk what theymos is planing for the new forum software but there should be some kind of a solution to this problem. Reporting the single accounts is just, as we say, " a small drop into the ocean". There should be a general solution with the minimum impact to the regular users, I know it's difficult...
