It is suspicious, but KWH is right, the action of buying/selling forum accounts is allowed here.
Btw, you should not trust a person just because he has been active or is a hero member. The account could have been hacked, or have been sold, or simply the owner have turned to the dark side.
Tradefortress is a VIP (donated 50btc to bitcointalk), and has gone with 4000+ btc. John K was a mod, and has been MIA for 2 months now.

Ok I change the rules : comment 23th and 33th will be paid 0.001, you can post 2times before posting comment 23th and you need to follow (1) and (2)
so 23 th and 33th each get 0.005? Isn't it 0.001? BTW, the posters need to register an account using OP's referral link.

Dude, it is not really that rare to see a loss in 85% bets. And if you can't afford to lose the money, you should stop betting it.

Seems like you have entered the mining world before understanding how "difficulty" works. Bitcoin difficulty changes every 2016 blocks (~10min a block, so ~14 days total). If it takes less than 14 days to find 2016 blocks, the difficulty goes up, and vice versa. You can see difficulty changed every 12-13 days for the previous month, and so the difficulty went up ~20% every 12-13 days. http://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

The bitcoin network cannot handle more than 7 transactions per second.
Inputs.io has been stress tested to handle hundreds of transactions per second, and of course no waiting for confirms, or no fees.
I stumbled upon this post right now, and I think it might be useful to bump it, hoping people won't forget. Is there any statistics about the current average TPS? From what I saw on blockchain.info (the live feed of latest transaction), it seems we are more or less at 1-2 tps... It would be great if someone can share some stat.

So I just started yesterday, still trying to get the hang of things. Ran around guiminer and cudaminer so far. And tried stuff out with bitcoin and litecoins. Bitcoins at 140mhash/s Litecoins at 200khash/s My first questions (well set of ?) is...... why are they different? Is it just cause of the algorithms? Does that mean Litecoins algorithm takes longer, and thats why the speed is lower? And other question set is, what is considered or a recommended good speed? (for your average miner ) I know I am my PC isnt built to go mining (Nvida and intel), but I might want to get more into this and invest or build a mining rig. I figure it will be a fun experience after I rob a bank save up some money lol. And I see a lot of people focusing on (how much coins or $ you are making) vs (the charge of power and cost)But I am hoping on some advice from your average miner on their speeds, cost, or profits. What you would recommend, on what speeds to aim for VS time spent, cost to buy/build, profit, etc?Bitcoin is sha256-based, and litecoin is scrypt-based. Scrypt hashing is memory intensive, and it runs slower. You can find the hashrate of various hardware here. Bitcoin (sha256): https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparisonLitecoin (scrypt): https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparisonI won't suggest you to do bitcoin mining, and I am not really sure how the upcoming scrypt ASIC will affect the profitability of GPU mining scrypt-based coins...
