4581  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think COVID19 is a scam? on: August 24, 2020, 08:47:54 PM
I don't think it's scam. Covid-19 is dangerous thing, but I don't think it's as dangerous as they want to show. I remember all this panic caused by media initially when it looked like plague is approaching, people started to buy food, sanitizers and masks like crazy.
Some countries like Sweden or Belarus didn't had lockdown and what we have now? Worst case scenario didn't happened, situation there is stable and pretty much normal. So, I think it's possible to live normal life now without too much restrictions. Just some basic things like distancing, hygiene and etc is needed.
And I think that current situation opened hands for governments to control people, track their every step without leaving much freedom. And some of their restrictions is just so stupid. I heard that in some countries, like Spain you have to wear mask even when youwalk alone in forest. Why!?
4582  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitpay alternative on: August 24, 2020, 08:08:13 PM
I think it's not bad thing that BitPay don't work in your country Smiley. From my experiebce their service is really shitty.
There is good advices above given. BTCPayServer is great decentralized option, but you would need to run a node to use it. Coingate and Coinpayments csn be a good option, but I don't know, do they operate in your country.
BTW, why stablecoin? Fiat wouldn't be better option?
4583  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What you can learn from this YouTuber mistake - related to crypto scam on: August 24, 2020, 07:57:06 PM
I want to extend your suggestions. Don't download apps from unofficial websites. If you don't afford official version, usually there is many free alternatives, which is often open source.
If you have desktop wallet where you keep your BTC, be extremely careful on that devices. If you have significant amount of BTC, hardware wallet is must have thing IMO.
And offcourse, 2FA is must have thing. I'm shocked to see people putting a lot of time and efforts into their Youtube channels and then it lose it in easy way just because they didn't had even basic account protection.
4584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: August 24, 2020, 07:18:12 PM
Finally we know all 20 teams who will play in next season La Liga. Last team is Elche - they won promotional playoffs yesterday after beating Girona. Well, Elche isn't team which I preferred to see in La Liga. Their pitch quality is terrible and I expect to see them in the bottom of table next season. I really wanted to see Girona and their leader Stuani in La Liga again. He is just too good to play in Segunda - 31 goals this season. Unfortunately he got red card yesterday.

I am feeling now Barcelona is going for many new players as few hours ago on twitter we have koeman told Suarez and Vidal look for new clubs mean they are going to change too many players before new season its really amazing.
I don't believe that big changes is going to happen before new season. First, season is going to start just after few weeks, so it's not much time for serious rebuild of squad. Another problem - now Barca simply don't enough money available for it.

I'm going to send payment tomorrow. Already can't wait for next season. This year our pool are going to be very interesting. I'm already after I saw prizes. Besides whole pot, $50 free bet for yellow cap winners, free Watford shirt. And chance to win ticket to selected football game - it's something incredible!
4586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 24, 2020, 03:45:56 PM
Well after all, Bayern was strongest team this year. They won all 11 Champions league games this season and most was won very easy, like Spurs 2:7 Bayern, Crvena Zvezda 0:6 Bayern, Barca 2:8 Bayern, two big wins against Chelsea. Though, not everything was easy, remember how they were struggling under Kovac in first half of season. It's only unfair that Lewandowski will not get Golden Ball this year...

what are your thoughts in regards to having a "one-legged knock-out round" for next season?
- I did like its outcome since it forces both teams to give everything in a single match.
It was interesting, but I would prefer everything back to normal. As said above, in such case games would be held in neutral stadium, it's not good for fans who lose chance to support their team at home pitch. Also, less games is not good for TV and UEFA because it's less revenue. One game gives advantage to underdogs, but I think better tema should win.
4587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 23, 2020, 08:53:57 PM
Bayern are the champions! This very long and very strange season is finally over.
I expected more goals in the final, but it was great match. Neuer - what a wall! And it was really bad game for Neymar.
Congrats to Bayern fans there!
Is the VAR sleeping or watching a different game?! Hasn't that been a clear penalty for PSG for that foul of Kimmich at Mbappe?!
IMO, it's not penalty.

Williams F1 has been sold... The end of an ERA.

Yeah about the party mode, guess what Mercedes and Honda cried about it (the 2 motors with the biggest gain) and they delayed by 1 GP. Roll Eyes

They still said in the official announcement that the headquarters will be in UK where they are and they will continue to race under the same name Williams.I agree partly with this decision as Williams was struggling from quite some time now and no green light was seen in their latest developments of the few last years so probably they got really bored to get this decision which of course sadness us all.
Under Williams family management this team were going only backwards in recent years and their future weren't bright. It's good that new owners aren't planning to change team name - it has big historic value. Though, it doesn't means that they aren't going to change it after few years.
4589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 23, 2020, 03:50:10 PM
Well, personally, I have no doubts about Bayern win tonight. I know that I shouldn't understimate PSG, they are really good team and it's just 1 game and everything can happen. But current Bayern is just so good and I don't see any team who can stop them. I hope to see nice attacking football tonight, something similar like we saw in Europa league final.
4590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: August 21, 2020, 08:58:30 PM
Simply great match, one of the best Europa league finals in recent years. Completely opposite what I expected before the game. Beautiful attacking football, lot of dangerous moments. Lukaku - from hero to zero. Lopetegui - after he left Spanish national team and failed completely in Real Madrid, finally he got chance to rebuild his reputation.
6th trophy for Sevilla - time to rename it to UEFA Sevilla league.
I know there is many Inter fans here - I just feel sorry for you guys. But current Inter is going in right direction and I'm sure you'll get your chance soon.
4591  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: WALAHALA HARDWARE WALLET on: August 21, 2020, 09:41:59 AM
@bullrun2020bro, thanks for sharing warning. I haven't hear about this hardware wallet before, so it's good to know that would be better to avoid them. Considering these facts above, I suppose that this wallet is safe as "unhackable" Macafee Bitfi wallet.
4592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: August 21, 2020, 09:30:53 AM
People are saying that Sevilla always win Europa league when they play in it. But lot of things had changed since they won trophy last time. If I'm not mistaken, just 2 players from that squad who beat Liverpool are still in Sevilla - Banega and Escudero. Still, I would like to see them winning trophy.
Inter are favorites offcourse, their squad is better, but I don't think their advantage is big. It's going to be tough game, probably typical final with very few goals. I still not decided what bets to make.
4593  Other / Archival / Re: Dead projects in the gambling section...and not only there on: August 20, 2020, 10:29:57 PM
Well, I don't think it's problem at all. If website doesn't works anymore, their topic quickly becomes inactive and it soon goes to 5th or 10th page in that board. I don't think there is big need to lock these inactive topic because usually nobody posts in it. Only sometimes we can see some spammers who bump inactive topics or it's done by bots.
In perfect situation, authors of topic should lock it when they don't provide services anymore. But if they don't provide service anymore, usually it means that something went wrong with their business and locking ANN topic isn't their main concern. Other scenario that they done exit scam, well, in such case I also doubt that they are going back to lock topic Smiley.

Fuel refills were part of the races in the past.
Just remember that they stopped it in order to make the sport more competitive. How is it possible for them to take a decision now to recall them back?
It is just about the money that teams invest in their cars and this is the reason why Mercedes is the best team by far.

I watch TV with this opinion refuel in the 90s , and the races are more interesting, so many different strategies, fast stop and lighter car at the beginning or heavy cars and faster at the end... At time so many boring all Teams have the same strategy no freedom of movement for smaller Teams. So at time are good start and Mercedes win...
Yeah, refuleling gave much more options for strategy. Not like we have now - 1-2 pit stops to change tyres when most teams choose same strategy and stop almost same time. But I remember complaining about boring races back then too Cheesy. Mainly because small number of ocertakes and Schumi dominance.
^  I think Kvyat is the better driver.  Horner should've been more patient with the guy and should have given him more time and waited for him to get less nervy.  IMHO.
I think that all of them - Albon, Kvyat and Gasly is similar level drivers. But all of them will look bad in comparison with Max. I just think that main problem that Red Bull don't have patience and gives too much pressure for them - every mistake can cost them seat in Red Bull.
4595  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Reminder]: Read the ToS of a exchange site first before registering on: August 19, 2020, 11:14:05 PM
Well, I must admit that I don't read ToS, and I think that most of us don't read it. I just click "agree" and move on. Yes, I know it's not good thing, but I just can't force myself to read the very long and very boring rules. And if something bad will happen, offcourse, it will be my fault that I didn't read rules. Exchanges, gambling and other kind of websites are using this thing for their benefit.
In perfect case, if exchange don't accept users from specific country, website should be not accesible there. But in this case, HitBTC let user to signup, make deposit, trades and etc. I don't know how this story ended, but HitBTC should return deposit for this guy.
4596  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Any decent Google Adsense alternative? on: August 19, 2020, 10:25:36 PM
Unfortunately, there is no such alternative which would be close Google Adsense. If you're looking for Bitcoin advertising networks, there is long list of it:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196251.0
But unfortunately, best networks have quite big requirements, such as Alexa rank, so it's not good for new website.
I'm not very familiar with fiat advertising networks, I can only mention few names which is known for me, like Media.net or PropellerAds.
Another option may be various affiliate ads, such as Amazon.
4597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 19, 2020, 09:00:19 PM
Well, everything as planned today. Easy win of Bayern, they dominated completely. Yeah, Lyon had few good chances to score, but on the other hand, Bayern were able to score much more than 3. Im not fan of Bayern, but I'm going to support them in the final, I just don't like PSG at all.

Well, personally, I didn't had issues with Freebitco.in all day long - I used their website as usual. Probably it means that only small part of users are affected.
4599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Belgian Jupiler league 20/21 on: August 18, 2020, 10:25:38 PM
I see that player that I follow - Terem Moffi scored his 1st goal this season for Kortrijk. Mark my words - soon we will see this guy in much better team. There was rumours some tume ago that Rangers are interested in him.
But I really hope I am wrong. Personally out of all the teams in this division, I have only heard about Beerschot in the past. I think that is a big reason why this league is not followed widely because it has no star clubs like ManU or ManC.

Well, Beerschot isn't most famous club from Belgium. It's strange that you didn't hear clubs like Brugge, Genk or Anderlecht, they always play in Champion and Europa league.
Offcourse, it's not EPL or La Liga, but it's decent league, 8th in UEFA ranking, above Eredivisie or Turkish league Smiley Smiley
4600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 18, 2020, 09:00:33 PM
Don't know how about you guys, but I expected something more from Leipzig. Maybe not to win against PSG, but give them challenge. But they were completely outplayed and PSG were able to score much more. I didn't wanted to see PSG in the final at all. Not a fan of Bayern, but I hope they will take trophy.
BTW, does anyone make bets on Champions league qualifiers? I took Dinamo Brest win against Astana @3.4 and Crvena Zvezda- Europa over 4.5 @2.15. Easy money  Cool
