Ouch.  Big hit this week   Cry

Because of hosting payments for the next month.

@mwninja, on the webpage, could you add the links in the header to the stats of all your other groupbuys. I'm sure quite some ppl own shares in multiple of your groupbuys and now I have to go to my favorites and choose the other GB. But if it's in the header it will make my life easier ;-)

Second thing, could you also add a link to our mining wallet, this way everybody could easily have a look how much currently is beging held in our dividend wallet.

Cheers
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enjoy? on: February 14, 2014, 04:27:21 PM
The guy was asking for help creating a vanity address using "1Enjoy."  That's the same as the spamming address.

Oh haha. I thought people were just being cyber detectives and assuming that he was the guy because of his name  Grin. Has anyone asked him?

kodiak1120 did as the question.

Short answer: "No, I'm not the one spamming".

In order to help out the detectives here on the forum:
If you look at my question https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=301068.100 I was asking for 1EnJoy as my username is EnJoyThis.
If I was to be such an obvious spammer I would rather have chosen for the following two messages: (1) 1EnJoy (2) 1This

Furthermore it would be kinda stupid to name myself after the spamming message sent out to the bitcoinworld, wouldn't it?  Wink

And last but not least, I which I was the spammer as some of you detectives saw the origin of the satoshi's is a wallet which held 217+ btc and, sadly for me, I don't hold that many coins.

BTW it supprised me it took this long before THE question was asked.

Cheers all

466  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [SOLD OUT] Ninja Group Buy .35BTC=30GH - 30 ANTs + Day 1 Netpune [0/300] on: February 05, 2014, 09:24:59 PM
I just made the mistake of actually re-reading the offer, and this caught my eye:

"You agree as a group buy owner to host your hardware with us for a total period of at least 120 days. If at any time thereafter the weekly earnings of the miners are insufficient to pay the hosting fees, the group buy owners shall make up the difference in USD. Non-payment of hosting fees/deficit will result in forfeiture of ownership rights to the hosted hardware. Any and all payments are due when invoiced; 30 days late constitutes default and will result in forfeiture of your fractional ownership."

Unless my barrack room lawyer skills are slipping MWNinja, you have effectively created an open ended clause that guarentees that come the inevtiable day when difficulty is so high that the miners do not even cover the hosting fee's, we have to make up the difference in dollars INDEFINATELY or let the ownership revert to you.

Not sure about your laws in US, but in UK that clause would almost certainly be rendered invalid by any court under 'unfair terms and conditions'. I suggest you propose to the group a more moderate/fair clause which specifies the viability conditions under which miners would be de-hosted and optionally returned to owners or sold with cash distributed to owners like other GB's.

Perhaps you should re-read some more.

If you own a multiple of 10x shares, you may choose to take physical possession of your hardware, after the initial 120 day period. NOC fee and shipping fee NTE $99 per unit apply.

471  Local / Markt / Re: Investeerder gezocht (2) on: February 04, 2014, 08:00:32 PM

472  Economy / Auctions / Re: 83GH/s SHA256 90 day lease, ends 7th Feb - 9PM GMT on: February 04, 2014, 12:42:14 PM
Just for the (public) record.

Lightwave and myself have come to an agreement on this lease.

We have agreed te following:

Contract term: 100 days

If any downtime occurs Lightwave will pay for this downtime in btc as of the following calculation:

Total mining hours in this contract will be 100 x 24 = 2400 hours.
Downtime price is 0.75btc for 2400 of mining at around 83Gh/s
0.75 / 2400 = 0.0003125 btc for any missed hours of mining.

Lightwave is eleged to terminate this contract at any certain date during this contract but only after paying a termination fee equal to the remaining hours of mining left times the fee for downtime listed above.

Lightwave will provide me his wallet id and I will make payment of the agreed amount after which Lightwave will point his miner to my pool credentials.

Shane you lowered your reserve without noticing. In PM you told me 1.20btc which would leave only a small margin of profit. With the reserve at 1btc I would have agreed to take it although my first bid was 0.70btc.

Have worked with you in the past and liked it a lot. I suggest to be fully clear next time and post reserve price in your post.

Cheers

477  Economy / Auctions / Re: Selling 8 BITMAIN ANTMINER S1s ( 8 x 192GH/s = 1.5TH/s ) from US to US only on: February 02, 2014, 10:36:23 AM
I am selling off 8 Antminers.

All are hashing at the moment @ 192GH/s (375MHz).

Will ship by UPS 2day air.

They all come with PCIE 6 pin connectors.

Please post your offers below. You can lowball for fun Wink

Link to pics. http://imgur.com/a/hh3ym/all

Auction ends Monday Night 11:59pm (California Time / Pacific Time).

BUY IT NOW (shipping included)= 2.15BTC for one unit; 16.8BTC for 8 units.

Sorry, no escrow. I expect payment when I send the buyer a picture of the UPS label.

New ANTminers cost 1.5btc with sending date between 8th and 15th february.

No way one miner will mine the diff between 2.1btc and 1.5btc in 1 nor 2 weeks.

Saying, your price isn't realistic.

I'm interested in 3 units at 1.50 btc shipped

I think you copy/pasted a bit too much from you're other GB terms  Wink

Hosting fee on the 7-card rig is $599 a month? In other words it is expected to be as expensive as a Neptune? Hefty.

How is this hosting fee being paid by the group? Deducted from div payments? Is first month of hosting also free or only for the ANTs?

Cheers

@MWninja, if you have 2 minutes, could you clarify these points by answering the questions.

Am in GB1+3 and still deliberating if I should join in GB4.

Cheers
