4681  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Nuclear weapons on: May 05, 2017, 01:11:00 PM
The question is a bit strange. Is it fair? I think not, but life isn't fair.
I'd prefer countries used their resources to build space stations, underwater cities and do research instead of putting billions into weapons they aren't even using. It's not even nuclear weapons. Conventional weapons are also a waste of resources.
4682  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: genisis mining = fraud? on: May 05, 2017, 01:06:44 PM
Genesis mining is the last standing cloud mining that offering low fees with at least 2 years contract. Same like you, I'd never heard something bad about them, but I am too late to know about cloud mining so I never invest money on there. It's not because I fear to lost my money, it's because I know it will take long time to ROI.
That's because you haven't bothered to read the topics. There are more than 10 threads full of information in this section, use the search function to find them. You know that little box on the right Wink
I've just linked a post about them to a guy in another thread
4683  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining: Long-time review on: May 05, 2017, 12:59:49 PM
There's only one question that I have for you. You had this account for quite some time and there were so many threads about this company. Why did you decide to give them money despite all the negative reviews? There was a dozen similar topics where people wanted to give them a try. Last one I read featured a guy whose lifetime contract was terminated after a year or something like that Roll Eyes
I have the impression most negative reviews are based on wrong investment decisions. If you buy an overpriced package and are therefore unable
to make a profit, that's not a basis for a complaint. So my first impression was that the company is legit and delivers what it promises. Just ppl cant calculate beforehand.
Maybe, and sadly I cant exclude that possibility, so maybe I did not make a thorough enough research and there are indeed scam accusations
against genesis. Would be great if you could provide links to the appob. threads so I can have a look.

Anyway, assuming legitimacy of GM for the moment, I am still quite confident that I will ROI.
I was talking about this particular post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1803898.msg17978386#msg17978386
"We shut down your miner because with increasing difficulty is not profitable anymore to keep it on. You would have done the same if you had the miner in your home"
So I had a 1 year contract with them and the contract did finish right after 2.5 months passed for the above reason.

And here's the most recent thread about them https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1898552.0
4684  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Emmanuel macron is the next President of France. on: May 04, 2017, 01:26:27 PM
You goddamn right.
But 65 years old is a bit too much for me xD
That's no longer milf, it's more like granny.
And I have to admit I never fapped tog ranny porn.

People do have strange fetishes. Some are acceptable, such as MILF addiction and BDSM. But there are some other fetishes, such as having sex with animals, which can't be accepted. Unfortunately, Macron is having a similar kind of fetish. This pervert should not be made the president of France.
Why do you say that? A lot of young guys Dating older women. When you're 20, and she 35-38 is that a bad thing? Try it and you will understand that a 35 year old lover is much better than 20 years. It's not perversion it's a reality.
I always fancied young girls like 18-20 yo. When I was 15 I stared at 18s, when I was 20 I stared at 18s, when I was 25 I still stared at 18s...
Some things never change, I bet when I'm 40 I'll still want an 18. I get that some people like older women, just like some people like their jeans worn out. Wink
4685  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do conservative worldwide oppose "drugs" legalization? on: May 04, 2017, 01:19:16 PM
As someone who is conservative and just celebrated a year of sobriety, I'm all for it. I probably lean more towards decriminalization than legalization but I think it's time. The ban only profits drug dealers and criminalizes people with addiction issues. Portugal has been a great example of decriminalization working.

I agree. I think sometimes some conservative people need to broaden their perspective a bit. sometimes its better to regulate some drugs than to completely outlaw them. of course that doesn't include laboratory drugs like meth and cocaine.
You cannot be a little pregnant. Any drugs are not only toxic to the body, but also the provocation of crime. If the person is not in control of your consciousness it is always dangerous to others. I'm against drugs.
It doesn't matter! It's your body and your responsibility.
If you are numbing yourself with drugs and get jailed for it, it won't eliminate the problem. People who do it usually have some mental or social problems and want to forget by using drugs. If you jail them they will either kill themselves in prison or serve the sentence, get out and start taking again, because you haven't cured them, you just made them feel more miserable.
4686  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: May 04, 2017, 01:14:21 PM
I respect all people and nations. For me, it does not matter what the person believes and to what god he worships. Among my acquaintances are many people who profess different religions. We have never had conflicts
This is because you do not live in an Islamic country. Believe me that once Muslims become a majority, their steps immediately change. They always try to dominate, and if it fails, they become more aggressive.

Once they reach 25% to 30% of the population, then it becomes increasingly difficult for the non-Muslims to live in that area. Muslim Criminals will exclusively target the non-Muslims, and will force the latter to flee using a combination of rape, murder, home invasion, intimidation.etc.
That's true.

I don't like Muslims because of several reasons, but mainly because they are savagely trying to force their way of life on other people.
I've seen what's happening in countries where they migrated to. They just can't stand people who are different.
You can get attacked or even killed by them for not respecting their rules, but why should you?
I'm not going to make others live like me, I don't care how they live, but if my family ever gets attacked by those savages I'll hit back.
4687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The FBI called the largest threat to the Earth on: May 04, 2017, 01:04:13 PM
The head of the FBI James Komi said that Russia is the biggest threat on Earth. He said this at the Senate hearings on the influence of Russia on the elections of 2016 in the United States. He noted that Russia - "this is the biggest threat of all on Earth, on the basis of its intentions and capabilities

Russia only defends itself, because it really has the opportunity to do it well. And any war allegedly from the Russian side is financed by secret world rulers.
Maybe for now, but it has a history of fighting abroad. I'm thinking about supplying Vietnam against the USA and invading Afghanistan.
If you're calling this country defensive, how would you call countries that haven't attacked anyone in the last 100 years, and there are many?
4688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 04, 2017, 12:54:53 PM
It's never too expensive, since you can play with just a few satoshi. The price shouldn't concern you at all because the value of your bets remain the same, unless you're one of those "lucky charm" guys who think betting the same number every time increases their chances of winning.
4689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTC transaction times?? on: May 04, 2017, 12:51:55 PM
There's a funny correlation between BU pretty much failing and the number of unconfirmed transactions going down right after. It's almost as if the network was spammed deliberately to promote BU...
There might be something to it. I had really bad experiences with transactions early this year and it started getting better last month.
I've been checking the number of transactions awaiting confirmation and it's been on the decrease for the last couple weeks.
4690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Girl gets raided by police looking for bitcoins on: May 02, 2017, 07:16:13 PM
She fucked up and made a bank transaction over 10,000euro without reporting it to the tax office. You are required to report all transactions over 10,000euro. The only way this is related to Bitcoin is that the transaction was allegedly for buying/selling BTC, but the police raided her because she made bank transactions over 10,000euro without reporting it.

Even drug dealers gotta pay taxes. Did she not learn anything from Al Capone?
I've never heard about such rule. You're not supposed to report large transactions, although the banks can do it without your knowledge. You're expected to report revenue and money transfers aren't revenue. I think this harassment by the authorities must have something to do with anti-terrorist financing.
You aren't breaking any laws by sending or receiving large sums. You can be checked by your tax office, but this looks nothing like the situation described here. Normally the tax office invites you to clarify these transfers by providing paperwork, they don't raid your home and take your stuff!
4691  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What would be happen, if energy do not cost anymore anything? on: May 02, 2017, 04:58:48 PM
There were countries that offered free energy to its citizens. If I remember correctly Iraq used to do it before the US took over. Who knows, maybe it would be a miners haven today if the invasion didn't happen.
If energy were freely available, the market would regulate itself. The cost of mining would go down and with it the price of Bitcoin. We'd have more people mining, more computing power supporting the network. It's not difficult to imagine how it would work out.
4692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Girl gets raided by police looking for bitcoins on: May 02, 2017, 04:38:04 PM
Before y'all start talking about how the state robbed someone of their Bitcoins, do some research.
You can obviously tell, just by reading the first comment, that something's fishy here:

OP is basically a drug drealer and police had every right to do what they did.
Don't judge. She could have asked about mixing funds or drugs and it doesn't change anything. We are doing the same thing here. Just check how many topics about drugs, mixers and gambling are on this forum. What would you say if someone got raided because they were supporting legalization of drugs on a Bitcoin related forum?
4693  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Emmanuel macron is the next President of France. on: May 02, 2017, 03:58:44 PM
That guy is talking about east european border nations - some of them are still 3rd world status because communism wasnt that cool in the end.
Don't know where you're getting your knowledge about world economy, but there are no nations of a 3rd world status in the European Union, not even close.
In third world countries, or postcolonial countries, citizens usually have to survive on less than $100 a month. Wages in the EU start with €400 a month, which as you can see is completely incomparable.
I don't know European countries where the salary is 400 euros. The minimum wage in Germany, 1080 euros. In poor countries, and lower prices. Should not be considered wages, and purchasing power. In Germany, you will not live on 100 euros a month.
AFAIK, Bulgaria and Romania are in the €400 range, with Lithuania and Hungary being just €100 above that. I'm aware that purchasing power might be different, but they are all in the Union with open borders. You can jump in a car, do some shopping in a neighboring country and be back in less than 2 hours. PP line gets blurred when the borders open and on one side you have people earning twice more than you do.
I wasn't talking about the minimum but the average.

4695  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's Next Direction 2017 Predictions on: May 02, 2017, 12:09:58 PM
If it corrects and goes down to $800-$900   twice, it wont reach $2000 at the end of the year.  Probably it will only reach around $1500.  According to your analysis, .  I think it is too steep to reach $2000 after dropping to $1000 (2nd correction) assuming that happen in mid year. So I guess it will be around $1500 - $1600 at the end of 2017.
True. A big correction ($400 or more) will be followed by a stable period. This usually takes a month or two for the price to start breaking the walls and slowly going up. Also, if the trend remains as it it, it will take at least a month for the price to move up by another $100 (without big corrections). If any of you think it will reach $2000 in a year, check the charts and see how long it took to move from $800 to $1200 (it's just $400) and you would want it to go from $1400 to $2000 in 8 months.
Bitcoin won't fall down below $1000, maybe correction to $1100. But that is our responsibility to make it stands and not be involved make the price decline further away.  According to the last few years, bitcoin price always has significant increases in the mid-year and it isn't impossible to reach $2000 by the end of the year even though the price drop back to $900 again.
Do you really believe that? Bitcoin has dropped below $1000 this March, that's like 5 weeks ago! Is it some kind of a magic barrier that can't be crossed?
It's not you responsibility or mine, we don't have enough money to dictate the prices and influence the market, we can only watch as it's being done for us.
4696  Other / Politics & Society / Re: OneCoin taking me to court, I have to withdraw my statements on: May 01, 2017, 09:05:46 PM
They can't do anything to you. You are free to express your opinion about their business, that's one.
If they really knew they can force you to pay for the damages they would have sued you instead of threatening.
Keep writing and don't let them scare you.
4697  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-05-01] News Outlets and Journalists Being Threatened By Onecoin Lawyers on: May 01, 2017, 08:53:24 PM
I wouldn't budge if I were these journalists. This is aimed to scare them and buy time for the scheme, so there's nothing to fear.
This is a scamcoin and all lawyers in the world won't change that. Onecoin doesn't have enough time to go to court, by the time the verdict is reached they'll be far gone with all the money.
4698  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genisis mining and hashflare profitability? on: May 01, 2017, 07:19:20 PM
It's still defend on you or on how much the bitcoin is. I'll give some example that I already made ROI.

I started buy lifetime mining contact with genesis-mining last 2016 1st quarter of the year and the price at the time is 400$ per bitcoin. I brought 0.035 BTC mining contact which is hashpower 0.05 TH/s and after 1 year I already mined that amount. So if I sell my mined bitcoins right now from genesis-mining I will earn 3X profit because the current price of Bitcoin is almost 1400 USD..
This is the most common mistake. You're happy because Bitcoin is worth more and your contract became profitable and you think it was due to Genesis. You project the result on the wrong source. The cloud mining company didn't produce this profit for you, Bitcoin did!
If you want to calculate your profits compare 2 situations.
1. You bought 0.035 btc and held for a year.
2. You bought a contract and had it for a year.
The difference in money is the profit (or loss) you had with GM. I hope you'll have luck with your "lifetime" contract, but what will you do when they shut down next year? Will you go to court because your lifetime contract worked only for 2 years?

4700  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The pursuit of money has negative psychological consequences on: May 01, 2017, 07:01:51 PM
Prostitution is generally a very relative concept. Every woman wants to have a rich husband and live in abundance. What is this not prostitution? Everyone needs money. I believe that any earnings is acceptable if does not harm others. Anyone who earns € 10,000 in the industry are poisoning nature and does more harm than a prostitute, but respect him.
This is not prostitution but sponsoring. There's a difference.
Sponsoring is when a woman finds a rich man that she doesn't love, but she satisfies his needs in exchange for money.
Prostitution is a bit different, because a woman doesn't try to create a relationship and frequently changes men.

There's also e-whoring, where girls fake internet relationships usually to scam you and sell you fake nudes, but sometimes to become popular, get social media followers and likes.
