You can earn a lot of course but in fact its not as easy as many people are saying because gambling stays risky.
Its never sure if you gonna win a certain amount because gambling is depending on luck, if you do not have this luck you also will not earn money.
I think you can earn pretty much but it would take a lot of time in my opinion and you would need luck also.

I think on games like dice and plinko, you need all the luck you can get in order to profit a lot. And sometimes, even with all the luck, you still lose. But it will be different on sports betting. The key is you need to know the game and the stats in order to bet right. But, luck is sti needed. You just can't win all the way in gambling without luck.
4662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 19, 2016, 12:41:15 AM
The best way to stay away from gambling is that you must have the discipline by yourself and that you must know that you have to gamble with only some small amounts.
If that doesnt help you can find some distraction that you will help to stay away like sports or hobbys.
They say prevention is better than cure. So if you are just gambling small time, why not just quit gambling altogether. This will remove all the chance that you will be addicted. Then you do not have to seek any help at all. Just don't do it in the first place and everything will be fine.
4663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling is Exploding on: April 19, 2016, 12:37:40 AM
in my country gambling is illegal but with bitcoin i can do a gamble with unpunished from my country and i guess many casinos has take advantages from these because even gambling is not allowed in my jurisdictions but many people including me can do gamble because although my government doesn't admit bitcoin but they can't control bitcoin users

As long as you don't boast your online profit and your neighbor does not sell you out, youbare good with your online gambling activities. The government cannot check all our activities. And that is good with bitcoin, you don't need any identification to fund your gambling activities.
4664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: April 18, 2016, 03:43:38 PM
i think the best way is build a casino and let people gamble on your casino and you can enjoy your earning from your casino, even if you want gamble, you can just go to your casino.
You do not need to be rich to build an online casino. If you do not have coding skills you can hire somebody in a cheap country (India or Pakistan) through freelancer.com or many other websites. With a few bitcoins you can have a unique working casino. Add a lot more as a bank roll and you can start growing your business.

with only a couple of bitcoins you can not have a successful casino because there is a lot of expenses at first:
coding
hosting + domain
advertising and promotion
paying the winners
,....

Yeah, it does not mean you have coded a website and it will run and profit on its own. It needs to be funded. You need to pay for all the things needed for a website to run like domain and hosting. Then you cannot compete with established online casino without advertising, so that needs more funds. And if you don't turn profit by a few months, you have to shoulder all the expense alone. That needs serious money.
4665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: April 18, 2016, 03:38:16 PM
It depends, if you can turn the table upside down, the maximum amount you can earn is the bankroll of the website. Well that only will happen if you bankrupt the whole website, and that's a little too not realistic.

That is not just a little unrealistic. It really is unrealistic, can never happen. The website will not allow it. House edge will beat you before you can even do that, unless you hacked the website. Then it can happen. Other than that, it is near impossible to do what your saying.
yes it is quite impossible. their gambling house definitely has a strong security network. they pay to keep their money very much.

best few days I ever had gambling was when I went from 0.012 BTC to almost 0.2 BTC in a week bit sadly lost it the next day. That was the only luckiest time I have had gambling.

Good thing you did not tried to win back what you lose. You could have lost more if you go on betting and chasing the 0.2 btc. It happend to me too, I tried to win back what I lost. But when I noticed I am starting to lose more, I pulled back and stopped.

No its not true, some people have immense knowledge in sports and often make good profit just by skill

Even if you tried to bet on a good odd there is still chances that you will lose even if you have such skill to know the teams.

That is right. Statistics is not always right. It is sports, and sometimes players just have that bad day. Even if they have higher odds, you can still lose. I don't say that it happens all the time, but it happens. So, even if you have the skills or knowledge, if you have no luck you can still lose in a bet.
4668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Martingale Profitable ??? on: April 16, 2016, 05:31:12 PM
Every strategy is profitable - until you lose it all.
With a small starting bet and a large wallet Martingale can last for weeks, months or years. At some point you'll risk fortunes for very small wins, and in the end you'll lose based on the house edge.
No matter what strategy: the chance to double your initial balance is smaller than the chance to lose it all.
But it can be fun while it lasts Cheesy I've seen people use it for months in a row, slowly going up in profit all the time.
Actually martingale is too profitable but if only you stay at low bets the only thing why people lose in martingale is because of losing their patience and making their base bets go higher which make them lose.

No matter how small you start, it could still end up losing big if you hit a very long losing streak. The bet could easily go high because you double your bet each time you lose. It is not a good strategy since you only earn very small amount each time you win but you lose very big if you hit a streak.
4669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: April 16, 2016, 05:25:36 PM
If gambling has ever made you cry then get alerted because you bet more than what you should have and the result made you stunned. Better to get away from this addiction rather than crying even more later.

Yes you are right. If he cannot handle losing money because of gambling, he should quit. It is not right to cry on something that should be entertaining and fun. Or he could control the amount he is betting so he will not be affected if the results is not on his favor. This way, he can still gamble without the depression of losing.

It's simple to stay away from gambling
Do not open site gambling or stay away the internet
If you remember gambling please leave your home to hangout with your friends
Its hard since most of our life are connected to internet. So stay away from internet cant working imo. If you have time to do gambling or hangout, then why not for you use that time to work and get money.
yes it's not a good idea, especially in the current era, where the Internet is a necessity in everyday.
the best way, when you do not have money, you'll stay away from gambling Smiley
I think it would be difficult to do because a lot of people in this forum or salary earning is from bitcoin. if you stay away on the internet. what will you do in real life to earn money? You can not just hang out with your friends. of course it will make you be wasteful and would be tantamount to defeat you suffered from gambling

Stay away from the internet is the worst idea, you can do many things in the internet and not always about gambling. You can download movie and watch it to make you stay away from gambling because it's killing your time and make you forget about gambling.

Maybe he could cut internet out until he is cured of gambling addiction. I think that could work. Maybe a few weeks of no internet is worth it if he could cure his addiction. Just be sure he never go out gambling in real casinos. That will defeat the purpose. Other than that, I think it is good idea atleast he tried to cure  it.
4671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: April 16, 2016, 05:54:03 AM
Gambling for me is only a kind of entertainment. I don't take it seriously or else I will wreck my own life. Smiley

Good for you. If you can keep it that way, do so. Do not be tempted to bet more when you feel you are on winning streak and very lucky.and always pace it so you don't get addicted. There are people who get addicted even when started just for fun. If you get addicted, your life will be wrecked.
4672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: April 16, 2016, 05:18:58 AM
What is the most interesting thing about this thread is that no one said - that he is already rich. No one. Is everyone here really so poor?
We don't have rich gamblers reading this thread? It is something I thought about and it is really depressing...

Actually there is one that I read before admitting that he is rich and will still gamble. I just can't find it because there is so many pages already. But that the only one I read, I do not know if there are others that I missed. If most of gamblers posting here are poor, maybe it is the result of gambling too much.

Most of the people who gamble are poor whose aiming to get rich. So it I were rich, I mean born rich I will not gamble anymore. I will just maybe travel all around the world and stick with my women. LOL

Womanizing can have the same disastrous effect as gambling. But if that is your poison, then go for it. We cannot say that rich person will not gamble because I do know rich people addicted to gambling. I think whether rich or poor, a person can have a tendency to gamble. It all depends on the nature of the person.
4673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: April 16, 2016, 05:13:37 AM
It depends on each person, some people are getting rich because of gambling and some people are becoming poor because of gambling so there is no conclusion that you can say.
But the chance is higher that it can wreck your life than that it can fix your life because the chance of losing is also much higher.

Yeah, house edge puts the odds against you. So if you want a sure way to fix your life, get a job, work hard and save and invest your money. Don't risk your money on gambling or rely on it to make your life better. Hard work and determination will fix you not the lure of easy money on gambling. Gambling will just make you poor not rich.
4674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: April 16, 2016, 05:10:17 AM
Gambling can make you cry for sure, I really have no doubts about that because if you lose a big amount it will really not make your day.
You would literately hate your life because of the bet you made, I never had big problems to be honest, never gambled much.
Yes, the more chances at here is for to lose your bitcoins or any other currency at gambling, so anyone who is going to involve in gambling will definitely cry one day, as the earning at there is much lesser than loss.
how if the person is aware of all the risks and has been prepared with the worst possible? like a big defeat or something?
of course they are already prepared to be it all. and is he will cry for it?
I think if you already know the risks. defeat is common and not worth to cry

There is still a chance you will cry even if you are prepared for it. When you are already too addicted and lose everything to gambling, friends, love ones and money, you will cry for sure. When you are penniless because of gambling, that is a sure way you'll cry.

GS Warriors will win back to back titles so they will repeat Cheesy

Well the chance is pretty high but the ball is round and NBA is surprising. Where amazing happens.

If they will win in the Western Conference then I go to GSW at championship.

Pretty much a given that GSW would win the championships IN CASE they win the Western conference. The question now is who will be able to match the GSW in the west. HOU? I think not. We all saw how Harden flopped the last game in the conference finals. OKC? Good but I think not enough. I've read some analysis that it might be the CLIPS or SAS that can match. What do you guys think?

No doubt it's Spurs. Clips will not a stand in GSW. Clippers performance against GSW this season is really not interesting. They dissapoint some of their fans. At the early stage of the season, Clippers are one of the expected team alongside SAS and CAVS that can stop the GSW ownage but it doesnt happen.

I agree with this. And they have already shown us that they can defeat gsw in a game. The question is, can spurs win in gsw court? I think, who first win on the road, will win the conference. But still, the ball is round and anything can happen.

If you are unable to win games on gambling and are losing your money on there, and want to stay away from gambling thenjoin some services where you can earn some money without any bet or lose and join some games where you do not have pay for it to play.

This is a good idea. By doing so, you get the same effect or enjoyment you get in gambling but not the bad ones. This will remove losing money while still enjoying winning and earning money. The person must just focus on earning online like doing signature campaign or doing services.
4678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: April 16, 2016, 04:31:34 AM
Another reason why people become addict in gambling because of the thinking to become rich immediately and when lose, they will not stop playing until those lost money will return back.

Yes, the lure of instant money and big jackpots can easily tempt anyone to do gambling. And once you tasted the wins, you get hooked and addicted easily. So, if you don't want to be a gambling addict, don't ever try it even just for fun.
4679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 15, 2016, 02:38:48 PM
The effect of exercise on your overall well being cannot be overstated. When you find yourself giving in, go to the gym. It will take your mind off it, and can improve mental health long term, you might just overcome your habit.

That is true. Instead of gambling, go for an exercise. It will keep you in shape, remove the bulging tummy and keeps you healthy. And you won't lose money doing it. Unlike gambling, sitting all day behind a computer is a complete opposite of exercise.
4680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: April 14, 2016, 11:39:37 PM
Gambling is very addicting this is caused by the fact its easy to earn money with it in a relative short time if you have luck of course.
If you do not have this luck its gonna be very difficult of course.

I do not think people are getting addictive because of the profit they can make, I think they are getting addicted because they are enjoying gambling and later on get addicted, its similar as a game addiction.

What makes you enjoy gambling the most is the money involved. People loves money and winning it easily thru gambling makes them addicted to it. Easy money is really a good reason to get addicted to gambling. But when you started losing, it will easily be the source of miserable life.
