IEOs has certainly become the order of the day for new start up in cryptocurrency. replacing the traditional ICO which was a means of raising funds for new crypto projects. As we all Know, IEOs are been conducted on Exchanges which was a means to guaranteed investors that they have a platform to exchange( buy/sell) their token and as well a trust and accountabilty in the crypto ecosystem.
Currently there are Exchanges that are not deem FIT To conduct these exchanges because:
1: 90% of the projects the marketed failed to reach softcap.
2; most projects been marketed are still Scam and have nothing to offer.
3; they never review any of these project but rather charge fees for IEO listing.( once, you make your payment, you are allow to conduct your sales on their platform) a sure way of damaging their reputation.
4: they list multiple projects at once making it difficult for investors to make their own review and choose a quality project.
I know of LATOKEN exchange as Number one in this category.

i don't really understand about this project, but when i check coinmarketcap website today, this project become the biggest gainers cryptocurrency maybe somebody can explain me the main causes why this project growing hard ?  regards Be very careful, you might be trapped in a pump and dump scheme here. Ask yourself, what is the main reason why the price is increasing? Is there any valid reason or just manipulation of the price by the dev team? Check for couple of weeks, and see if the trend is still the same. The unusual increase might be fake and a trap for potential investors. Oh no,, So this coin is only a pump and dump coin? Prices during the Next bull run?
It is hard to say ethereum will rise until that number in a short time because we are still at a lower than $200. But if we talk about the long-term, then I guess ethereum will have that chance to reach that number. There are so many possibilities for every coin to increase, and we cannot get the right price in the prediction. Does anyone have any logical reasons why ETH price is still so low compared to its actual value? Isn't it like 70% of all the prominent ICO's, IEO's, STO's are all built on top of the Ethereum network? They require buying gas to run right? Wouldn't that create demand, and result in an increasing price for ETH? Is it safe to say it's being price suppressed? Or do I not understand how the platform works?

Country like Ghana has a lot of natural resources yet every year the nation do their Budget in USD. Investor traveled to Ghana and buy their resources with USD.
