4581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: It seems like it's the end for bounties on: May 05, 2020, 02:46:33 PM
Should we ever think that 2017 will happen again? When ICO projects and bounty hunters gain a lot of money? It was just a dream at all because to tell everyone, there is no coming back...either we like it or not the market will soon change and that is what we feel today.
But even we saw a lot of scam projects, ICO/IEO failures but I wasn't thinking we put this thing to an end. Not for sure, unless we can never find good things around in crypto. If we are giving care to our community, we can eliminate this scam projects and put it ends, not the market itself.
4582  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: May 05, 2020, 02:24:40 PM
that was good of you , you have some funds backup for this pandemic , but some other people really need pull their assets to survive on this pandemic , hope we all can get good ending
I feel really sorry for people who needs to pull funds to live through these hard times.
However, I don't understand people who initiated selling by themselves, its literally makes no sense - whole market is on bull run
It is not a sorry thing, it is a need and that we can't do anything but sacrifice.
This is a part of our crypto journey, sometimes we feel disappointed and sometimes we are also happy because we gain a lot. I know many were selling their holding not because they are panic about the market change but actually the pandemic gives them the push to make it. And to honest, I also sell some of my bitcoin and I don't feel any regrets because I used it for the purpose to survive.
4583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to get some Ethereum? on: May 05, 2020, 02:52:39 AM
That is your option mate...
This coin did something great and able to retain its position for a very long time. This thing will simply mean that Ethereum is worthy of anything, short-term and long-term investment...it is to see how profitable you are.

We are already at $220, if we buy some early this year it could be doubled this time. But unfortunately, many were still giving the doubts that time and the current price might probably get surprised them as what they saw. Then, I smell some regrets around.
4584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Chasing the bull run on: May 05, 2020, 02:33:10 AM
Usually, many new investors will jump into the market when the prices started to move high and that probably because they are thinking that it is a continuous movement. I supposed to think that also before but knowing the volatility and unpredictable market I have to step down.
And that was unfortunate enough that these newcomers have usually fallen into the bull trap. Then I have to give hope that they could realize it before sundown because I'm afraid if FOMO might start.
4585  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could we see another breakout now? 🤔 on: May 04, 2020, 11:45:06 PM

So could we see another breakout in near future?🤔🤔

Only we have speculations, you can't be right about the price even tomorrow.
In the future? One year, two years, and so on...?

Maybe I was optimistic if I could predict Bitcoin price will surge into $20k next year (one year after halving). The effect of the halving has quite seen months after as previous data have shown but it may quite different as the global market condition will influence the crypto market as well.

Anyway, nobody could really predict the market and it might better to have your own.
4586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump or HODL these coins? on: May 04, 2020, 11:22:45 PM
I appreciate your courage and patient holding these coins for year/s. But I would like to ask a question, is there's a change happen to your portfolio? Because if there is nothing, there is no way to continue to hold it, it is better to diversify it into a few coins not that numbers. What I see is that some of them are already dead, there is no way to think that they will give your expectations out from them. Have to sell them while you can still get some money and then look at another coin/s that could fulfill your expectations.
4587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: May 04, 2020, 10:57:41 PM
Why should a gambler have a record of how much money they spend on gambling and how much is earned ? If we all always think about how we should control our finances, why do we have to bet ?

Do not make gambling solely as a place for you to make money, because gambling is a place where you spend time and money to get pleasure even though we have the opportunity to bring victory.
Even if we have a record of gambling it is useless because we will regret it because so much has been spent on gambling but if people don't care then they run out no matter as long as the fun they get for them but I see very rarely people like that because gambling is now on average want big luck.

So gambling will only spend money, time and even if addicted will be difficult to control, but they want to keep winning in the gambling.
Keeping it track won't uplift our chances to win but only it gives depression seeing how much we lose.
Chasing those losses is not really a good idea, we know gambling is a luck-based game and it certainly ain't happen all the time. And by making this way, it only leads us to something worse and possibly more disappointment that can affect our decision. And for me, it is better to have nothing about the records, and forgetting about the past will help to ease your minds and gamble normally as you did before.
4588  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Halvings impact on Bitcoins price on: May 04, 2020, 10:28:52 PM
There were thrill in the last two Halvings but now the excitement is really hard because of the pandemic, people are really worried and not sure about the pump this time. I don't think the BTC Halving could be an impressive one I mean when compared to the last two Halvings.

At this moment people are really worried about this pandemic, so my prediction is 11k.
Yes, they are worried because they become hopeless about this.
I feel the uncertainty around and people are becoming doubtful about the potentiality of the market to have another ATH again. It was the excitement and they are badly disappointed as the saw that this coming halving won't make a huge pump but rather to keep the market low.
I ain't lose my optimism but I accept the reality that Bullrun seems to be a little bit impossible this year.
4589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay in waves or convert them to ethereum? on: May 03, 2020, 11:50:19 PM
I bought a good number of Waves coin a couple of years ago. By watching many development news and update I thought it will contest with Eth in future. But i am now frustrated.

I bought each waves at BTC0.00135 and current price is BTC0.00012+

Should i stay in waves or convert them to ethereum?
It was then sorry to tell you that Waves never get such a good market perspective at this time. Waves coin is popular in the past years but the market has changed and people/investors are not interested anymore that brings this coin being ignored. Holding it without a gaining market is just a waste of time, better to give up and diversify it into another altcoin or BTC. There you have a chance to recover your losses and bring back your money. There is a need to sacrifice and that is for a good reason that is why we don't need to worry about it.
4590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: May 03, 2020, 11:26:11 PM
I don't really know though but I have a feeling that I'm just getting used to staying for a while so it has effectively decreasing my desire to play gambling though. But if I get to expose again in any gambling activity my desire is slowly coming back though just like how we used to play poker in the house there is a little desire that is actually showing even if I'm kind of busy doing some important things. Although I'm not really excited to play though it's just that I kind of missed the feelings. lol
sometimes we had to miss something as we grow old and especially when are now having more responsibility in our life. It is life-changing and I know most of us already experience this. We might say, we are a gambling addict today but not actually it could still be addicted to it in the next decades. It is something like that.
Since we are facing this pandemic and all sports event are been in the hold, better to think other kinds of stuff other than gambling for us to give space and enough to realize what we are doing before. Time to change either.
4591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: May 03, 2020, 10:43:37 PM
KYC doesn't matter at all if you are giving it to the right person. The most important thing is that we not get fooled by this KYC, having a project, giving the support but just meant helpless at all.

-snip-
I think a professional bounty manager will research before launching a campaign, because if BM promotes or launches a scam project, reputation will be bad.
For KYC it seems like if the prize that is not big is certainly not worth it giving our identity only for a few dollars, but if it does get a large amount of funds from the bounty then just do it KYC.
Then it means that if someone gives you $1000 for your KYC will you give it to them because it is worthy enough of your identity? It could be in consideration and if that will be used for good intention, ain't no problem but if that will use for something illegal...I'd never take that offer.
I know we much care about ourselves not getting involved in illegal activities because of that KYC that is why we should only give it into the good hands and I believe that BM also will make protect their participants as well if they have noticed an inconsistency of the team unless if he don't care about it.
4592  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is better than Holding on: May 03, 2020, 10:15:02 PM
Probably the holding strategy is well suited for really TOP projects, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. Most likely, most coins do not make sense to hold for a long time, because often their price constantly decreases from the moment they are listed on exchanges. From this we can conclude that it is best to trade really popular cryptocurrencies. This solves a lot of problems when choosing trading pairs for trading.
Holding will matter what coin you hold and the making profit as well.
Yeah, holding those garbage coins won't make you any assurance and the same thing if you will use it for a trade.
Trading is just an option to take while holding, in fact, I quite doing it as well in order not to get bored holding and waiting for their price to get high. And now, I realize and I find out that we are making more money than simply just holding. That is really working for me but I'm not sure if the others do great also.
4593  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: May 03, 2020, 11:54:29 AM
It is too much to know that China is spreading its market across the border and getting more allies amidst the pandemic. It is to believe that they are taking advantage of it and probably not only in business matters but some other reason alike to rise. That is why the USA put blame on China and the conspiracy about the pandemic. It is either China makes it or not but the people are mostly pointing out China for this cause and it makes difficult to know who's telling the truth because they are also throwing back to the USA.
4594  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC breaks 9k, are we on bull run? on: May 03, 2020, 11:07:51 AM
It looks like people are now profiting and I believe some of the crypto holders are now selling their Bitcoin. And maybe I should do also.
If there is a huge volume of selling today, I will no longer expect the Bullrun will come but instead to see the market price drops once again. I know people are taking advantage of the current pump and I believe they are making their way to secure their fund before a change of market direction comes. I can see what the other thinks about the coming days and that was FOMO...it isn't surprising anyway.
4595  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Correction in the next days? on: May 02, 2020, 11:50:15 PM
Hey people. Are you expecting a correction in the next days. A lot of talk about a price dump around 10% before the halving starts. How serious can this be?
It can't be ignored, mate. Dumps come after the pumps, it was something to tell that people aren't just holding forever but sometimes they throw it away when they are already in the profit and make buy back again. This is the significant effect of market trading and we can no longer change the system. The volatility of the crypto market will the only thing that will last forever.  And maybe we are so thankful that way because that is the thing makes us more profitable.
4596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why there is no Standard Marketplace like Amazon with BTC as payment method?? on: May 02, 2020, 11:22:56 PM
Amazon takes the lead over the other market players. They are doing this because they know how potentially it attracts customers globally and that the BTC payment option will serve great. Maybe we are grateful enough to see how these big-time market players giving their support to promote crypto. Their market perceptions lead yo something great that might be happening in the future and to the fact that e-commerce adoption is getting faster, they could easily make a good market and it turns back with them...absolutely BIG returns.
4597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: May 02, 2020, 03:33:12 PM
We must do some research before deciding to join the campaign, no matter who is the bounty manager. Don't waste our time to promote scams project, it's much better we get a little result but its legit. Beware for the project that requires KYC to participate.
Yes, and I totally agree with what you say, because it is very illogical to give KYC data for reward that is not as much as for tokens that are worth nothing, I personally value KYC data more than tokens that are not valuable in the market.
KYC doesn't matter at all if you are giving it to the right person. The most important thing is that we not get fooled by this KYC, having a project, giving the support but just meant helpless at all.

Yeah, Rubick99 is right. It doesn't matter whos running/handling the campaign but the most important is how the manager seems to be reliable and gives assurance to the participants. We all been thinking that reputable BM runs only legit (and maybe they are) but could something we think also how this project means anything to the community.
4598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: May 01, 2020, 11:26:58 PM
AZBI...
To me this is a very poor bounty project, they used uniswap name to deceive those who are too quick or haste to make money, there is no demand for this token, it's a dead end, I'm glad I spend my time doing few digs if not I would have joined the campaign.

A good lesson learnt here
It is better you dig it first before wasting your time to them, giving support but gives nothing in the end, and supposedly this a thing that every bounty hunters must do before taking into participation and so they don't have to claim about being unpaid in the future. What I am trying to say is that being ignorant of what the project team did will make us fool. If we take this stupidity because we are about to look only at the rewards, then it is expected to get fooled by them.
4599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important ? on: May 01, 2020, 10:55:52 PM
The situation seems so harsh and it really changing the mindset of the people when they got lose of their money. And if they couldn't manage and control themselves then have to expect bad decisions comes.
Some people just underestimate the risk in trading because they are brag about focusing on the gains and out of knowing how much they lose in every single mistake they do. Not really they appreciate how was important to have an Effective Risk Management until they realize it. And that was bad since they have to commit mistakes first before they look into its importance.
4600  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Suddenly price Change after Bitcoin Halving on: May 01, 2020, 11:27:38 AM
Halving? It was proven before that there a huge market change before and after, and absolutely we have noticed it. But think it could be similar to this coming halving? It surely different and we are not confident enough to see the market to be in the bullish one. But instead to see the market its normal behavior up and down. Hypes is somewhat we have experience in the past days and look at, we are started to drop again from $9k. We should be careful in dealing with the market today and have to analyze its movement.
