They are trying to fool the investors. Whatever the guarantees that they are giving out, I will never invest in any ICO under current market conditions. It is just too risky to put your hard-earned money in to these projects right now.
I kind of see your points. and I hear the same thing from many people around. But why the project team is pushing for continuing the ICO in this bad market conditions? Not sure though. Many are skeptical about ICOs for now; Those who began their sales before the fall are kinda stuck now and now they are they are trying to do all ways possible to finish their sales. In this market people promise a lot of things but they do not work as promised. This is a decentralized market so we can not do anything about the founders. I do not believe this. Many fraudsters lure investors with this word.

In fact, many ICO projects have promised to give investors a refund for a long time, but in the end they did not fulfill their promise!
It doesn't mean Tachain is one of them, i think we should still give them the benefits of the doubt I think the project team is quite active and it shows a good sign I think if a project is legally registered they will be bound to law. That is why it is important to make sure that the project is legally registered. Are they duly registered yet? I didn't check for that before now It's been long I visited the project telegram group Tachain is not yet registered in the regulators and that means if that was only a rumour. If the ico registered to the regulators and the regulators will give us guarantee to get fines if the ico will not meet our expectation. SEC has been doing it before. It's so simple to imagine about that. I think company that needs to register with the regulators are companies that issue out security and not utility tokens like Tachain, although I stand to be corrected as I don't really see the need for regulations here Now, this is strange, if they are not registered, how then can they offer a risk-free ICO? what then is the guarantee that people will get their money back after they invest, given that they can't be traced? yeahh good question brother, since tachain doesnt still answered what is real meaning of their risk-free, is it really risk-free or their are just using it to attract more investors? |

This will be great but having to wait 1 year to know if the project is worth sticking to or not, to me is a long time which I doubt many people will be willing to accept.
yeah, truth be told i also believe that is truly a very long time i really don't think any investor would want to wait that long to start getting reasonable feedback Many people will accept it since it has a good feature. I think you have to wait until Q2 2019. Tachain project will probably not start earlier. It may just be that there will be a beta test that you can attend. But I'm glad that the Philippine Community is writing posts here. So next year we will hopefully get first-hand updates Im hoping that the project will success here in our country since many taxi drivers right now are not doing their job properly, and some of them are not giving you the service that the customer need also, there is some people who are doing bad things in their job, and adding some extra payment. I don't quite get your point but i believe you're from Philippines, which is the one of the countries that tachain tends to invest, it will be nice for the brand to have like a physical office in that area to build a much more robust community, as it is now, investors want to have substantial proof in anything they intend to invest before investing What I mean sir, is that the tachain service must implented its service ,I.e private taxis, a lot of taxis right now are not doing good and they are over pricing their price and if tachain implanted the service will change. Maybe I think it would depend on the execution; because if Tachain is going to implement ad screens it is going to require an overhead. either way I think they could very start operations now and not wait longer. It's not only Tachain but most of the project is going slow with development because of market conditions. Yes of course - This is a general fact. But in this case; Tachain has invented the risk free investing method. Which means at least we can save our money! I don't believe that investments can be done without any risks. That's just impossible. Not about business all this. On the contrary risks can be minimized and I believe that project will succeed in its core and main aims.

I think this idea is good. But we all know that there is a risk in everything. So I can say that there is no risk-free or low-risk investment in cryptocurrency. If the project can’t reach their hard cap, then they surely give back your money? If they do it, then I think it is good.

I would like to ask you something. Have you ever thought of investing in a project such as business a shop or anything or investing in a Crypto based project? If you get two options which one will you choose, definitely the business project where you get involved directly rathe then the Crypto as it certainly comes with alot of risks! yeah, i always ask if the project will affect not only in the cryptoworld, but also the reality world, which the tachain have, its affecting both cryptoworld and reality world, not all projects are like this. |

I personally have lost a portion of my money by investing in ICOs last and this year, but this idea is just brilliant - you can wait for 1 year, see what happens to the project and then (before they go mainnet) decide what to do - either to stay with the project and get mainnet coins, or to exchange them back into the same amount of ETH/BTC invested.
