The best exchange website to trade ERC20 tokens for me is at Idex.market.
I already try etherdelta, etherfork and others but I cannot feel good in that site.
After I tried Idex.market, I found that it's easier for me to send the tokens from MEW wallet into that exchanges.
But sometimes, not all of the tokens are listed on the IDEX, and some of the tokens are list on previous exchanges I mention so you need to check on CMC if the token was release on that site.

This does not include the miners fee which they take out at the end, causing another shortage. Lastly, we have to transfer USD to the seller, which is complicated usually requiring a trip to a bank to do a moneygram or western onion. Any rule of thumbs to help in calculations?
$53 dollar for a transaction is insane with the current blockchain network traffic which wallet did you use to send the transactions? Better use wallet for sending bitcoins when you make transactions from exchanges you need to pay huge fee,if you are just a beginner you can use electrum which has custom fee as well as recommended fee structure. i think the 53$ is not for the blockchain fees maybe the seller use a higher bitcoin price for that transaction, As you know that blockchain transaction fees usually just take around 0.2$ |

2 days ago, a stranger sent me a message via Telegram, his nickname is @Joji .
The first, he told me that his country has banned cryptocurrencies. He asked me to help him withdraw bitcoin from spentrade.com . I accepted so I created an account on this website.
He transferred 0.7 btc from his account to my account and asked me make a withdrawal. I did what he said but spentrade.com has frozen my account and asked me deposit 0.02 btc( or 0.7 Eth) to unfreeze.
I told him this issue, and his answer is " he don't has money to solve it, he want me deposit 0.02btc to unfreeze and will pay back".
I saw two problem in here: I don't recieve confirmation email from spentrade.com when I registered, and in the past I created another account to tested with the same email.Of course I refused him.

why not you just use localbitcoin to buy or sell bitcoin? with localbitcoin you can easily buy/sell bitcoin with people near you and maybe with a low fee than wallofcoins |

Well seems in my case it was just a technical issue and they sorted it, they have now complete the transfer after me contacting tech support.

Coba agan cek historical data Bitcoin pada coinmarketcap, di situ kita bisa lihat bahwa dalam 5 hari saja harga Bitcoin bisa naik dari kisaran $5,700 menjadi sekitar $6,300. [ perubahan harga dalam 5 hari terakhir, 6 Mei - 10 Mei]  sumber : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/historical-data/Menurut saya, peningkatan tersebut cukup baik, dalam 5 hari bisa naik lebih kurang $600. Kalo dihitung rate dalam rupiah berarti lebih dari 8 juta. Jika trend ini terus berlanjut maka akan sangat mungkin dalam beberapa hari ke depan harga Bitcoin bisa di atas 100 juta. Namun untuk kemungkinan harga mencapai 200 juta di akhir bulan, saya kurang yakin. Sebab peningkatan harga Bitcoin ini relatif tidak terlalu signifikan, namun konsisten.
