4701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does anyone pay for slandering gambling websites on Bitcointalk? on: March 10, 2020, 10:04:03 AM
^ On point and i do fully agree with those word above.

We wont know if those newbies got paid or just totally have that legit claims towards on a gambling site. The majority or the public isnt
really blind on searching up to things yet we can easily spot out which one is simply trying to ruin sites reputation or the one who do
tell the truth by showing clear evidences. If they cant provide such thing then we can directly ignore these claims.

4705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Charts Are Garbage on: March 03, 2020, 11:56:48 PM
Anyone sick and tired of articles citing charts? I’ve been in stocks for 10 years and I know how to read them. Bitcoin/crypto isn’t candle based.
I can see candles on the chart of crypto so I think it can be based on that. Even if there’s a big volatility in cryptomarket, i still depend on its chart to see the price movement and as a trader, I really have to rely on that. Candles in stocks and cryptomarket are different because of its volatility, but it still have the same concept.
It indeed on the same concept and i do heavily agree on what have said above that its better to make use of technicals rather than trading blindly
because you are just basically doing gambling in that case.

Trash for others but this one is a gem for some.I do rely also on technicals but i cant really deny that volatility can anytime wreck your Candle stick readings
unexpectedly and on high intensity.
4706  Economy / Services / Re: Are you tired of losing in your trades? I am here to help on: March 03, 2020, 10:37:22 PM
To anybody who takes up this service, be very careful.

Just because he's trading using your API keys, doesn't mean he can't drain your balance dry.

By shuffling money through low liquidity trading pairs there's a chance he could empty your account and get away with your money.

This should only be possible for accounts with a huge balance, other than that it probably wont happen.
Hi man , api keys are risky with exchanges like binance  , but for bitmex its completly safe. since bitmex got a huge liquidity. its not possible to do it in bitmex. thanks

Yeah it's probably worse with leverage. One bad trade with overconfidence or misset stop losses (even something spelt wrong) you're just asking for trouble.

And 50% fees is high since from your end there's no risk... You might want to make a telegram channel and get people to use something like cornix.
When i do already able to read up that 50% fee then is automatically a turn off thing.Well fund managers thing is long time being ignored and i dont see for people to get fooled once again.
4707  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cryptocurrency sites that earn you interest on: March 03, 2020, 10:16:02 PM
Are there really people going to store their coins to these kind of sites that offers Annual Percentage Yield?
I'm not sure because even when Bitcoin is in my personal wallet the price could go up anyway. I can only see people would rather trade BTC themselves than storing to such sites though.

I'd be interested however if  they and Freebitcoi.in will also offer APY in bear market.

Freebitcoi.in offered 4.08% in late march of 2017.

~snipped~

I'm not sure if a pro-longed bear market would affect these sites. It seems most offer some variant of fiat currency to invest in also. So maybe when fluctuations happen in crypto they hedge it instantly with their local currency.

Seems like they still offer 4.08%; pretty surprising that the site's been able to offer consistent returns for almost three years if what you're saying is correct, though I'm not personally able to verify this.

I would assume that Freebitco.in would definitely be affected in some area should a strong bear market occur, since the site does mention that they supposedly use profits from their mining facility to pay for the interest. The effects would vary based on how much of the interest money comes from mining and what sort of effective electrical rates they're paying, but mining generally doesn't do so hot in bear markets as difficulty keeps rising and prices stagnate or decrease.

It's harder to pay interest in BTC under a bull market because their income source is dependent on visitors and ads, while they pay interest in crypto. But that site is administrated by a very creative owner and the business keeps expanding. They now have a sportsbook also along with their dice and gambling business.
This is actually right and they arent getting money only from mining but also in other sectors as well. They do show off that they are capable on paying up something yet we know

the reputation been holding by Freebitco itself after all these years. They do even giving out lambos which means they are capable on giving that 4.08% interest per year not only focusing on single source.

In talks on the topic, im not really much familiar with Defi or some sort when it comes on finding annual earnings on using them yet the best option for me to take is just simply hold
various coins in my own wallet which do produces more after a year.
4708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways in which you can promote bitcoin. on: March 03, 2020, 09:56:24 PM
Im not pushing you down or anything, but using your youtube channel as a medium to promote BTC isn't effective enough compared to just wearing a BTC tshirt then going outside.  Let's be honest, those 15 views? Majority if not all actually came from the people who visited your post and opened the vid. That's it. It isn't even promotion at this point. Why? Because people who know it are the only ones who have seen it. A much effective way to promote BTC would probably be posting the vid in facebook, though still not as effective as wearing a BTC themed shirt.

Still, nice vid. Probably create a bitcoin themed game (if you can, or if you can't, ask some programmers for help while you do the UI/front end) and post in in google play store. Probably better.

I do understand where you're headed. However, the thing is that the video is mainly aimed for those of us who are in this forum to see these means and make use of the ideas. Such a video is completely useless to a newbie who just heard of crypto, hence, it's for us in this forum. Anyone who reads the post and watches the video would know how he/she can support the promotion of bitcoin.

People who are exerting their efforts just to promote Bitcoin on their own way are still admirable. Every little act of promotion is still something to be grateful for. There might only be few viewers for now but I'm sure that there will still be more viewers who will watch it in the future. It's informative and it's still better to promote than to do nothing. We all know that Bitcoin still needs to be promoted so people would get aware about it. Each of us should do our parts to contribute.
It good to share up the opportunity that it gives to those people who do make use of it.Yeah, its better than not doing something when it comes to spreading awareness.
We know that the market will eventually grow on a span of time depending on the adoption as we goes by.Thru social media and video streaming sites which are the good
mediums to spread up awareness and its up to you on how you do make effort with that.On my case when it comes on telling other people then i usually talk into my co-workers
about btc and crypto market- It might be something hard because they cant scope it well on first explanation but further on they do able to grasp it up.
4709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Need to be more cautious than ever on: March 03, 2020, 09:27:57 PM

We have to accept the fact about crypto domain and make appropriate moves, we cannot blame the market for its fluctuations when we are already aware that it is going to be a volatile situation forever, stability is temporary over here. We need to be mentally prepared for all these fluctuations.

There's no stable price for Bitcoin and other alts except the stable coins. Though the price sometimes stay at an specific level, $8,000 for example. But the price are still moving sideways. Let's say it changes more than 1% in a 24hr time frame.
The main problem here isn't the fluctuations or the volatility, but the ability to predict the next market movements.
Your right even in forex and stocks where prices do still moves but it does have lesser percent when it comes to volatility but having fixed price doesnt fit out to be used when talking into markets.

If these things arent moving then profitability would already be an issue yet buyers and sellers wont exist in the first place in that case. The only reason why we do tell that it is stable is on when

the market is moving sideways but as said it do still moves even on the slightest one.
4710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: March 03, 2020, 06:19:28 PM
most of those gambling sites who run signature campaigns are not requiring their participants to use their services
Correct. They don't require the participants to use their service. They just need the participants to promote their sites. It is clear that the participants join the signature campaign. It means the participants work by using their signature space for promotion and creating several posts as the requirement. So, there is no obligation to use the services.
Correct and it all will depend on the participant itself if he would choose to play on the site or into others.Theres no such thing about an obligation or compulsory for you to play
because they are paying you into your job.

It isnt also a bad idea to play though which show some appreciation or some small ways on saying thanks for sometimes but it isnt really that necessary.

We are all free on where we would gonna spend on the money we do earn.
4711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 03, 2020, 02:15:54 PM
Miami Heat figure out how to beat the Bucks, this seems like very interesting as I usually bet on an underdog team and I hope Bucks would not be another disappointment again in the playoffs, I thought they have an easy journey in the East but there's Miami Heat who could stop their man Giannis.
They do, and I read somewhere that Miami is already 2-0 against the Bucks this season, and that's a good news for Heat backers that they can defeat the most overrated team in the NBA, no offense for the Bucks fans, but that's how I see it.
After Kawhi left in the East I thought it's will be easier for Bucks to totally reign in the East seems that Miami will be a great match up from them. Miami have a great roster this season and Jimmy do a great job. They totally lockdown Giannis I think it's their #1 priority but will see it in the playoffs if Miami can still stop Giannis and the Bucks
Butler this season is surrounded by a team players and though his record is not so impressive compared to his past teams, we can see here that the whole Miami team is getting better, and they also have a Rokie which are performing well, so as a team, I would also go with the Heat.

In spite on below ranking in terms of numbers/stats compared to Bucks, we have seen on how they did isolate Giannis but we dont know if they can do such thing when playoff comes
and talking about their performance i do agree that they do really show impressive games compared on last year.

4712  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Random coin picks experiment on: March 03, 2020, 01:09:38 PM
Also "price checking" tick is gone. I realized it's only hitting hard at the beginning of your portfolio creation. Now, I check only once per 2 days. So I'm not worried anymore, just patiently waiting for the right time to sell each coin. I even enjoy it all. I feel that I made the right decision.
Once you are already confidence with each position that you choose, you'll be calm waiting for the right time to sell your assets as you are anticipating that it will be move according to your target value, sometimes it won't go accordingly but again it will depend on how confident and willing you are to  wait.
From time to time of doing it you'll be able to enhance your strategy and adjust according to how your selected coins are moving.
Confidence wont really be enough if you didnt able to choose the best coins in the market.Trying to experiment on random? then go for known ones
rather than taking a short to those low cap which we know that it do have less chances on being pumped.

It isnt bad to experiment but you should be ready to face up more risk on choosing several coins but also it do increase the chance on making money if all
of those selections do able to increase.

Bankcoin Reserve Index
Current Price = $1,689.00

they only got the price thru this plug OTC, whatever they do down there.  obviously there is no transparency to it. scam as it must be.  stay away from that project and tell your friend to withdraw if he can. before its too late.

i found its ANN thread here and OP is just talking to the newbie accounts their team had been registering in the forum, probably he himself. none would be interested to such project so why would it have a price of more than $1500?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199314.580
Holy smokes! That ANN thread was flooded by newbies commenting to each other which we can presume that these are just alt coins on op itself and this signifies shady act.

Who the hell would buy out on $1500? Sites design isnt even tempting or not attractive at all.I cant conclude this is scam since theres no sufficient proofs but basing on initial
impression then i can say that this one is no different into other scam projects out there.

@OP tell your friend on pulling out his funds asap but if he would insist then let him be.
4714  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK REQUIRES ID PROOF - BE AWARE BEFORE YOU WIN BIG! on: March 02, 2020, 07:11:02 PM

Outcome 1: The gambler loses all their funds. At this point, FJ doesn't give a shit if it's laundered or not.
Outcome 2: The gambler doesn't lose all their funds. Perhaps they win some. FJ suddenly cares if it's laundered or not.

It's dishonest behavior.

Actually this doesnt only applied on FJ alone but in other casinos as well when it comes to their terms. When player losses they dont care but in times of big wins then thats the time alibis and reasoning would come out
just to delay or wont really pay at all.

Knowing FJ do have some numbers of similar issues in the past and this one is no different or not a surprising thing but knowing its reputation,it would be handled and resolved soon as long there were no
shady activities attached.
4715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: gp-dice.com | Play Dice | 1% House Edge | Be The House! on: March 02, 2020, 05:59:30 PM
^ Hello, welcome back! I saw that you are promoting this gambling site before way back to the year 2016.
I had tried to register the site and that was too quick registration and no email verification. But I have a few more questions, where we can find TOS and the FAQ of the website. Nevertheless, this is now very common on the dice site to has a faucet to claim when the wallet of the user becomes empty, that little amount that probably uses to test your dice site.
Just to put up their ANN thread wayback in 2015: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=935476.0

About on the site it doesnt even have that FAQ.No way on how to verify bets.Basic design. Its hard to believe that someone
will consider on making some investment to this imho.
4716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 02, 2020, 04:08:43 PM
As we all know, porn sites are at the top which are frequently visited by people in the internet world. So in my opinion if a porn site accepts
payments with bitcoin it will make bitcoin more popular and used by many people.Because transactions on porn sites we need privacy and
bitcoin can provide a solution. But on the other hand we have to admit porn sites can make the image worse in the eyes of some people.
So in your opinion, if a porn site accepts payments with bitcoin can make bitcoin more popular or will it be dangerous for the future of bitcoin
because it brings negative effects?

Here you go;
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/6xj7ee/list_of_adultporn_sites_that_accept_bitcoin/
https://coindoo.com/a-list-of-adult-websites-that-accept-payments-in-cryptocurrency/

Its already been a while for some porn sites do accept crypto as a payment but nothing has changed after all
and i  dont really believe much that it would be worth to pay up some crypto to these sites if you can actually
see majority of those for free. Grin

Zion was great he was very consistent playing at a high level and it seems that injury is fully healed now but their young team just couldn't beat the king, so good luck to them against the Minny, hopefully they'll win that as I think that's an easy one.
This is where experience do matters but im still amazed on how Zion do play. Just give out for more years,i wont surprised if he would climb up on the ladder.

Rockets climbing very fast, already rank number 4 now next to Clippers and Denver, it seems like the trade of Capela was a good decision.
Personally, the way I see they are playing, I think they could take the number 1 spot, anyone agrees with me?
Agree with that trade off but going to no. 1 spot would really be hard.
4719  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: March 02, 2020, 10:11:43 AM
So if you want to earn more money, you can do both things, the more, the merrier,
What you do, not necessarily other people can do it, profit/lots of money, not only in trading and investing in crypto, lots of money can also be found outside/with real business.

Indeed investment and trading in crypto must have the skills and knowledge, but that cannot be just talking, must really understand it all because investing and trading in crypto has a high risk.

Study, graph, analyze, understand, thorough, patient, and get to know the game system of the market in trading and investing is the capital for success.

Anything does really require analyze and proper planning if you do like to succeed on both fields. Its true that not all people which are capable on doing both things.,

Trading is somewhat considered investing yet you are particularly buying something for gains it do only vary on how you do deal with the process. They do differ

either on passive or active and we know trading do need effort and time but overall it do takes effort and experience for you to succeed.
4720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: March 01, 2020, 08:50:45 PM
If i am a active gambler?for sure i will create my own ledger like what i am doing in our budgeting and records.

because this will prove how responsible gamblers are we and how we manage life accurately.because in gambling we just did not realized how much amount we are spending because all we know is enjoying and not aware we are above the budget for betting.
In my opinion it is imperative and a must to keep track of all the money you spend regardless of the reason, this is the only effective way to create a budget and begin to save and time later to begin to invest, I know that for some this is going to take away some of the fun of the games as you are treating now one of your hobbies in such a way but it is necessary, besides as soon as you begin to spend more money than in the past you will notice immediately and this will help you to reduce your gambling expenses.
Not really making any sense if you do tally in regards to expenses or on the money you had spent towards gambling. If you are aiming for investment then better focus into this field
rather than considering or including gambling into your list.

In some circumstances if it do already involves taxation then you wont have any choice but to tally it up but its my first time to hear that someone is being required to include
your gambling expenses towards on your tax matters?
