It was not easy game for Liverpool against Tottenham, but they once again proved they are fit for this year title in EPL.
Final score 0:1, and now they have huge 16 points more than second placed Leicester.
Liverpool played a tough and resolute Tottenham today although the game was won by them by a lone goal however Tottenham gave them a run of their money, it was s tough match that involves tactical prowess from both coaches,
Liverpool had not consolidated their leading position in EPL waiting to crown as this year champion.

Leicester suffered a bitter defeat at the King Power Stadium with a dramatic score of 1-2 Southampton.
Although the Leicester player's header had entered the goal of Southampton but was not authorized by VAR because offsite was really unlucky for Leicester.

There's no need to make this big. Leicester will win again. It's just a bad accident, they can win again next week.
Leicester missed the service of their reliable and dependable defensive midfielder winfred Ndidi who was sidelined due to an injury I believed they would bounce back to winning ways next weekend against Burnley so as to cement their second position in EPL.

Arsenal so sure to win against Crystal palace at home? I know that Arsenal recently defeated Man United but this time they played away
Crystal palace is better if playing at home, so I went with Crystal palace + 0.75 . Anyone agree with me?

Arsenal is pretty unstable this season and I think that it is a good way to be away from any bets with regards to them.
I don't like betting for Arsenal but if I would to do so, I would possibly bet against them as I think that it is more of a value bet to do so. To sum up, as you are to bet for Palace I am with you.

Well, that is my consideration Arsenal are inconsistent, sometimes they lose against weak teams sometimes win against strong teams
From my observations Arsenal have difficulty winning the match when playing away, moreover Crystal Palace is not a weak team, they are 1 level above Arsenal
It is very obvious that Arsenal always struggles when they plays Crystal palace at Selhurst Park Stadium especially when zaha is in form personally the away team might had improved a bit since the arrival of coach Arteta I draw result shouldn't be a bad one for them.
4544  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Full time trading is boring on: January 11, 2020, 06:00:48 AM
One of the biggest cons of full time trading is being alone , boring sitting in front of computer watching charts data all the time from past 6 moths i am almost doing this and now because of this i am not able to focus on trades. i feel like quieting full time trading and go to job so i make some new friends and Socialness

what you guys do to avoid this biggest cons on full time trading
Why not set your daily profit limits? Once daily profit is taken shut down your computer and take a stroll or explore your surroundings. I also agreed that trading is boring even when making profits consistently but remember to schedule your trading calendar annually so as to have break that can span a month break when you come back after the break you would be fresh and relaxed
4545  Economy / Speculation / Re: My opinion about the price movement of BTC on: January 11, 2020, 03:52:14 AM
I think the price movement is due to 2 reasons.

1) The price has been hanging around $7000-$7500 for a while and investors see it support or a bottom.

2) We are getting close to the halving and this could start another bull run.
The support at $7700 to $7900 prove to be strong enough the price could go down ie price was rejected at that zone after a correction an indication of a bullish trend ready to unfold probably heading to $10K.
4546  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now that we touched $8,000, what's next? on: January 11, 2020, 02:32:55 AM
i dont want any sharp increase for bitcoin. it is better to stay around this resistance point for a while till some people start filling their bags around here and altcoins can take some breath as well.
A gradual and steady increase in the price of bitcoin is my preference this would give room for buying while taking profits after a rally and buying at dip again rather than sudden and sharp increase ie spike.
Meanwhile the price had corrected to the support at $7800 to $7900 heading up above $8K thus reaching $10K soon.
4547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 10, 2020, 07:24:24 PM
Main game to watch on EPL this week would be Totenham vs Liverpool. Too bad for Totenham, although they will be the home team but one of their main players "Kane" wont play due to injury. Big disadvantage for Mourinho obviously because it seems that Kane wont be able to play till April as what I read on local sports news. Liverpool on other side wont want to lose points in this match so I will bet on Liveerpool to win @1.66
It is a pity Tottenham would without their reliable and dangerous sriker Keane due to injury I believed Mourinho would deploy lucas moura to partner son I believed the match would be keenly contested and tactically balanced both coaches had experience the outcome could a draw.
4548  Economy / Economics / Re: Iran/US tension's effect on crypto and economy ? on: January 10, 2020, 06:27:25 AM
As for cryptocurrency, we see that Bitcoin has slowly returned to its previous price and now, according to CoinMarketCap, its price is 7844 dollars. Apparently, he is not yet ready for growth.

Previous level would be around $7,000 and we are much higher than that, so now if the time to test if we will be able to retain the gains from this pump or not - I believe Bitcoin won't plunge deeper, at least not for long. It's quite ready for growth, the halvening is soon and the market was bearish for more than half a year already, and we have successfully defended the $6,500-7,000 range multiple times already..

It's now on the $7800 range, the so called gains we have because of the supposedly looming wars between the US and Iran is -500$. So their no real effect on the price, except those manipulators who take advantage of the situation to create an artificial mini-bull run and then gets their profits, in short it is a bull trap. I'm expecting the price to plunge further to $7500 again. So we can say that the effect on the price is not sustainable.
Meanwhile some traders might have make some profits since the commencement of the crisis "looming war between US and Iran" it was very glaring the price of bitcoin pumped when the Iran General soulimani was assassinated by US there was a rumor that bitcoin was sold locally at $24,000 in Iran while the real price pumped to $8400 some traders would have taken profits at that price while immediately President Trump made a press release of US standing down on the crisis price dumped another opportunity for buying.
4549  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Trend for 2020. on: January 10, 2020, 05:17:57 AM
In talking about last year that market cap increased rapidly but later crashed seriously, I think is better we start off with a gradual pace than rushing in and finally flying out. As price is going, we get where we suppose to be.

We're less than a week into January not much has happened so far. In 2019, we saw the total market capitalization reach over $300 billion with volumes as high as $100B.

Contrary to popular opinions for 2020, Bitcoin would reach a new all time high. Thanks to an increased in hashrate, an the block halving that's coming soon. That aside, what do you guys think would be the overall market trend for 2020. Are we going to trend up, down or sideways and why?

Will love your hear your insightful feedbacks and contributions ✍️

On this, I think the overall outlook is going to be bull and volatile just as we had in 2017. The halving and the US issue with Iran are going to be a contributing factor.
The US issue with Iran had subsided although the crisis had a significant impact on the price of bitcoin temporarily but the price had stabilized now, while the major event every crypto enthusiasts is looking up to is the halving of bitcoin coming up in May which many believed that its going to pump the price, while my opinion is that this year bitcoin would be bullish compared to last year.
4550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting strategy. on: January 09, 2020, 08:35:30 PM
Here is my strategy, I am expecting 2% per day, starting bank roll = 0.02btc. I will be attaching screen shots of my bets each day.
https://imgur.com/wkDh1Cx

2% per day profit is not good at all. If you lose few matches, you will probably end up more in losing, rather than winning. If you can predict sports betting, you should aim for 20-50% profit weekly. You only need to bet on matches in which you are confident about the winner and also you do not need to bet daily.
Based on the screen shot I think the OP is very good in sport betting and I believed he should stick with the 2% profit per day thus not to take a higher risk by aiming and betting with your preferred profit of 20%-50% daily, if properly done with a good money management that 2% will amount to bigger profit in a long run.
4551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cools After Trump De-Escalates War With Iran on: January 09, 2020, 01:47:00 PM
I don't know why all of a sudden everything in this industry is revolving around Trump and Iranian war. The crypto market is volatile and it is very normal to see these frequent ups and downs of the market. So it really baffles me that anything that occurs in this industry right now is associated with Trump and the rumours of US having war with Iran.
It's because it is a big news that most think that it affects the price movement. Bitcoin is volatile and that's normal just like what you have said. But we can't deny that this issue about US and Iran affects its price. This is what I believe though, if you don't think that this issue affects Bitcoin then I'm fine with it. But during the tension, it started to pump and when it started to lighten up, the price dropped.
The fact is that there was a crisis which is about to escalate to a full blown war between America and Iran invariably had an instant impact on the price of bitcoin which had already been bullish since the assassination of General soulemany until President Donald Trump douse the tension after his press release invariably pushing down the price, this is a fundamental news that affect not bitcoin all other forex, metal instruments are also affected by the pronouncement.
4552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How i presently feel about bounties on: January 09, 2020, 11:33:14 AM
I'm starting to think its better to promote bounty projects with low allocation like 30k to 50k because they never failed to pay hunters, even if these projects find it hard to met softcap it will be easy to pay bounty rewards, this might be because of bear market but gone are those day of thousands dollar worth bounty rewards unless new wave of market movement takes place
It unfortunate that bounty hunters look down on projects that allocate small rewards forgetting the fact that majority of projects with higher rewards don't usually pay and ended up as scam in most cases,  a proverb says ".A Bird in the Hand is Worth Two in the Bush"  I once participated in two similar high reward allocation projects that ended up without any payment.
4553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trump's iran War Pump in BTC Price. Will it last? Poll. on: January 09, 2020, 06:36:39 AM

Well, interesting times indeed! Do you think this pump in BTC price will fade as 'hopefully' Trump's Iran War talk fades? Or is this simply

a pre-cursor to the halving pump coming and this price will be maintained and go yet higher?

take the poll (I've not a clue!) Smiley

Brad

Once President Donald Trump press release " standing down" of the imminent retaliation of Iran missiles attack on some targeted US bases in Iraq without any casualties aftermath of that statement resulted to dump in the price of bitcoin from $8400+ to the present price mark of $7900+ I hope this is just a temporal pullback or correction. I believed while the whole crisis subsides the price might rally upward again.
4554  Economy / Speculation / Re: $9k next week on: January 09, 2020, 04:09:02 AM
Looks like we are going to $9k next week Smiley
The price had rally well above $8K since the beginning of this year gradually and steadily the price is climbing up on in fact it touches $8400 before correcting to $8000 after president Donald Trump press release, hopefully the price would resume it bullish run any moment from now.
4555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a quick warning on: January 09, 2020, 03:04:32 AM
No matter how promising a project might look, especially if they are new projects just look them as if they have nothing to offer and invest only what you can afford to lose. Do not keep your eggs in one basket, do you fall in love with a single coin, no matter how good they are always keep digging, many more good gems won't hurt than relying on a single gem 💍. Be smart
This is indeed a good and timely advice as we might likely enters or approach another bull regime alot of ICOs would resurfaces and new projects would enter the market with juicy promises to investors we just have to be diligent and very selective in investing in the right coin after a through research on numerous projects across the board.
4556  Economy / Speculation / Re: Return of the bull? on: January 08, 2020, 07:36:37 PM
no one knows the exact reason, maybe it has something to do with the news that is happening, maybe because it's approaching "bitcoin halving" but without it all in bitcoin technical analysis also began to show a positive trend, hopefully this is a good start for bitcoin.
Today Bitcoin prices indeed show a significant price increase, Many believe that this is because of the conflict between Iran and US where Iran has fired dozens of missiles at US military bases as revenge. But I see this only as the beginning of price increases ahead of Halving Bitcoin.
The sudden pump might likely be as a result of tension between the two countries the price of bitcoin had shown a tremendous increase since the beginning of the crises till today however immediately after President Donald Trump press release on the aftermath of Iran firing some missiles into US bases in Iraq there was a sudden dump in the price of bitcoin from $8300 to $8000.
4557  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tips for Traders here on: January 08, 2020, 04:19:21 PM
They are good tips indeed particularly learning the rope before embarking on a trading journey I always emphasizes doing through research on the internet where there are countless numbers of strategies to choose from while choosing the right instrument to be traded, crypto currency trading seems to be more easier than option, metal and  forex trading according to some trading experts.
4558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next big thing in crypto? on: January 08, 2020, 02:39:26 PM
First, I think Bitcoin is halved. I don't know if this will cause market reaction. There is also an ETH upgrade. Will Ethereum's speed increase? I hope it does not cause congestion in transactions. Finally, I hope that cryptocurrencies can be applied to the field and bring new changes to the world.
The mother of all the big events this year is the halving of bitcoin later in the year the upgrading of ethereum wouldn't have much impact like halving of bitcoin which I believed would triggers a massive pump in other altcoins ethereum inclusive.
4559  Economy / Speculation / Re: We will never see $6000 bitcoins again and my reason on: January 08, 2020, 12:45:32 PM
I agree that we will most likely never see Bitcoin drop to $6000 again because we’re getting too close to the halving that the price doesn’t have time to drop significantly again.
I also agreed with the OP prediction, technical analysis of BTC/USD on a daily chart indicates series of supports the price would have to breakthrough before dumping to $6000 which is unlikely,  we have three to four strong supports and the upcoming halving of bitcoin is more of a positive news that would pump it price.
4560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 08, 2020, 05:52:27 AM
The derby of Manchester today.
My bet is going to be for City to win. Even if they won't start with the basic line up there are a lot of great players on the bench that can still win the basic line up of Manchester United.

Manchester City won in the Carabao Cup semi-final against Man United, its great in the first round was able to score 3 goals and I think this is a good victory.
I'm happy to see bets winning because there will be a lot of bets here, but I think many also bet because there are a lot of Man United fans.
Man utd were completely outplayed by Man city  the likes of Sterling, Mahrez, Debruyne and Benardo silva attacking and tormenting their defence which constituted to their conceding three goals I expected them to have played with full force just like when they met in their last EPL match however Man utd performance was like shadow of former self however they still up their performance in their next match against Norwich city.
