You need to know that Cardano disappeared from public this spring after the ICO in Japan. I don't know anything about it after that, I know people lost tons of money.
I think it is a scam in it's second phase.

My answer to some of your questions:
1) I have a rule - if it is premined, it is a scam, there are coins which proved there is no need for a premine so for me all premined coins are scam.
2) Non-minable coins are scam. Mining gives a coin value, with other factors as well but as of now, I don't see any good coins that are not Minable.
Some examples of coins I believe everyone should hold:
BTC, BCH (Bitcoin Cash), Litecoin, Monero, Siacoin (if you have a lot of info and need storage, it's perfect for this).

I believe most have been deleted by mods, everyone questioning the integrity of them as they are a form of scam for the unsuspecting idiots that buy it all up when they hit exchanges

I would look into some of the "tokens" or coins you hold wallet or software. Check each software you installed for any coin you hold(even those that weren't stolen) on every device you logged in to the compromised accounts.
I would do this first. Also uninstall everything that is not 100% secured.

Imagine if tourists will receive a debit/credit card when entering Emirates and they will just purchase this coin and have it on the card, using it for anything in the Kingdom. Imagine the adoption rate of it. Anyway, it will be then tied to their national currency's value, so the price will depend totally on their currency, I don't see it work differently. Something like Tether, my guess.
