That smoke has been used in Maryjane
Makes sense since the dev worked with MaryJane.

Hope the market plan to get this in actual use is stronger than similar coins. There's practically a dispensary on every corner in the Denver metro area. Business is so brisk, us Colorado voters are being asked in November to let the state keep the excess tax money. (Good luck with that, Governor Hickenlooper.)

Sign me up for some BETA testing, PM sent
I'm throwing my name in the hat as well. PM sent too. It will be fun tossing some test coins around.

Bittrex is not the bittrex we used to know. Pritty shitty in my opinion. Listing depends on devs, they need to identify themselves before listing.
Yes, it may also be problematic that the OP states the coin holders will have a 20% valuation in CryptBase.Com and may be entitled to dividends. According to Bittrex guidelines, "We also cannot list currencies that would be construed as a security such as digital currencies that promise/market profits or represent shares of a company." Oh well, Bittrex isn't the only game in town. https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-Bittrex-Updated-09-03-15

So basically the current code is forked off Crave and now the devs are trying to see if the new Blackcoin codebase will work with masternodes too, correct? Are any of the other Crave forks doing the same thing?

my masternode works only for like 2 hours.
after that it doenst work anymore. After this i delete my mn and create a new one. i do this every two hours.
does anyone know what the problem could be?
In your conf file, do you have the line staking=0? If you do not have normal staking turned off, when a normal stake hits, it will likely use the input that is your masternode collateral, and split it into two inputs. When it does this, you no longer have one input that is exactly 13342 coins. Yes staking=0 at config file. The reason i say my masternode isn't working anymore is because i dont see myself at node count. When it was working i saw myself ofcourse. Funny thing is when mn work i see myself at node count but i'm always 0,00 Active. But i do get mn rewards. After 2 hours i dont see myself at nodecount, try to restart my mn and i get a pop-up whitch says: could not allocate vin for collateraladress. just likt that What happens when you try to restart your masternode by going into the debug console and type masternode start? Also, make sure the wallet is unlocked for staking if it is encrypted. Also, I am not sure why port 9999 is recommended to start masternode. The default port for this coin is 45104 according to the source code. https://github.com/cryptbit/cryptbit/blob/master/src/chainparams.cpp#L5656 nDefaultPort = 45104; 57 nRPCPort = 35105; Also, you may want to go to the port forwarding in your router settings and add port 9999 (or whatever port you are running your MN on).

Wallet and masternode working fine here.
What is it with the sudden attack of 14 year olds this last page? Simpsons in re-runs?
People just looking at the dumbot action on C-Cex and think that is what measures the merit of this coin. No one in this thread seems to have the know how to actually make a beta wallet and test it out themselves, including myself. Wish some impartial expert could come in and let us know if the new code in the beta is sound or just some gobbledygook.

Ugh, I am baffled on how to compile the beta wallet on ubuntu. It's on a branch, not main. Looks like this is going to take hours trying to figure out with google. Don't want to compile and find out that I just compiled the release we have now and not the beta. Got to go to bed now and I'll be busy all weekend, so don't have the time.

|
|
Has anyone even bothered looking at the beta code? Or are we all just transfixed by the obvious BS going on with the market? I took a peek, and this is beyond just a copy and paste job. (If it actually works or not, I can't tell since I have no idea how to run a test net and get test coins.) Go ahead and dump it down to hell.

Shakeout or shenanigans? Doesn't look good, whatever it is.

True, but at least when I go to the git for Blackcoin, it is plain as day that it is a fork of novacoin, and I can click on the link and go to novacoin source code. This coin's github does not indicate that it is a fork (which it plainly is.) I don't get a nice link back to where they forked it off of. I know this is being really picky; however, these guys are claiming to be skilled enough that they can eventually deliver biometric recognition. They set their bar high, so I'm doing likewise with my critique. Wonder if Earl will ever be approached to review this code. Furthermore, it appears this network only has two seed nodes. I guess that is adequate, but I would think that one would want a stronger backbone to a network that one is planning to launch a security suite off of. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcbjLvHtN1g

Cryptbit development tree
Cryptbit is a PoS-based cryptocurrency.
CBIT is dependent upon libsecp256k1 by sipa, the sources for which can be found here: https://github.com/bitcoin/secp256k1
https://github.com/cryptbit/cryptbit/blob/master/README.mdI would think for such an ambitious project, the read me would give more details than this.

All of these bids and asks being placed and then instantly being filled. Your volume bots aren't fooling me. Try harder.

I do not like tone I am hearing here. Once again, everyone talking about making money on this coin. Seems like no one cares about what the developers try to do.
Maybe that's because they aren't going to do shit? But don't you believe in miracles? What better way to deliver a miracle then with angel investors? (Snickering under breath.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIN36NweL6I

I've Been watching this thread for a little while. Lots of interesting promises made by the Dev on road map. 2fa would be a game changer. Good luck Dev!
Crap, I guess if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
