4542  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: btcbuyerseller.com is down ? on: January 01, 2020, 12:20:35 PM
Not sure about you guys, but the domain name itself sounds too shady to start with in my opinion.

Pretty common domain for scammers to use. If you see domains like; btcprofitsdirect, btctraderpro, btcwalletsafe, etc it's 99% likely to be a scam.

http://whois.domaintools.com/btcbuyerseller.com

Domain is registered like 6 months ago and only for a year, of which 6 months are left, which isn't a good sign either. Serious businesses register their domain for at least a couple of years, and they will pick a short and brandable domain that looks professional.

That's what it pretty much looks like. Though apparently this specific service had a different approach. Become a legit service for months with people trusting it, and bail when probably enough bitcoin are trusted onto the platform. In contrast to the typical "screw you, my coins now" at the moment of deposit.
Why people cant just simply put up on their minds to trust only those services which had been used by majority? People do really love to explore and then cry later on when problem arises.
4543  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is the perfect time to sell BTC? on: January 01, 2020, 11:45:24 AM
Perfect time for selling bitcoin I think one month before bitcoin halving coming, I optimist bitcoin have higher price during when bitcoin halving is coming close and every get much profit if start for investing now. Always higher price when bitcoin halving and make many investor interested to try investing with bitcoin and altcoin.

It's really hard to tell if that's the case since each one of us have different preferences upon perfect time selling since some intend to hold and some intend to dump whenever they got their funds but if people aiming to see a major result for the halving maybe it's best to wait up until the halving time exist since provably in next run of it that would be the perfect time to sell.
You are right! Each people do have reference on when they do consider a perfect time because if we do talk about profits then each person do have their own target or goal.
Some wont really be that contented on long term profits yet it would really be just small compared if you do actively trade with it.If you do hold up for how many years excluding that 2017 bull run
then you are still in profits but if you do able to buy on peak or ATH then you know on what kind of situation are you in for now. lol
4544  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Tower.bet] - Unique Crypto Gambling Site with Time Limited Events - $600 Event on: January 01, 2020, 11:06:56 AM
Its quite surprising or somewhat odd that a site do have that invite only for you to play. When would be the official launch on this one? I mean that you can make registration.
I think you have to see it as a way of advertisment. The screenshots and play style looks very promising in my opinion, a lot of people want to get their hands on the game. If you restrict the access to you site, you generate a "want to have"-feeling, people automatically start talking about you ("did you hear about the new invite-only site ... ?") and the word about your site or product spreads automatically.
Additionally, those guys had to set up their technical infrastructure from scratch and may need to fine tune it. If they open the gates at day 1 and a lot of people want to try out their game the site may crash, leading to a very negative impression and a lot of lost customers.
Well thats a valid point on where it is some sort or part of marketing stuff.Restricting free access and using via invitation but the hype you are talking into would still vary or depend on how people foresee
the games that are being offered but for a Hi-LO game? I dont underestimate this one but we know on whats the current demand of these kind of games imho.
4545  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Data Leak on Twitter on: January 01, 2020, 09:40:56 AM
The funny part is actually there is some users that thought the email sent by Poloniex was a phishing attempt and not a genuine email  Grin
Sometimes being too paranoid when it comes to phishing or hacking so i cant blame those person who do said such thing. They do just believed out on how secure Poloniex is and once
they do able to read it up then they do believe that its just an another phishing email without even realizing or having second thoughts that it is a legit one.
Data Leaks? Im not already surprised anymore when it comes to this.
4546  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Tower.bet] - Unique Crypto Gambling Site with Time Limited Events - $600 Event on: January 01, 2020, 05:48:19 AM
Unfortunately we can't register as usual just like other casino and according to the site explanations seems the reasons why this site can be playing by invite because they will provide some of giveaway and special bonuses to their early adopters but i'm just curious to know and after submit the email address then how long we should wait to get invitations link
As what i read up on the site

"PS.
Why Invite-only Access?
In the beginning we'd like to give away special bonuses to our Early Adopters. Besides we need to plan our infrastructure load step by step.

PPS.
How can I get invitation?

- Submit your email above and wait till next 'door open' or
- Starting from 20 Dec 2019 Early Adopters (first lucky users of Tower.bet) will have special invitation codes. Ask them to invite you."

Its quite surprising or somewhat odd that a site do have that invite only for you to play. When would be the official launch on this one? I mean that you can make registration.
4547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery In Your Place on: January 01, 2020, 01:00:32 AM
i usually play 4D lotto from Indonesia Online Site using Fiat called GBET8
I just curious and come to site https://aksesgb8.com/
when clicking the alternate link to visit I got Forbidden and blocked IP address.
is that site for Indonesia country only?

Same goes for me which my countries IP is forbidden so i cant make any check towards the site.On topic about lotteries there are lots of variety on how
you would choose up digits here on my country where either you can win 3D,4D,6D its all your choice.Talking about on loving to play lottery,?
Not that much yet i know the odds of winning so i dont bother to throw some money on buying tickets this one goes same here on crypto.
4548  Economy / Speculation / Re: The 2020 Next Bitcoin Halving vs The 2016 One on: December 31, 2019, 06:46:16 PM
The difference is price was much lower back in 2016 so when people wanted to buy the price went up very quickly, nowadays the price is so high that there are people who mine it for free (not really free but you get it) and sell 1800 bitcoins a day just from zero and there are traders and there are people who want to sell and all of those bitcoins being sold has to be covered by people who just want to invest, that's it, so it is not easy to do that right now when bitcoin is thousands of dollars.

Yes, it may still go up and we can still have bitcoin at over 20 thousand dollars one day, there is nothing stopping that and enough attention is given to bitcoin but that doesn't change the fact that increasing the price in 2016 was much simpler.

Bitcoin is the most dominant coin in crypto-market, one day entire market will rise and Bitcoin will get back to 20k. What stops Bitcoin
to get there? Bitcoin needs more attention, higher demand, and then people will rise their sell orders and it's how price is growing.
I think that investors are bullish, Bitcoin still attract more investors towards it and this will lead to higher prices. Bitcoin can reach
higher price, but it's not the time yet, we will have to be patient and wait for that day.

This is the last day of the year and we cannot see some great pumps but good thing the price became more stable even if we are on bearish state but for sure when halving comes and the hype will start growing we will get a strong support that can give the best figure for Bitcoin to came.
We dont need hype but rather i would prefer on seeing a stronger foundation when it comes to price which it cant be easily affected with large spikes like up and downs but those are just hopes yet
this is an impossible thing for an uncontrollable market so as expected these things do happen randomly basing on current fundamentals that would happen along the way.
One things for sure that past wont be similar to the future. There might be some glimpse back but not totally relying for it to happen again.

4550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 31, 2019, 01:11:16 PM
I love watching the Denver Nuggets though, they follow the play and a three point shot may be their last option if they cannot penetrate the paint.
You can say I am oldies type of a fan but, old is good right?  Wink

I'm with you on Denver, they should some excitement to us with the way they played.
We should blame the player of the century which is Curry for introducing this, now, even the big mans are already improving their  3 point shooting.

I don't think that Curry has bad intentions when he introduced 3 point shooting though. It's just a way to take advantage of the game and they really milk the hell of out if and become a champion. But soon, everyone is catching up, all of the players are shooting three's including the big man. And it revolutionised how the game is played. Now we don't have a 'true' centre, except maybe Joel or KAT but this guys are shooting 3's now.
Theres no such thing about limitations on how a player should play and we know that being versatile would always be the best yet even you are on a centre position but you are capable on doing outside shots
which do really make out an advantage yet opponent team would really be confused on where they should focus to defend specially if most players on the field are capable on shooting 3s.
Im even shocked that Giannis is even good on shooting in the outside. No doubt this trend will continue on most teams.
4551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin bubble by 2023; capitalization up to 150 times, a research suggests on: December 31, 2019, 12:09:50 PM
Recent logarithmic analysis by analyst Benjamin Cowen suggests that, by 2023, the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market could exceed $11 trillion.

In my opinion, the altcoins bubble has come and gone forever. The bitcoin sidechains will destroy all altcoins. The lambo-mooners looking to get rich quick all arrived very too late and got their pockets drained. there will be no bull run for altcoins, but 10% increases if you’re lucky, followed by 10-20% decreases. It’s been this way for the past 20 months and will continue like this for a long time because altcoins market is still well overpriced, except ethereum. Time to be a realist, I know it’s not what the community wants to hear but it’s time to wake up.
I do somewhat agree to this sentiment where its really time to wake up and dont really expect too much that we would see again those lambo or to the moon thing on alts.
Im not saying it wont happen again but chances would really be that slim. Those good old days were gone where anyone is almost celebrating and enjoying profits to its fullest
but we have seen on how the market become and experiencing a long time sideways or even bearish trend.I dont expect on 150x capitalization in 3 years time.

4553  Economy / Economics / Re: Craig Wright: Satoshi Nakamoto Vision, Bitcoin evolution & original cypherpunks on: December 30, 2019, 10:48:50 PM
well, i've seen the video and what craig says is a simple , "because i don't need to,i live in england and i have everything"
LMAO , well , just move 0.00001 btc and i believe for sure he is satoshi.
This is the worst excuse I've ever heard lol. Seriously, if he just said that he lost his private keys it would be more credible than this bullshit he is saying for real.
Agree but its too late to say such thing yet he already messed up his own sh%t on the streets. No one would ever believe him. lol

All of the people you are talking about have nothing to do with Bitcoin. It is surprising why you always focus on these people instead of offering useful discussions on technical, historical, or even price predictions.
Pretty easy to answer, when it comes to Youtube, famous people make more views than Bitcoin educational videos  Grin
You got the point and thats why were are seeing these kind of unusual threads but they do get that kind of attraction.
4554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AJ's next fight on: December 30, 2019, 10:24:20 PM
Looking at the rankings, there doesn't really appear to be anybody in the top 5 that are likely to face AJ any time soon. Wilder and Fury are tied up to fight in February, Usyk probably doesn't want that smoke for his second fight at heavyweight and Ruiz already got that smoke twice in a row.

Discounting all of these, we have the potential Dillian Whyte rematch (good chance), but I suspect Joshua will end up fighting someone ranked slightly lower, such as Kownacki or Hrgovic. I don't want to see him fight anybody that any of his previous opponents have already beat...
I believe you're right about most rated boxers which ought to be Anthony's next opponent been tied up with another fight and i think there's anything anyone can do about that but the available opponent to fight Anthony will only be someone who's his previous or upcoming opponent have beaten.
Theres no other choice but to deal with it yet its already mandated on the said fight which means we cant really stop on whose gonna he fight.
About those Wilder rejection issue then its just right for him to decline but sooner or later they will surely face up on the ring but for how AJ
would deal either those 2 low ranks than him.
4555  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 30, 2019, 08:00:57 PM
Sup guys,

Nowadays the fees to withdraw from exchanges are getting higher and higher, 0.001-0.002 BTC per transaction which is outrageous for a day trader with small trading capital.I'm asking the most experienced of you,do you have any tricks to avoid these fees? I thought of converting the BTC to another altcoin with low withdraw fees and then use another instant changer like SimpleSwap to reconvert again, but is it really sustainable? You tell me. Smiley
I know the feels when your trying to save up more and trying to get rid of big fees as much as you can to have that bigger profit specially on smaller trading scales.
When it comes to this particular situation,I do only consider on using ETH or TRX when it comes on avoiding high exchange fees. The last one i do saw which do
had that high exchange fee is on Hitbtc.I dont know if they already change it up.
4556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel more lucky than usual when it's New Year's. on: December 30, 2019, 06:42:17 PM
I lived in this misconception, once before the New Year I had a good profit, and it happened again 2 years in a row.
I thought I was more lucky when the New Year.
Of course this is not true, the casino never changes under the influence of the social factor.
The casino is the same as always no change.
Or maybe there is?
Things like this are most likely in our Psychological aspect where we do consider out these kind of things and thinking out that it might be possible but if
we do think on clearly, theres no such impact that would affect winning probability if you win then you win ,if you lose you lose and thats how gambling works.
Either you do play on New years day or on a simple common day it doesnt matter because you do still have the same odds when it comes to winning or losing.
4557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of various bounty rewards made for easy reference on: December 30, 2019, 06:12:39 PM

Oh ~ I don't want to make money from this list.
It is just a summary and sharing, hoping to help more community users.
Thank you for your suggestions. Smiley
At least maybe you can put a donation address on your site, it's just like thank you from people who successfully after joined in a bounty which listed on your site.

After listening to your suggestion, I added the donation address, but I hope that you can submit a good project content to enrich the form

Just my suggestion that it would be better if you do list out projects according to your own criteria and research.
This would be more worth to look on for those people who are serious on finding good project and you might have
higher chances on getting out some good donation from successful hunters. What you think? lol
4558  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: December 30, 2019, 05:47:44 PM

It would also help if anyone made a larger deposit/withdrawal recently, which might lead to the cold storage.
About the large withdrawal/deposits, BitDice is known for this. If you will read the past pages on this thread, you'll actually see whales that have wagered a big amount which means that they've deposited it.

i havent back read yet to see what your saying but i know that bitdice is now one of the biggest casino's these days therfor i think they have a large bankroll to offer so we shouldnt worry about depo or withdrawing large amount of funds  but only they can limit certain bets if they cant afford what you will be winning on a certain payout . if someone waggers big it does not mean that they also depo big but some can depo small and can wagger large enough using a good waggering strategy  .
All of gambling sites do have that particular bet limit but most of the time these limits arent really that a huge concern for most gamblers since not all would have the capacity on having a huge bet from time to time.
As to say that Bitdice do have records on paying out lots of huge wins without any problems or question asked.Unlike on others where you need some verification or blah blah before you can take out your winning.
4559  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER EVER deal Bitcoins with PAYPAL (F&F too!) on: December 29, 2019, 11:37:37 PM
I sold my Bitcoins through Paypal Friends and Family payment thinking it would be "safe".
I was TOTALLY wrong.
The scammer issued a chargeback claiming it as "unauthorized purchase".
I sent all the chat logs and the screenshot of the Paypal payment from the buyer and the receipt from Paxful including PGP signature, but I doubt if I will ever win.
Feels so sad that this BS has happened in the end of the year.
I'm stuck between either paying the chargeback or closing my bank account and debit card, never using Paypal again.
Sorry for you loss pal and this is indeed a lesson learn for you.Only deal up with people who do have good reputation specially you do agree with Paypal terms
which chargebacks is common thats why its been commonly used by scammers due for this reason. You arent the only one who do experience such situation
but lots of people specially if they arent aware on how Paypal do works.
4560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Gervonta Davis vs Yuriorkis Gamboa on: December 29, 2019, 08:24:34 PM
Sad story for Gamboa. He was way past his prime but tried to hold on to it, but Davis says nope. If you were to see the scoreboard, it was almost a complete win for Davis, plus the TKO in the last round which sealed the deal. Seemed like there was a problem with Gamboa's feet after round 2, which ultimately lead to his demise on the next 10 rounds, counted with the clean shots of Davis, Gamboa had no chance for a comeback.

Looks like Gamboa snapped his achilles tendon, if true, then that's probably why he got hit with so many big shots—it's very difficult to move around and avoid shots when you've snapped your damn tendon.

With that said, it took Tank 12 rounds to finish a 40-year old guy, not even a great champion and he had a snapped tendon LOL.

Tank will get humiliated if he plays with Loma... I definitely want to see him get humbled when he can't land a single power shot. He also likes to stick his chin out a lot, that'll give Loma the chance to land some brutal combos.

He doesn't deserve the shot to be honest, but I hope he gets it just so we can see Mayweather's cash cow get humbled.
I dont see any chances for Tank if he would fight with Loma its way too far when it comes to boxing style and as you said he do likes to stick his chin out
which a very sweet spot that would favor out for the opponent.

I cant imagine for you to sustain to last up 12 rounds on having a snapped tendon.
