1. This is the wrong board and should be moved to Meta.
2. Has it been hacked? The post is still there.
3. If you want to prove ownership you could probably allow minerjones to vouch for you if you sent him your info : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1960784.msg19590971#msg19590971

If you still maintain access to the account you should change your password immediately.
4662  Other / Meta / Re: Custom Recent Unread Topics on: June 18, 2017, 07:57:10 PM
Is there any way to customize what boards appear in Recent Unread Topics?
I'd like to remove boards from languages I can't speak, and off-topic boards.
Is there anyway to do this, or any other method to follow on multiple boards without going on every single one to check if there's anything new?

Thanks in advance!

There is a way to do this but it requires a lot of clicking. You can ignore boards via your profile.

Access it via this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1031631;sa=ignoreBoards

This thread is about a user complaining about loadbearing scamming them. Though they mistyped the name in their first post, they linked to their profile here

Always check the trust. It should be okay now though since hilarious tagged them.
Really ? Engg.Chakks was banned several times and several of his accounts. He laughed and came back again proudly saying he used Tor exit nodes and stuff to keep stealing. Doesn't help if the scammers are smart.
And the problem is that smart scammers are the ones that make the most money.

This is listed in their terms, which you should read carefully - it's not very long, but the eligibility part highlights the main issue.
Quote
By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site. You also represent and warrant that you are not a resident of the State of New York. You represent and warrant that you are not: (a) located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services, (b) identified as a "Specially Designated National", or (c) placed on the Commerce Department's Denied Persons List. You further represent and warrant that you will not use the Site if the laws of your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms. Finally, you represent and warrant that you will not be using this site for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, and Iran are not eligible. It's unlikely that anything will happen here.

Lauda is the asshat that red tags everyone without proof, but she won't red tag you,
as you can red tag the old harpy back.  Cheesy

FYI:
Lauda is such a bully, she won't red tag anyone that could tag her back.

How come you're such a dipshit? You're overly butthurt and continue to try and spew your crap all over the forum. The resolution has already come and the message verified.
I don't think these are red tags without proof.

That's a lot of references I see there.

You don't have to do anything , you are a Default Trust member,

Keep your current account (default trust is better that gold here) and red tag anyone that lies on you.  Wink

 Cool

For the record, Fishbones78's green trust is not default trust. Their feedback will not be on the DT "trusted feedback" list.
4666  Other / Meta / Re: It is just me or does the search function do poorly? on: June 18, 2017, 04:24:30 AM
example "okcoin"

I got literally 40 pages worth of results from using the forum search. You could reduce that number by specifying it to a certain board or by adding a new keyword. Google also returned 22.7k results so I don't see the problem here.

It's purely a matter of you specifying your search terms.
4667  Other / Meta / Re: It is just me or does the search function do poorly? on: June 18, 2017, 02:42:04 AM
I use the google search option it's a bit better the main one totally sucks!

all I get using the google option is "loading"

As I've already asked before, I'll repeat the question: what are you trying to search for? i.e. what are your search parameters/keywords?

I wanted to know this because you stated that you retrieved no results from the forum search.

One little problem here is that theymos sells ad packages and that means he doesn't get paid by displaying ad impressions to visitors. So he doesn't care who is seeing what ads on the forum  Wink

Ad packages that will pay less as the number of hits decrease.  Wink
It is all about the %.
Turn it off and he will be caring in a few months.

 Cool

Not sure if the number of hits will decrease considering the fact that Hero Members+ do not make the bulk of the views on the forum. In fact, even if all Hero Members disable the forum-side ads, that makes up 3320 people. Adding up the Legendary members, you would have a total of 4763 individuals in total.
https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adstats
According to the ad stats, even if all of those people were accounted for on the round 210 (most recent as of this post) statistic that makes up 16.48% of the unique users.

Calculating with Ad slot #1, we can say on average each user has 9.256 impressions. If you multiply that by the 4763 Hero+ Members then that's only 44105 impressions lost.
The total number of impressions, mostly by guests, would turn from 1898319 to 1854214. That's a 2.3% decrease.

We can assume that bitcoin is gaining traction right now and the number of impressions is rising thus your campaign wouldn't work even if we all followed it. *the number of impressions doubled since Feb 19
4670  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda and hilariousandco -> Proven to Abuse Trust (Corrupt + Poisonous) on: June 17, 2017, 12:39:55 PM
The way Lauda has been acting , does it really seem like she has been fired from anything.
She got me banned for 30 days, she may not have the title but she is using the power of a staff member.

You got yourself banned. A continuance of making new threads purely meant to bash on Lauda isn't the type of banter BCT needs.

She walks around here likes she owns the place red tagging people whenever and however she feels like it.

Giving negative feedback is at the discretion of the user. If you have an issue with Lauda being in DT2, then take it up with Blazed.

Theymos just cowers in silence and does nothing about her.

lol

Theymos popped in another forum stating the guy IP was not changed.
Login to Btctalk requires a reply to your system, if the IP was faked the login approval is sent to the wrong ip address and you can't login.

Firstly, he did not state that the IP was not changed so do not paraphrase with improper wording.

At Muhammed Zakir's request, I looked into his IP logs, and he is currently accessing the forum from roughly the same location as he did previously.

Secondly, proxy servers exist. I don't think you understand that.

I civilly asked how to get false negative trust removed and was told kiss the ass of the person that gave it to you or live with it quietly.

You are a petty little shit , aren't you?

  Cool
4671  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Waves Signature Campaign Withheld My Payment on: June 17, 2017, 02:50:50 AM
Because you've never written a single meaningful sentence in your life.  Every single one of your post is a boring one liner in the altcoin sections with no genuine or meaningful content.  Signature managers have every right not to pay you and you were essentially trying to scam them by trying to take their money without actually posting anything which would bring traffic to their service.

You're also in SMAS and they don't pay people from SMAS.

SMAS is a list of spammers?  or an island name of India or what???  Huh

Seems like you tend to burst post so you probably won't look back on this but Nagadota worded his last sentence pretty badly.
SMAS stands for Signature Managers Against Spam and you could find it pretty easily with a simple search (but of course you wouldn't do that). https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1545652.0

The SMAS Blacklist contains a number of spammers that are excluded from being allowed participation in the campaigns run by Lutpin, Lauda and yahoo62278. Some other managers have adopted the same list.
4672  Other / Meta / Re: It is just me or does the search function do poorly? on: June 17, 2017, 01:35:38 AM
What are your search parameters? Remember that there's a dropdown menu for how specific you want the keywords to be: whether the results have to match all your keywords or any of them.
If you're searching for a great number of keywords then your results will be shrunk greatly, potentially to the point where there are no matches.

Google search is also probably what you want to use instead of the forum search.
4673  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Waves Signature Campaign Withheld My Payment on: June 16, 2017, 11:51:17 PM
Funny.

Btc price may not be controlled by traders anymore but there is no denial that some exchanges do manipulate it heavily. We in india always have to pay a higher price than international market because of manipulation of some exchange and wallets
Feeling disappointed that I missed this ICO,I hope it will soon be available on exchange and I can buy at reasonable price
Yes everyone in my family knows that I am into bitcoin and I have even told them how to access private keys to my wallet in case I am die or something happen to me.I can not let btc lay like that forever if I am dead.I trust my family and I want them to sell btc after I am gone
Are you crazy or what?Where did you see price is $7?Stop trying to create hype.Yes price is already good at $2.1 but it doesn;t need your exaggearation. It will go up with time as ETH goes up
I dont think it will drop to less than 2000 usd anymore at all unless it is forbidden by some developed countries completely and the others follow the same. Even than it will pick up fast. I expect it to go around 5000 usd in 1-2 years since more and more countries are looking to regulate/legalize it rather than banning it so it is a matter of time to see some big waves in rates. This is not an investment advice.
You echo my opinion.I believe $2k is a new floor price till next year.In 2018 it will cross $3.5k.With every passing day bitcoin demand is increasing and we all know about its limited supply.Do I need say more?
4674  Other / Meta / Re: Activity stuck at 14 on: June 15, 2017, 01:31:16 AM
The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

Activity is updated every hour.

The new membergroup limits work like this:
GroupRequirement
Brand New0 posts
Newbie(none)
Jr. Memberactivity: 30
Memberactivity: 60
Full Memberactivity: 120
Sr. Memberactivity: 240
Hero Memberactivity: 480
Legendaryoccurs randomly between 775 and 1030 activity

I'm not 100% sure that the membergroups work correctly. Tell me if you see any bugs.

Posts != Activity

Your shitty bain is salad Grin
Im honest man.
You are scammer and liar.
Motherfucker!

Interesting poem you've got there. Assembled in syllables of 7-4-7-4. Here, let me try one for you:

You showed an exchange address
Passed as your own
You called it your hot wallet
You bullshitter.

How do you expect to be trusted when you constantly spew shit, lying over and over again? Why would you pass off addresses that aren't even yours if you were an honest man like you say? I for one wouldn't do that. I sure as hell also wouldn't advertise an exchange address as my hot wallet, or some other address (which is unlikely to be yours either) as my hot wallet as well. Twice now you've done this. Twice.

You've lied about your wallet
Multiple times
And you still expect people
To believe you?
4677  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ◼◼◼ BitRoulette.win | hunting the green | 100$ prize | Play now! ◼◼◼ on: June 12, 2017, 10:57:13 PM
Just for calculation purposes, this contest is pretty +ev.

Supposing you bet 10 bits per bet with the odds of hitting 3 greens in a row at 1/15^3 (1 in 3375) that means you need on average 33750 bits to win the $100 prize. That's 0.03375 BTC which is equivalent to about $88.59 USD (at the time of writing) which means the contest gives a 12.88% player edge.

How long is this expected to run on for?

You copy and pasted here.

Facebook is a site many of you should be familiar with . One of the most effective ways of selling products if you can make it work is to be active on Facebook. Sharing news, connecting with fans, throwing competitions and persuading your fans to share information is great for getting your product in front of the right eyes. This is generally more time consuming, you have to keep at it to see significant increases in sales but it can work if you put the time in.

and here.

Former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will visit Chicago for a community meeting to discuss their planned library and museum.

The Obamas plan to host a round table discussion Wednesday to "update the community" on the progress of the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park on Chicago's South Side. The Obamas are also expected to hear from community members on their ideas for the library.

New York-based Ralph Appelbaum Associates will head a team of several firms and individuals with expertise in media, lighting and acoustics in designing exhibits.

The Obama Foundation has said almost half of the exhibition design work for the museum will be performed by minority- and women-owned businesses.

The project is expected to cost hundreds of millions of dollars.

what? Im looking for opinions and responses I have no idea thats why i'm asking
You are looking for opinions and responses from signature campaign participants? Good luck with that...

You ask for top 3-5, so you must have an idea who is top 1-2 in your opinion?

He means top three or top five, not top 3, 4, and 5.

And @OP the problem is there's only really 3 or 4 poker games out there. ACR accepts Bitcoins btu you have to register using real-world information. Same thing with 5Dimes.eu.
