4741  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: October 01, 2021, 04:19:08 PM
If you have some knowledgeable about forex trading then you will be glad to know that Crypto is not much different either, except these assets are highly speculative and will react to what people or the government do or say. But one indicator that helps with knowing which direction the markets are going is reading the charts using technical analysis which is faster than using indicators such as moving averages but these tend to be slow to reveal the move.  If you don't mind others analyzing the charts for you youtube has several channels for such material, good luck.
4742  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on a recovery mode on: October 01, 2021, 12:08:25 PM
Is this what a new month can bring...if these are the results let everyday be a new month  Roll Eyes ? On a serious note I like how the month of October has turned this to be a recovery month and hope we can see $60k in it as well but just a reality check the month alone isn't enough alone what are the real reasons for markets being bullish all over sudden. Did Elon tweet about something good about crypto or some regulation around the world has given a breath of hope...

What do you think of this....

Barcelona receive £1.2bn offer from Dubai company to write off club's debts

FC Barcelona have reportedly received a £1.2bn offer to stabilise the Catalan club and write off their substantial debt that has caused havoc over the summer.

The La Liga giants had to part with one of the all-time greats over the summer, as financial issues at Barcelona ensured that under league rules, they couldn't afford to re-sign Lionel Messi.

In an attempt to lower their wage bill, the club also let Antione Griezmann return to Atletico Madrid, with Emerson Royal and Junior Firpo heading to the Premier League.

The club has been in a terrible state, but a company from Dubai could revive the club.

So everything happening to Barcelonas poor performance is tied to its financial stress but having a helping hand is this financial fair play?? This isn't any different from the proposed European league cup we heard about.
4744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: September 30, 2021, 10:51:24 PM
Interesting write up but why is sportsbetting not in both categories of chance based and skill based?? When you say chance based I want to believe you are talking about gaming with nothing less than luck??

It would also be nice to see which of the strategies would leave  a gambler walking our with profit and not empty pockets because when it comes to gambling  no matter how skilled you are you are likely to lose your money to the house.
4745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is easier? on: September 30, 2021, 09:54:30 PM
To those who are trading consistently, I would like to ask you based on your experience.Which is easier in making a profit, riding with the hype, or waiting until the price will dip?
To be honest with cryptocurrencies it's a different ball game, everything has to be infused together to give yourself a winning chance and winning strategy because the hype does come in handy quite often and no price action or technical analysis will anticipate such a move so let's not rely on one strategy alone.

Most people say that don't buy when the market is bullish, just wait until there's a price correction and the price will dip.
So with your experience, I like to know which is more effective between the two.
The only reason most people say this is trying to avoid buying at a premium when opportunities  to buy discounted coins always present themselves to the patient buyers but if you don't mind holding and working around the clock then any buying strategy is okay..
4746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 30, 2021, 09:46:45 PM
Leicester City of late have been showcasing some pathetic football, I wonder what's going on there...could it be that the coach is failing to make up a team that will Play collectively because at the moment the foxes only have a bunch of players and not a team, very disappointing result tbh.

On the other hand One team that has been impressive and a stand out for me has been Westham United and if they continue playing like this there is a possibility of a top four finish in the Epl.

4748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Gas Fee is too High? on: September 30, 2021, 03:52:09 PM
From my understanding and experience of why gas fees are high is usually because of demand! If you remember the days of the crypto kitties gas fees were high because Ethereum network was constantly engaged and anybody that wanted their coins moved in the next block had to pay a much higher transaction fee to be the highest bidder so that miners could prioritize moving your coins and same thing happening now which is usually during peak hour but to save on fees try sending your coins during the late and early hours of the day,so if you are in no hurry try to take advantage of being the early bird to spend less on TX fees.
4749  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losses in trading are nothing but Business expenses on: September 30, 2021, 10:21:39 AM
I don't think losses should be treated as business expenses,  that   would give trading a different name too! Let losses be losses, and by the way losses in trading are inevitable because so many factors are at play to give us a 100% win rate. Things like matket manipulation,  low trading capital or using the wrong risk management or over leveraging will all lead to a loss! AFAIK a loss is part of a winning strategy as this teaches us on how to take a similar trade should a trade setup present itself in the same manner and will shall know the best course of action. All in all business expenses can be planned unlike trading losses which tend to be incurred not on a planned basis.
4750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold: Superiority on: September 30, 2021, 10:10:36 AM
I want to factor in Obsolete but Obsolete wouldn't be the right world when trying to compare bitcoin and gold. But let's bringing it in anyway,  in a world engulfed by technology which keeps growing at a fast pace and population being composed by mostly the millennial generation, it's easy to see why bitcoin is growing fast and turning to be more superior because it's much easier to own than real Gold. Besides this gold has limited uses as compared to bitcoin which can be used as a store of value or be used as digital money which makes it more desirable to own. With these few reasons you can see why BTC is superior to XAU.
4751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 30, 2021, 09:57:06 AM
Was really distracted with other results of the day and other players individual performances and just learnt of Barcelonas humiliating result which comes just a day after their counterparts Real Madrid were stunned with a shocking result. What's really happening in LA liga?? Most Spanish teams have failed to perform in the champions league....Atletico Madrid had to dig deep to turn this around but now teams like Barca failing to even get a goal...who would have seen this coming?? If we continue on this path expect coaches to be sacked in the near future. Not a Barca fan but it's now worrying with the results these guys bring forth.

 Benfica 3-0 Barcelona
4752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 30, 2021, 06:23:49 AM
Arsenal have been linked with a January move for Real Madrid star Marco Asensio.

Mundo Deportivo have reported that north London could be a possible destination for the Spaniard whose future is up in the air following a mixed start to the season.

Predominately a right-winger, the 25-year-old can play in a more central attacking midfield position or out on the left, which would suit Arteta's flexible style of play.

They aren't the only interested party, though, with AC Milan and Juventus keen for his signature and Asensio has already expressed his desire to get regular minutes

4753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think POLKADOT is still really undervalued on: September 29, 2021, 10:47:40 PM
Might be considered under valued but I think it's also lost momentum along the way! And with markets showing signs of being bearish most of the attention goes to the top coins like bitcoin and Ethereum and social media's favourite  dogecoin if these coins don't show signs of recovery or being bullish then chances are low for polkadot to be bullish while the major cryptos see red. For now it's value will remain low not until another bull run comes through.
4754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 29, 2021, 10:42:51 PM
Chelsea beaten one goal to nil in Turin which shows their momentum had slowed down since facing city, could these guys be fatigued from playing city over the weekend and couldn't keep up with Juventus.

Less not forget about on of the favourites of the champions league, Bayern Munich who won with a good number of goals (5 -0 to be exact) sending their intentions that they are here for business and no one will stop them.

And of course we can't end here without acknowledging CR7s contribution that saved united with a 3 points that was needed the most and that also revenged Uniteds loss in the last Europa finals.

Great games witnessed today, hats off to you lads.
4755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: September 29, 2021, 05:46:29 PM
The game that I'm looking forward to watch is Liverpool - Manchester City on this Sunday.
This is a clash of the titans and to be honest this might either have alot of goals or have less goals if they choose to play each other with mutual respect.

And with both teams coming out of the champions league with different results to take home, I think Liverpool will come in this match full of confidence which might give them the edge to beat Manchester City.

I'm not sure about which side could win but I'm expecting both teams to score.
On the other hand am seeing only one team to score not both,, but Manchester City has this tendency of overpowering its opponents and showing off the skill they have  in the premier league but when they leave to play in other competitions, they play like a totally different team hope they come like the power house they are known for.
4756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: September 29, 2021, 05:29:50 PM
Which ever route you choose to go with the risk will always remain with you as the trader and can never be transferred to someone else for providing the wrong signal and  we at the end of the day we want to put the blame on others No that's not trading.

Before choosing to use other people's signals or copy trading or or trading own our terms let's first get to learn risk management first , so that should there be any draw down, our account can take this market move and if market turns we can move stop loss to breakeven to trade risk free and enjoy the profits.
4757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum reach $5,000 by 2021? on: September 29, 2021, 04:32:58 PM
The road to greatness for our crypto ecosystem lies in having well lead out laws to enforce regulations. Most of us might not like the sound of this but it's the only way institutional investors will jump on board. These guys will not risk investing in assets which do not have any regulation or deemed to be legal tender and the fact that this is not well lead out our cryptos remain dormant and hence I don't see Ethereum hitting $5k in 2021. Let's wait for regulations to lead and see how this will work in favor of cryptocurrencies.
4758  Bitcoin / Press / [2021-09-29] Swiss markets watchdog approves first crypto assets fund on: September 29, 2021, 04:27:48 PM
Switzerland's financial markets supervisor said on Wednesday it had approved the country's first fund that invests primarily in crypto assets.

The Crypto Market Index Fund is restricted to qualified investors and categorised under "other funds for alternative investments" with particular risks, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) said in a statement.

Crypto assets are based on the blockchain or distributed ledger technology.

"In order to facilitate serious innovation, FINMA applies the existing provisions of financial market laws in a consistently technology-neutral way," it added, thus ensuring that new technologies are not used to circumvent existing rules.

Since crypto assets involve particular risks, FINMA said it had tied the approval to specific requirements, including that the fund may invest only in established assets with a sufficiently large trading volume.

Incredible! Sheriff have defeated Read Madrid away!
This isn't happening!!
Do you people know what getting to pick Sheriff Tiraspol to win Real Madrid gets you for staking $100 on them...
$2100!! If you where an aggressive trader and can't wait for bitcoin to hit $100k this was instant profit in less than 90 minutes and not having to wait for a couple of years.

I honestly don't know what this rest means for most sports books ...did the make more money for madrids loss or the lost money for Real Madrid loss.

Others 2 points lost for Inter and now their situation is not so good.
They have 1 point after 2 games, the key match for them will probably be the second leg with shaktar.

Disappointing result coming from this game, didn't really think they would play it out for 0-0. With such a result it just puts more pressure on themselves as they will play out of their comfort zone...perhaps the home advantage will come in handy for Inter.

So, Milan is winning versus Atletico but they have 1 red card, can they resist till the end?
It's much more easy to play with a man down as all players will be focused and will not let lose balls run expecting some else to follow it up,it's now twice the job needed to get the job done for AC Milan.

PSG is winning versus City, the game is open anything can happen since PSG missed the 2-0 a bounce of time and City took 2 posts.

WFT Real Madrid losing?
This is a fixture we all have been waiting for but unfortunately Manchester City are currently not in their best forms for them to put up a good challenge but not to take anything away for the deservedly goal by PSG...I think these guys have luck on their side.
