Because those coins you are talking about are based on a source code that was used for years and building a gui for them takes ~15 minutes. Here we are having a brand new codebase that needs some time.
What error are you getting with web wallet? Pm me i  may help you with it

Click "Create" not "Import". Than it will ask your seed.

False. None of your data is stored on a host/website. Web wallet is not a traditional web wallet basically you use the online platform to comnect with the blockchain just like you do with a desktop wallet the difference is that the platform is served online. Of course everything can be hacked but the risk is minor compared to regular web wallets.

Make sure you are leaving enough for the fees so try to send 281-282 and if you are still getting the error just keep deleting the transaction and placing again
