4541  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAFF member xDeathwing is a SCAMMER! on: September 07, 2013, 01:01:55 AM
Yep... Like everyone said, just email Theymos and ask for a SCREENSHOT of the edits, because Theymos might try to get XDeathWing out of it. IDK, but im just saying...

I highly doubt that Theymos would bail out any Staff member. Why would you trust a confirmed scammer with taking care of your forums? If anything, he would hurry the process along. Again however, we are jumping the gun a little. Its hardly a scam accusation until the accused as a chance to reply.

Yes... Has anyone actually pm'ed Theymos about this?

ahhh bring back the old scam account just to get some free btc... Last active (before this) August 13, 2013

EDIT: Hahahahaha This was your reply to someone calling you a scammer and asking to put a scammer tag on you "your a fucking scammer. Fucking piece shit."
4543  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAFF member xDeathwing is a SCAMMER! on: September 07, 2013, 12:39:14 AM
Has anyone talked to Theymos about it? He could check what the message was pre edit. For 0.5BTC, I'd hope it is a mistake rather than a scam.

Here is the thing. If it was a mistake, he would edit as soon as he posted it, BUT NO. He changed it AFTER the OP posted the video.... Seems like a scam to me...

I agree, it doesn't look good at this point, however they could have edited that post 20 times, the first time 5 seconds after they posted to correct the amount, and then again to clarify wording etc etc. I'm hoping when xDeathwing gets on, they either pay the debt if they are in the wrong, or clarifies if it was a mistake.

My rationale is that .5 BTC hopefully isn't enough for a Staff member to scam over, and it could be a mistake, however I could be wrong.  Embarrassed

Neither Theymos or XDeathwing are on at the moment, so I wouldn't expect any quick response.

It looks like a player is abusing some sort of exploit on BitVegas, and has successfully logged in as both murderscene, Dinnerbone and myself.

EVERYONE's balances in the server have struck 0.
Someone needs to shut the server off asap before further damage can be caused.
If any of you are reading this, the server staff, take it down now!

Hahahahaha. Good thing I always cashout EVERYTHING when I log out!

4550  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice 100,000 BTC wagered giveaway on: September 05, 2013, 01:47:51 PM
Where to login? Seems I cannot find a way how to login on your site. I cannot use my account.

When you go to the site make a random uesrname and on the top right hand corner it says login. Make sure you use your ID and not your username...
4551  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | *NEW* V2.0 | Free BTC | Low House Edge (1%) | Instant Deposits | on: September 05, 2013, 02:28:19 AM
just so you know, I used two different computer (home and office) with my 623 ID, and guess what, both of them asked me to register a new user id!

and i dont even clear the cookie/cache

but glad i did keep a copy of the password via email, you need to fix this

Will probably add something to that pop-up that says "already have an account? Sign in". Also not sure why some people aren't being remembered, hasn't forgotten me yet. I'll look into that.

annnnnnnddddd Stunna swoops in... Tongue
andddddddddd i should get a reward for reporting this bug Tongue

aaaaannnnnndddddd I hate to be mean, but no... There are sooooooooo many bugs on PrimeDice thats Stunna would end up giving out BTC's at a time... Stunna and you the other owner should have waited a little longer and should have fixed all the bugs

Also quite late but 20+ million bets have been placed!

We're getting a tremendous # of bets a day, mostly dust due to auto betting.

Just a few minutes ago I contributed 1000 bets! I ended up with pretty much the same balance... Tongue

I believe that its central location is in africa.. People in other coutries might not really know about it until later. I had never heard of it until a few days ago, and I sure as hell dont trust it. The companies I trust are Coinbase and Blockchain, and somewhat inputs.. Coinbase is good cuz they are a official business and they make money so they can pay you back if anything goes wrong with their system, and they also pay the miners fee for you.. Blockchain is good but it costs a lot, and inputs I dont know. Im going to have to ask if Inputs pays for the miners fee...

Well, I guess you must trust Paypal a lot!

It's like this, if you don't have the private keys, the wallet is not yours, it's someone else!

And fees are like 1 cent...

The fees are 6 cents... and yes even tho paypal is hated in the bitcoin community, I do trust it to keep some of my funds and my bank info safe...

https://kipochi.com is by far the best wallet.

Never heard about it. Be careful, inputs.io and blockchain.info's owners are reputable and trusted here.

Educate yourself man!  Cheesy

I would use Coinbase but I've heard some horror stories about account approval and they take forever to answer support questions.
I'm looking for the best secure online wallet. Any suggestions?

Coinbase if your just starting out. Coinbase pays the miners fee for you and also you can buy and sell btc from them.. By far my favorite!

A lot of those stories are not true... I have used coinbase. To get an account and just use the btc wallet part of it you dont need to verify anything but your email address. If you want to buy sell btc you MUST verify a phone number (free one at google voice) and a bank account. As far as verification of bank account I used JPMorgan Chase and all I did was enter acc number and routing number. Then I clicked instant verification and put in my chase online user and pass. From there it took a minute. If they dont support instant approval you can select the other function which just takes two small transactions from your account and then refunds it, and you just enter in the 2 amounts it took. Hope this helped!
