Media update: In the meantime, I'm talking to multiple publishers to get news space. These publishers would like to publish a story about Litecred but first wait to see what Litecred is going to do next few months.  the problem is that weekly new coins launched, they can not write about every newbie coin, and many coins are garbage.I have valuable contacts at national geographic Europe(TV), They regularly make documentaries about cryptocurrency, various coins have already passed the screen. Litecred is currently too young and to small for them. First the coin must prove itself...but the door is open to be continued... |

Litecred price will rise soon, its just 51 satoshi now, and mining cost is near 250 satoshi/coin. Its non sense. We just need to wait all this LIP dumpers to drop their free coins. I don't think LIPers are dumping anymore. The ball is pretty much now in those hands who bought it cheap, they are daytrading with it and if somebody bought at 40-45 sat selling at 50-60 sat is still profitable for them That doesnt matter. The coin has not enough buyers at the moment. If there are enough buyes the price will go up (good example is Decred at the moment)..daytraders only ensuring fluctuations in de chart. |

What would you recommend to buy? Bluetrade or Bittrex? I have no account at the moment so I’m quite flexible to open a account there.
Any news regarding a listing at Poloniex? That would be great, because of the Margin-Lending.
A good philosophy is to follow the volume as you have a bit more security. Don't look only at volume. Better look at the company and his CEO behind the exchange-site. And never use a exchange as a savings bank for you coins. Always use your local wallet for savings. MtGox and Cryptsy has a lot of volume, both in trouble. |

my colleague found in another webwallet a bug: Look, these are all the transactions of his wallet on mainnet: - 0.612154 DCR 19 minuten geleden Sent - 282.625054 DCR 2 dagen geleden Received + 282.637954 DCR 3 dagen geleden How is it possible to send 0,599254 coins from a zero balance wallet to exchange? When i look at the mainnet.decred.org his wallet have a balance of 0.11215424 |

Does someone else get the same error message at wallet.decred:
"Could not broadcast payment: Error querying the blockchain"
We use a windows machine with chrome.
of the 50 test attempts goes 1 well. We try different amounts and unit setups. Different computers.
I also disabled company main firewall and central antivirus to test a "no security" test. Nothing solves the problems.

Ok.I can't give any details,but a major IT company (I mean M-A-J-O-R) is going to decide tonight if they will be using Decred as a way of giving and receiving payment for goods and services.Yes,some serious companies have started taking Decred seriously.
This is going to be big!
If it happens,you'll see it on the price,even before any official announcements.
This is going to be some crucial meeting!

You don't have to log out from it as you are not logged in to a server but into a local cookie stored in your browser what if I close my browser and delete the cookie or wanna run the webwallet on another pc? Do I have to create the wallet again with the seed and will it show my transaction history, etc. ? yes ok, thank you but is there an option to backup the wallet respectively the cookie? AFAIK you can't backup the cookie but the seed is your wallet backup. Decred web wallet is a hybrid one between an offline wallet and a regular web wallet(with username pass etc stored in server). The seed acts pretty much like the wallet.dat file in bitcoin-like clients. If you are having the seed you can access your account from anywhere is it possible to encrypt the webwallet (like other coins gui wallets)?. Everyone who nows your seeds as acces to your coins.? Everyone that steels your cookie has acces to your coins? Yes you can set a password and protect your funds is a webwallet interesting to hackers? Yes, if a hacker knows how to adapt/breaking the code/website/hosting on wallet.decred, he can steal all the coins from the users currently use wallet.decred. Am I right? with the old stuff, -qt wallet. this is much more difficult because people need to download first the cracked wallet, mostly from a unknow source. |

Any news about Poloniex? I don't use nor Bittrex neither Bleutrade. I'm waiting a better exchange to open DECRED/BTC trades. I learned my lesson from small exchanges, don't want to lose money again.
Smaller exchanges?...is cryptsy a small exchange? Was mtgox small? Both very large millions companies and both in trouble. |

Decred is soooooo slow... I wait more than 3 hours to get my DCR confirmed on exchange... and no GUI wallet Decred opposite coin - Litecred LTCR works much better, stable network, new wallet version every week. Sold mine. I expect the price to continue to drop as airdrop guys take the free gain. I base this judgment from previous launches and expect the market to find the bottom before any substantial rise. Of course, I could also be totally wrong no you are not wrong i totally agree the price now is pumped and will drop to floor probably 0.0010 - 0.0015 range No no... a lot of "non-crypto" people trust and buy coins yesterday. Now they are trying to withdraw, searching for a wallet the now from other coins (the old Gui wallet)... This coin is to difficult for normal people/traders. They expect the old stuff (like other coins)...wallet.decred.org has alot of problems, not only by me but also other people and people have heard many bad stories about online wallets, they dont know that wallet.decred works with cookies on your own computer. I really hope this coin become BTC V2. But too many child illnesses chases people away...I'm in an investment environment and hear the signals from all sides and other "big" long-term traders. -- And: Dev please give a status update to the community? Connection is needed only to communicate with the blockchain no seed/password is stored in any server I dont like webwallet. At the moment i receive the following error while (more then 24h) trying to send coins: - Could not broadcast payment: Error querying the blockchain - So you don't like it because you can't send your coins. It's fucking amazing that i've made it beside hundreds of other people. . Try to send smaller amount, delete the existing transaction, etc. There are a lot of posts on this. On al amounts a get this error. 0,62dcr 50dcr. I never had problems with any other crypto coin... Are you sending dbits or dcr? DCR ( i changed unit to DCR) |
