461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now - should or not? on: March 23, 2018, 05:56:59 AM

The thing with ICOs is that they have no proven track record and may not be successful. ETH is a good coin whose value will only increase overtime, i say you settle for BTC, but if your instinct trusts the new coin then go with it, its best to trust your instincts
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: March 22, 2018, 07:02:44 AM

Whitepapers are the most important part of a project, it contains all there is to know about a project, fro the project lay out, financial plans, token allocation and the development stages, this is basically all there is to know about a project, whitepapers avail these all in one

464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: March 21, 2018, 02:53:27 PM

well , 2018 has been a good year for ICOs, i dont think all will die, but some might just not see the end of the year especially ones with weak project plans and poor development plan. If the ICO is of less value then it will post probably fail
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 21, 2018, 02:50:54 PM
Holding is not necessarily bulshit as you claim. it all comes down to the decision you made on which coins to hold. if you held the right coins then they will get you good returns, dont expect high returns by holding low potential coins
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opportunity to sell for bitcoin on: March 21, 2018, 02:47:05 PM

i dont think selling your valuable items is a good idea, BTC is a good venture that comes with high risks, if you risk something tha you will need then you might regret, how about you participate in bounties and anyother form of collecting coins then convert them into BTC, bit by bit and you will realize your dreams, there is still time
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: March 21, 2018, 02:41:11 PM

Bitcoin is still on its early stages, therefore attaching claims about the future to it might not be very fair, but if it continues to grow at the rate it is growing at then there are high chances that it will be the future currency
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A bad timing to invest in an ICO? What are your insights? on: March 19, 2018, 09:43:02 PM

ICOs are very challenging to invest in because its almost impossible to tell which one will succeed and which one will not, i don't think the timing of investment matters a lot, but the choice of an ICO you are investing in is very crucial, if you chose wisely based on the project plan, then there are chances that you will get returns
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is most ICO creator from India on: March 19, 2018, 09:40:15 PM
India boasts of one of the Highest IQ levels, there are very smart people there and their IT skills are goo, making them good programmers and hence good developers
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin are scam nowadays on: March 16, 2018, 07:34:12 PM
Nice advice. Coinmarketcap does have some scam coins listed. They should do some research before adding coins to their site. Nonetheless, we should do our own research before investing in a coin. Asking in a telegram group is definitely a great idea. We should also read their ANN thread on bitcointalk. And team is also very essential part of an ICO.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: March 16, 2018, 07:27:49 PM
Not all Airdrops are profitable. Actually very few. Look for the ICOs which have great project and use case. If you think an ICO is good then airdrop would definitely be good. Don't sign up for every airdrop you see. It is time consuming and you also clutter your Inbox, telegram, facebook and twitter.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: March 15, 2018, 11:15:36 PM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

Such claims should have reasonable base and proof, ETH is full of potential but next year is far too soon for it to even hit the market cap BTC currently have. it might be a future giant but for now, and the next few years, Bitcoins is still the best
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Every cryptocurrency price is going down.... on: March 15, 2018, 11:12:20 PM
The fact that the crypto market is in the red zone doesn't mean that the future crypto is under threat, with the kind of volatile market crypto has, such dips are expected and every crypto is currently affected. lets hope the market recovers
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 15, 2018, 11:08:38 PM

Bitcoin is considered illegal in some countries which have gone as far as banning them, these countries claim that BTC posts a risk to the states economy, because of its inability to get taxed while some are just threatened by sucess of BTC
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: March 15, 2018, 07:31:51 PM
That is not gonna happen ever. Gold is a real thing with a real value. We can use gold for many things. Whereas bitcoin is just a currency which can lose its value anytime in future. I agree that right now, bitcoin is much more profitable investment than gold. But it can't replace gold ever.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: March 15, 2018, 07:29:17 PM
Die? Seriously? Now, it is just the beginning of ICO. Many people don't even know about ICOs. I know that many ICOs fail but that doesn't mean they are gonna die soon. ICO will be their until the end of cryptocurrency. Now the question is when will cryptocurrency die?
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Safe is MetaMask? on: March 15, 2018, 07:26:05 PM
If you want to use online wallet then MetaMask is definitely better than most options. But if you have large amount of crypto then better use hardware wallet. Because hackers are very smart. They can find loophole in any system and take your money away.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: March 15, 2018, 07:24:27 PM
We have 2FA security for web wallets so that is a must do if you have a wallet online. Best option is Cold storage. But you should know how to keep that safe as well.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: March 15, 2018, 07:21:43 PM
ETH is definitely one of the best altcoins. And better than bitcoin is some ways. But I don't think it would overtake BTC. Recent Bitcoin dips have put many in doubt but Bitcoin is first cryptocurrency ever. Hence I think it is kind of unlikely for Ethereum to overtake bitcoin.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the market recover? on: March 15, 2018, 07:16:04 PM
I think in long term instead of short term. I know market is down and many traders are very tenses, some are even depressed. But we all should have patience and faith in cryptocurrency. We know in our heart that crypto is not gonna die soon. Instead it is gonna reach new heights in future.
