4601  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum on Android on: August 24, 2021, 02:00:38 PM
I rebooted my phone and downloaded it again and it seems that it is running normal now. My internal storage was almost full when I downloaded it maybe it affected the app(I am not sure). Anyway, thanks for the inputs.

It sometimes happens to me with my Samsung phone even on other apps it's slow down when the memory is full I think that is why it's running normally now it's because restarting the phone will help to clear up all running apps in the background.

I think new phones have a built-in tool that can clean up memory like mine I can go to device care and click memory then tap the clean button to clean up all running apps on the background. So it doesn't need to reboot the phone. You can try that on your Poco phone.

I search a bit on youtube it seems you can find that tool under settings>about to clear up some space and memory.
Here's the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UErSTNhFyiE
4602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Program a FPGA for bitcoin mining on: August 24, 2021, 12:24:07 PM
In case if you still want to try it there is an official thread about bitcoin mining with FPGAs
It's too old but you can check them from this link below

Since you can't mine bitcoin with FPGA then you can able to mine other coins.
Check this https://fpga.guide/en/
4603  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Using Electrum With Cold Card MK3 with P2PKH message signing on: August 22, 2021, 07:05:45 PM
So you want to make a signed message using the cold card with the specific address?

According to this post https://www.reddit.com/r/coldcard/comments/mhcpfs/sign_message_with_specific_bitcoin_address/

When creating a message on notepad you need to add a derivation path at bottom of the text.

You can check the right derivation path from Electrum under the addresses tab just right-click the address and click the details you should see the derivation path of that address.

Here's the sample

Code:
This is your text and this should be save as .txt
m/84'/0'/0'/0/8
4604  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Step 4: Backup Wallet on: August 22, 2021, 05:27:35 PM
Hey guys!

I setup all so far.. still learning though.
When I tried to send part of my btc it said Coin selection failed with error: can't connect socket. I followed the tutorials, but don't know whats wrong and why it won't send to my binance account.

Any ideas?

What version of armory do you currently use?

I found a thread with the same issue from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2329749.0
According to the thread upgrading it to the latest version must solve your issue

4606  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Step 4: Backup Wallet on: August 21, 2021, 05:53:03 PM
I just tested it again. I am also using the version 0.96.5 and the "single sheet (recommended)" option is checked. "Create paper backup" option doesn't work.
The button works fine if I create the wallet and backup the wallet after that. But It doesn't work in step 4 when I am creating the wallet. I can't figure out what's the problem at my end. It's weird.

Mine for step 4 it's working fine. Maybe there might issue after you installed Armory.

Could you try to reinstall the wallet and then make sure the antivirus is turn off before you install it again.

If it doesn't work maybe the issue is related to the OS. I'm using windows 10 server lite version I switch to this from a gaming OS which is limited and I could run some wallet like Electrum.
So I think there might be an issue on the OS or maybe it's system corrupted?
4607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: FindBTC TOOL help on: August 21, 2021, 03:02:14 PM
Are you talking about this tool from Github?

If this is the tool you talking about then the guide is already on that page just scroll down and read.

Take note this is not a well-known tool I never heard of it and I couldn't find it here on the forum it seems no one posted it here.
Can you tell us what do you plan why you want to install that tool and maybe we have some alternative way to fix your issue?
4608  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My favorite websites and apps on: August 20, 2021, 06:49:01 PM
Adding this site good for all crypto news aggregators.

For crypto, calendar events check these sites

For Crypto 1 seconds chart. (There are many people looking from this tool and now I found one)

For Android, I'm using these apps(Some of them already mentioned above).

- TradingView
- CryptoMarket Cap app
- Cryptopanic
4609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any Tools Price Movement % Gain/Lost In 1 Minute Change? on: August 20, 2021, 06:15:29 PM
It seems you need a 1 minute time frame result for specific coins.

I think you can use a screener from Tradingview they have that such a tool for 1 minute time frame.

Here's the link https://www.tradingview.com/crypto-screener/

The only problem you will need upgraded plans to be able to use the 1 minute time frame.
4610  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Have paper backups of a 2015 and a 2016 Armory wallet. on: August 20, 2021, 04:55:28 PM
Armory still connected to bitcoin core on my old system at that time. That isn't really being online, but I had forgotten about that. I didn't sync up to the network first, the way it looks. There were no network connections from Armory to the btc network. I created a transaction to send the balance remaining in the wallet to another address. I signed the transaction using the offline system. When I tried to broadcast it to the network, it failed. There were no connections. I have the file for the signed transaction.

So you only have the signed transaction? How about this armory wallet installed from your old PC?

If you don't have them and you only have a signed transaction there is a way to convert them to raw hex code.

Follow this guide below

- Install fresh Armory wallet on your new PC
- Open Armory
- Switch user to expert mode
- reopen the Armory wallet
- Now you should see some additional features
- Click offline transaction you should see this image below

- Load file then choose the signed transaction that you have
- Now click "Copy raw TX(HEX)"
- Go to https://coinb.in/#broadcast
- And paste the raw hex code then submit.

Let's hope if it can still broadcast old signed transaction. You don't need to be fully synced or without Bitcoin core. This one should be work if not there is nothing we can do.
4611  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Remote access to Innosilicon T2Tz 30TH on: August 20, 2021, 03:59:50 PM
I don't know if you can access the SSH remotely for that unit I tried to search here on the forum but I couldn't find someone who can remotely access the miner through SSH.

I think the easiest way to remotely access your miner is by using cloud service from awesomeminer.

Another thing is to set up a VPN on raspberry pi you can check this https://www.pivpn.io/ found it some suggested it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2105185.0
And then set up your phone or laptop(a device that you can bring outside from your farm) I think you can just install OpenVPN and use the same config that you use on raspberry pi to access the same network.
4612  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Question about bitcoins I mined long ago on: August 19, 2021, 11:43:33 PM
If it is a bitcoinpool.com it was dead a long time ago and according to old post that I found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5347.msg2758666#msg2758666

They only mined two blocks and never payout miners for mining on their pool.
So it's gone forever.
4613  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best way to monetize cryptocurrency blog on: August 19, 2021, 11:36:43 PM
Are you sure that you get 200-300 daily visits?

You are lucky that you can get visitors for 5 months old website sometimes new blogs gain organic traffic after 6 months. So one more month we will see some good rank keywords from your website and gain organic traffic.

If coinalap.com is your website based on similarweb it seems it only has 300 to 500 monthly traffic so most of the ads networks don't accept low traffic.

I would suggest you learn about SEO to increase the traffic of your website and to gain more organic traffic I have a list of tools and guide that you can follow keyword is very important on SEO.
Check this https://github.com/eliquid/awesome-keyword-finder-tools

About ad networks your website is based on Crypto so if you want to earn right away then a-ads is the best option and focus on making more traffic by doing SEO.
4614  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Lost bitcoins - Transferring from android to iOS (Both wallets from same seed) on: August 19, 2021, 10:54:34 PM
All outgoing from Android Mycelium wallet:

1. Small to check that transfer from android to Kraken is working.
2. Sending 1 BTC from android to kraken.
3. Sending small portion from android to iPhone to see I it works.
4. Sending the rest of the balance from android to the iPhone.
5. Deleting mycelium on iPhone
6. Restoring and balance is same as Android Mycelium, 0.000X.

So both of them have no balance between iPhone and Android?

Sometimes mycelium is not syncing if you imported a new seed you can't see the updated balance right away.
That is why I suggested you go into the balances tab copy the address there and paste it to any block explorer like blockchair.com to check the transaction history and current balance.

Take note there are 3 types of address on balance tab so copy all of them and check them one by one on blockchair.com
To see other types of addresses just tap the QR code and it will change from p2pkh to p2sh if you tap it again it will change to Bech32. Let see which address that you actually use check them all to block explorer to see the updated status about that address.
4615  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: My innosilicon T3 arrived today, the pool settings will not update, solutions? on: August 19, 2021, 05:13:58 PM
I have docs link before for a complete set of firmware for innosilicon but I couldn't find it now.

I search a bit but it seems if your miner is in SOC version then it is a secured firmware that can't able to flash through SD/TF card.

So there's nothing we can do now other than sending it to someone who can repair hacked miners.

You can try to contact https://www.zeusbtc.com/
4616  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S9 0 ASICs, but 63 real detected on: August 19, 2021, 05:01:00 PM
If you already did everything on software then it's a hardware issue.
Have you physically check the terminal for both PSU socket and ribbon cable? Check the hashboard if there are some burnt parts.

I suggest read the troubleshooting guide from ZeusBTC and maybe the first chip is dead that is why it shows 0 ASIC.
The guide can be found here https://www.zeusbtc.com/Repair.asp
4617  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: My innosilicon T3 arrived today, the pool settings will not update, solutions? on: August 19, 2021, 07:12:46 AM
Can you share the pool that you are trying to paste into your miner?
If it's only domain and port it will revert back to fixed settings you must paste a pool that started with stratum+tcp:// not only a domain and port.

Says the controller version is soc

Platform t3+_soc_20200710_054504
Could you make a overview screenshot?

I recently check their manual and it seems it's g19 controller look at this

If that's g19 the sd card firmware is still available on their download page.
4618  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question on Blockchain wallet and new coin to come on: August 19, 2021, 12:49:18 AM
Newbie account can't able to post images due to restrictions but you can post an image link here.

According to the site, it seems they are mainly promoting their cloud mining with exchange and tried to search about the site. It's not a well-known site and never mention here on the forum.
And it seems the site is not finished yet if you access only the domain it will show you ads from GoDaddy but if you enter the whole URL you will access the main page.
Another thing that I notice is they have some wrong spelling words under the cloud mining page.

Whois
Code:
Registrar:GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On:2020-08-26
Expires On:2022-08-26
Updated On:2021-05-07

So my final analysis for this it's 99% possible scam if you are invited from that site be careful.

How did you found this site? I couldn't find this even on other community sites.

Have you promoting this?

@BitMaxz :  the thread suggested doesn't seem to be about the SNC I inquired about.

Could you share what SNC you talking about?
4619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The number of active Bitcoin users' addresses has falln to its lowest level on: August 18, 2021, 11:48:13 PM
If it is April 2020 then no you need to check the data or chart from the link below but if you talking about April 2021 then yes we see active users drop because most of the users only buy and hold.

As you can see the active BTC address from April 2020 to April 2021 is rising but it doesn't mean that new investors are leaving on the market.

And the reason why we see active users increase is due to Bitcoin price popularity if the price of BTC keeps increasing the number of active bitcoin users also increases.
4620  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question on Blockchain wallet and new coin to come on: August 18, 2021, 11:22:17 PM
The link of what you were asking for seems to have been removed. Can you please send a screenshot of the link of the site you were asking about?

Who is suggesting to you to invest in star network channel "coin". Have you checked the star network channel support and asked them if they have any coin they are affiliated with?
Even then, nobody just comes out of nowhere and suggests to you to invested in a certain coin? You can't predict the market just like that.

You could use the remaining keyword "Bitoke" it seems it is a cloud mining site with offers and surveys.

To earn Bitcoin from that site you need to do some offers and surveys to earn gems that you can use to mine on the site. This is just what I understand according to some video posted on youtube.

@Shinobi226

About SNC coin I would suggest you go directly on their official thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1934763.0

And be careful on creating a wallet from a 3rd party it's not safe if you've been invited from a not well-known site don't use them instead ask the link here on the forum if it was safe. But since it was removed from your post it seems that the link you are trying to share is scam or possibly not secured and safe.
