UMMMM I ordered 3, bitpay fucked up and couldn't pay, then i just called keith and he says sorry they all sold out....wtf?!? i made an order and it still says new on my account, what the fuck.
dude, what do you expect? they sold those boards for a bargain and only 200 units on stock. of course everybody was running and the system got overloaded. nothing else to expect and to complain about. maybe better luck next time. and no i didnt try to get one of those. what the fuck do you mean better luck? i made a fucking order within the time frame and went to pay right away and couldn't. how is this my fault? nobody says its your fault! just a completly overloaded system and you need to be lucky to get your order done. is that so hard to understand?

lol what a bs madeup story
funny none the less
This is the well-known cryptolocker virus: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CryptoLocker I never thought I'd meet a victim, but there she was: about 5' 3", short grey hair, and looking very overwhelmed. I hope by now she's tried to contact Mitchell Demeter from Bitcoiniacs (owners of the machine) or the guys in the BitCoin Co-op to try to get some more help. What I thought was interesting was that a person who had no idea about bitcoin a few days ago, somehow found the ATM, and then just drove on down to Waves to "buy one" without ever realizing the novelty of what they were doing. I see that you helped her as much as you could at that moment. I think you should have also adviced her to buy not just the one bitcoin that she needed for her files but also 2-3 more. That way this whole "bitcoin-mess" at least would have brought her some profit in 1,2 or 3 years.

limit of 200 upgrade units. so is this 28TH total? is my math right if each unot is 140 Gh/s ? 28 Th/s would be a drop in a bucket...
Agreed. The Nov preorders will be two orders of magnitude more. It is likely the "left overs". They ordered so many hosts, cases, etc, used their inventory of parts to build the Sept/Oct/Nov orders and they came up with 200 extra boards. Sell off the lot. Why not? The value of ASICs goes down over time. Why wait for the next batch just sell them off for less? It was always the case of what volume of RMAs would occur once shipping commenced being an unknown. Also if there was to be any yield issue beyond firmware, so there was in essence a float of modules kept. Now that's complete, the surpless can be sold as the promised upgrades, and priced fairly. Any idea when they start shipping batch#2?? As planned, nothing's changed in the timeline as far as I'm personally aware, around mid-Nov, which is almost here, the facility will start production again, with everything set for a Nov delivery. I'm not stupid enough to make any promises myself as I cannot be arsed with dealing with the flack again, and I never made any last time! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Hehe! No Flack here. In fact i tipped you some. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) In contrast to end of september we have zero talk here in terms of chips, pcbs and so on. And so i am curious if the mid-november still stands, cause "November shipping" could mean 30. November as well.

Aha, du kannst also Tag genaue Vorhersagen machen? Nicht schlecht.

Na also! Korrektur beginnt.

40-50% difficulty rise would mean KnC delivers ~4ph worth of equipment in november. They delivered around 2.8ph in october. It will be closer to 25% jump more than likely.
They'd also been taking October delivery orders since early June. When did they close the window on October delivery orders? When did they start taking orders for November delivery? Beg of September. Hey Orama, are they on track for november? What do you think, how long will they need to deliver this second batch?

if i had to guess, they are probably producing units right now, getting ready for mass shipment in a couple of weeks. I think people are in for a rude awakening after this small difficulty shift. People that order using BTC now will probably stand to gain 2 or 3 BTC from the venture.
People are betting on the ever increasing price of Bitcoin, which to be honest I started to believe in too lately. Well not forever increasing, but I can definitely see the potential for a price of over $1000. 2 years ago I deposited £2000 into Intersango and was a mouse click away from buying 1000 bitcoins, but decided against it, because back then I genuinely thought that was the big crash. You have no idea how many times I've imagined what would it be if only I were braver. In life it is rarely that you regret an action, it is the inactions that we regret mostly, so next time you are presented with a choice I say go for it even if there is some chance you might regret it later. Because if you chicken out and decide not to do it I bet you will regret it much more later ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) me happend similar... ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) so welcome to the club! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Aktueller Kurs in China 402$ !!!!!!! Junge Junge.

Also schön den Gurt angeschnallt lassen.
