4661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is bitcoin gambling really accepted in China ? on: June 15, 2016, 03:12:52 PM
yeah and they seem to buy a LOT of coins lately due to their economic crisis hmmm
Chinees people love to gamble so I am sure that they can make use of bitcoin gambling. China is ruling the bitcoin so they would gamble with it.
Gambling with Bitcoin is currently illegal in China, but I don't know if it's really enforced there.
Are there any Chinese Bitcoin gambling sites? Or would they also play on English sites?

Here's some info on the legal aspect:

4662  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does sending Bitcoins feel good? on: June 15, 2016, 03:06:42 PM
If i'm sending bitcoins to a HYIP site i don't feel happy because i'm nervous of getting scam lol.
You should not be investing in HYIP sites, you're supporting a ponzi by doing that. Even if you haven't lost anything, other users will have lost something and you are also responsible for that by participating.

And to answer OP:
It does feel good to send Bitcoins, especially when you hear the beep when the Bitcoins are gone. Something really satisfying about that Smiley
4663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: June 15, 2016, 02:54:12 PM
I usually set a limit and not go over that, not too hard to do for me and I believe by doing that, I'm preventing getting addicted.
Whenever I win big, like a progressive jackpot on Bitcoinvideocasino or a nice roll on crypto-games, I pay out and gamble my last couple of btc and quit.
4664  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto_Life on: June 15, 2016, 02:50:46 PM
Is it really a good idea to use a .tk domain? I mean it's pretty cheap to buy a real domain and you'll have more trust that way.
I would personally never use a gambling site that's on a tk domain, curious what other people say about this...
4665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question!! What is the best signature campaign available? on: June 13, 2016, 12:55:16 PM
For me it's definitely Crypto-Games because they pay pretty decent for 25 posts per week and the manager of the campaign makes sure that all spammers are removed from the campaign.
I don't mind sig campaigns if they don't contribute to the high amount of spam and bullshit replies on the forum.

Can't say that about yobit and bitmixer, they just don't seem to care about that. Just take a look at the Meta section of the forum, a lot of complaints about them.
4666  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does auto trading bot make good profit ? on: June 13, 2016, 12:50:23 PM
Do not rely on auto trading bot, they are not that much genius which you are, you can trade more better than bots and can earn better than them.
This answer is just too simplified, bots can do better trades than humans in some cases, as they are not driven by emotions like us.
All depends on the way the bot is programmed and the way you set up the parameters.

You should definitely know how to configure your bot according to the current market before you actually use it with a lot of funds.
4667  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If prices crash after halving, what would you do? on: June 13, 2016, 12:45:13 PM
I would definitely keep holding, there might be a small possibility for an upcomming crash after halving, but in the long term the price would still go up.
I'm talking about the next couple of years of course.
4668  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How about this one? on: June 13, 2016, 11:06:46 AM
The idea itself is pretty good if I understand it correctly.
Would you be selling actual content on your platform or is it more like a freelance platform where you could hire writers?

If you're selling articles, reviews etc. make sure it cannot be copied without buying it and that it's not already indexed by Google from your website.
4669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AlJazeera defines BTC world's potentially most powerful currency on: June 13, 2016, 10:58:41 AM
It would be very interesting to see if people would eventually choose Bitcoin over or alongside precious metals as a means to safeguard funds from hyperinflation. I'm sure that there are already some people doing this, but I doubt that it's done en masse.
4670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think bitcoin will be able to use in buying things online? on: June 13, 2016, 10:52:36 AM
You can already buy (almost) anything that you want using Bitcoin. It comes down to where you live, and from where you want to buy. A perfect example would be Amazon: Even though Amazon does not accept Bitcoin, there are plenty of people (on the forum) and some services (e.g. gyft) that enable you to buy Amazon gift cards and buy items from it.

If you mean mainstream adoption (whatever that means), I'd say it'll happen only if there's enough people who have some sort of income in bitcoins (either main or secondary).
As far as the online retailers are concerned, primarily Amazon and Ebay are missing(the rest would likely follow their steps).
To be completely fair, it would be much better if you could just pay with Bitcoin directly on Amazon, but in the meantime gift cards are an option.

But in my country (Belgium) it's already possible to buy food through pizza.be with bitcoin and it has been an option for almost 2 years now. They have websites for other European countries, but don't know if it's possible to pay with Bitcoin on those.
Note that this is a very popular service here and they have a Bitcoin logo on their front page and you pay no fees as opposed to paying through Paypal.

4672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another example of Martingale lose on: June 10, 2016, 02:07:42 PM
another victim of martinfail strategy, that a huge amount he might be a rich person or a professional gambler
afford to lose that amount I guess he knows what his doing, I can't see myself losing that much in any gambling
game.
Professional gamblers would not use martingale strategy, they tend to go for sportbetting or other games where you have the chance of beating the odds.
4673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Games ! on: June 10, 2016, 02:04:00 PM
I personally like the slots at Bitcoinvideocasino the most, I think they're custom made, but they're really fun to play.
Especially since there is always a huge progressive jackpot to be won Smiley
4674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advertising for BTC. on: June 10, 2016, 02:00:30 PM
Like others have mentioned, you could join an affiliate program that pays out in Bitcoins, many crypto casino's have one.
You can either add the ad to your signature or join an advertising network like Google Adwords or a service that takes Bitcoin as payment.
4675  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Anyone want to start a project? Hosting's on me on: June 10, 2016, 01:42:34 PM
What kind of project are you thinking about? I have some experience in web development, but don't have any idea's that are good enough to build a project around...
4676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend Noé just learned about Bitcoin today. on: June 10, 2016, 09:06:23 AM
Now she wants Bitcoin.  https://youtu.be/VP4TwSs1pAI

Wew good sound. I intend to give a little bitcoin, can you give your addreas? because I find it difficult to scan the QR Code in the video. Thank you, keep working
Same issue here, I'm trying to scan it using Mycelium on Android. Could be the angle the QR code is at that's causing it to fail?
She's pretty good, keep improving the quality if the recording Wink
4677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Stops Operating in Turkey, Online Payment Sector Turns to Bitcoin on: June 10, 2016, 08:58:23 AM
This is a different article, so it might be fine?

Anyway, stuff like this could really boost the adoption of Bitcoin by merchants. Unless we see some restrictions being imposed on the usage of Bitcoin in Turkey.
You just never know with Erdogan.
4678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best gambling day! on: June 10, 2016, 08:42:18 AM
6.6 -> 7, etc. old thread.

I decided to gamble 7, made it to 9 and cashed out.
Deposited 9 again and did martingale. Went to 2 BTC.
OH SHIT, I thought. Did one more bet, 11 BTC! A bit more and now I'm sitting at 9K AUD

Thank you betking

i wish i have the courage and shit to gamble big money like that. i tried gambling but when i loose atleast 0.1 btc im already quitting then starting another week to boost my courage up.

glad you didnt got greedy and deposit more to recover your lost, hard to stop when you lost, but its harder when you on profit.
Yeah, this is something that most people don't realize: It's harder to stop when you're on profit or feel that you're on a winning streak.
I think that Ive lost more btc after a big win than by depositing again after I lost.

Hope OP doesn't lose it all..
4679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what fun in GAMBLING? on: June 10, 2016, 08:33:09 AM
There is no fun in losing, your brain doesn't release the same chemicals when you lose with gambling.
It's winning that will make you feel good and that's also what will make you addicted if you're susceptible to that.
4680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Counting cards ? Reducing odds of losing ? Is it real ? on: June 09, 2016, 11:21:32 AM
It`s not a myth, but its really hard to count cards. Did you ever try simple game with cards. You take all deck and you have just 2 seconds per card, then you try to remember how they are lined? Well try and tell us how much cards did you remember.

And that was easy, you were concentrated on that. But under casino lights, million sounds around, real money in front of you, watchin about who knows how many things.. and in that moment try to count cards. Well its very very hard thing to do. You need to have good memory, and to practice it a lot.

Card counting is very real and can be very advantageous for the gambler and is relatively easy if you practice it a bit. Doing it discreetly and not getting caught might need some acting skills though.

Something to note though: Card counting requires multiple decks shuffled together and consecutive games being played from the same deck until it runs out. This means it can only work at a physical casino using real cards. Digital poker and blackjack shuffle a new deck /sets of decks for every game
So what is it? One person says it's relativily easy and one says it's hard..
I've heard there are some tricks that make it indeed pretty easy to learn.
