We have been doing same mistakes again and again that's by reacting to the market fluctuations as either we tend to start buying like there is no tomorrow when we see pump or else panic and empty our coffers for slightest dump and the reason I am suggesting you all to stop reacting is for the fact that the bitcoin market is going through quick pump and dump from past 4 or 5 days so it will prove fatal if we sell out or buy at this point of time. Just take some time and look observe the trend for week or so before jumping into any conclusion.
You cannot blame most of the people who are inclined into day-trading or short-term investments as they primarily rely on the fluctuations on the price of BTCs to earn cash for their use. Unlike people who HODL their BTCs for long-term realization, there are also people who focus on a different path but with the same goal in mind- which is to profit. Every fluctuation on the price, whether the increase/decrease may be relatively small/big, is definitely a big-deal to people who own large amounts of resources. To be honest, you really cannot blame them. I do really have any problem with short term traders, they are just using a different philosophy to trade the markets than the ones that prefer to hold their coins, the great problem for short term traders is that it is incredibly difficult to get profits in this market especially when the market moves abruptly by no apparent reason, and if for some reason you forget to set a stop loss by the moment that you react and sell your coins your losses can be very significant. at least 1 week to hold and see movement, because right now it's difficult to get profit from daily trading. Short-term stop loss in bitcoin trading sometimes does not really help us, instead, we will increasingly lose. better hold because I'm sure in the end every time the price drops there will always bounce back and as traders, of course, we must see the benefits of this fluctuation. |

This bitcoin *halving* is an absolute joke. Demand is down, new bag HODL'ers are drying up. That's why the price is declining.

the history of the previous halving is the same as now, where before halving happened, the price decreased, but in fact what happened? after halving the price going to the moon. Holders panic today and sell because they don't want to reduce the value of their bitcoin. So they are selling now and are still waiting for the lower price to buy back.

A lot of projects are scamming Bounty Hunters and taking Bounty hunters for a ride. What can we do to stop this?
The only way to stop this is to stop supporting scam projects and if some idiot bounty hunters didn't know what is a scam project then let them get scammed because they don't learn or even bother to do their own research. It's been around here for a while these bounties who keeps popping up like a wild mushroom but only few of them are worthy for bounty hunters. many people which is difficult to identify whether this is a good project or a scam, most of them see the number of prizes. we should have a discussion thread about the project so that we can sharing whether the project is good or bad, but unfortunately, this is difficult to do, because when people get a really good project, they will choose silence, so that not many people join and he gets results the big one. |

Contrary to the popular belief of bounty hunters being responsible for the dump encountered upon an ICO listing on an exchange for most crypto token, i will like to point out the fact that most dumps we see for token are as a result of the huge bonus given to private sales investors durring the token private sales, most project go as high as awarding bonus of up to 100% to private sales investors. This huge amount of bonus is capable to dump the price of any token upon successful listing on an exchange. To reduce the rate of dump in price project should reduce the amount of bonus they ghve out durring sales and not lay all blames on bounty hunters
but indeed that is what some investors worry about the amount for the bounty hunter which is quite large. I even prefer to join bounty hunter rather than investing in ico, because indeed I can get more prizes from the bounty. and this often happens when the distribution for bounty hunters starts and prices fall. therefore some ICO teams make regulations, such as partial distribution, then distribution time 1-2 weeks after listing on the market. |

I don't care and you should do the same. When I see some red I look at the price and tell myself that I've been in a much worse position. Even this year when we were at 4k and I didn't sell so why should I panic when we are at 8k. The market has never gone as per prediction because most people that are predicting are not doing it the right way by just predicting based on what they believe and base on cycle or what happened before, while the real people are the ones that predicts with strong and accurate analysis which we only have few people that are doing that and majority of other that are even analyzing are all relying on technical analysis alone for a market that is fully unpredictable and a market that is based on speculation and the most analysis that I feel is very important is that of the fundamentals, like the time that china president announce support of cryptocurrency, we would be able to know immediately that the market will react positively to it.
The reason it happens is that every single trader wants to outsmart the herd and think's he'll follow the TA, but with a little twist. When the majority is panicking at 6k and think we will revisit 6k that "smart trader" will say "they are all waiting for 6, I'll set up my traes at 6,5 and to be sure I'll start buying earlier from 7k in case they bounce up earlier". In the end most people do it and the price stabilizes at 7,5k to never go lower. I think in the exact same way, if I did not panic and I did not sold my coins when bitcoin reached its lowest point this year and I was sustaining losses why should I panic now when the price of bitcoin is higher than at that time, it is better to not think too much about the market otherwise we will always be in a state of frustration, as those that want the price to go up that are mad because the price is not doing what they want while those that want the price to go down are mad as well by the same reason. I am always greedy when prices rise, I want prices to continue to increase and ultimately I do not sell at the highest price. but when prices fall I always panic and want to sell it right away. when it's already selling, then the price increases again, but when I buy why the price always goes down, like a few days ago when I bought at $9500 I thought it would go above $10k, but now it almost even touches $8k and I'm really frustrated with the price at this time. no one can predict the peak for sell . and you most hold for long term without selling for buying again . remmember past bull run of the past when prices rose without stop . this is the risk when you try buying and selling . the cause of current drop is that some or little traders want buying under 10000 usd per btc and right now the price of bitcoin is touching below 8000 usd, I am a little panic if it will go down further. ya, maybe it's not a good idea to sell now and try to buy again below, because I have limited funds. no choice may have to be patient until next year. just hoping the end of the year can back to 9000 or 10000 usd. |

every month ? how did you know ? did they indicate it on thier announcement page ? airdrops usually have phases or have several rounds but they occur longer ( longer than a month or two ) cheaters will also get caught and wont be rewarded as long as they have a strong security that can detect unusual activity from the same i.p address. overall , keybase is a known platform so i think its legit but unfortunately i have missed this one You can see the space drop in keybase, The next round is Dec 15, 2019. ico is over, sone bounty are still potential but onoy few of them , better to look a good project before joining cause most bounty these days are scam. sometimes some good projects also fail. it's hard because the trust of investors has declined, they prefer investing in IEO, maybe bounty IEO is a little better, try it. but doing bounties right now like you are gambling. the results are not certain, even working 1 month you may not be able to earn. a good potential is to join a bounty that pays with bitcoin. |
