Super Bowl will basically be the biggest betting day in any sportsbooks history every single year. I don't want to promote stake on stakes topic to make it look like advertisement Cheesy. However, make sure where you play your super bowl bet, there are few good places and stake is one of them (there are some others too of course but we all know stake) and I would suggest picking the place very carefully.

Historically all the "new" places that pop up one or two months before super bowl usually took all that ton of money that people bet on super bowl and ran with it instead of paying people. So the following week will be a very painful one for many gamblers even if they end up winning, do not take risks and play somewhere you have played before and been around for a long time.

@justdimin yea Super Bowl gambling bets are huge there’s no doubt about it, and you can definitely discuss stakes odd here as it’s Stakes Ann. Also you have raised an interesting point because many new gamblers would fall for the trap of new sites who may offer high odds but disappear when the time comes to pay, hence it’s very important to gamble on known and trusted sites only.
4782  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why new crypto enthusiasts have to repeat losses by scammers again? on: February 01, 2020, 05:39:30 AM
There is no reason why new generations have to loose in the same way others did already.

Not all new crypto users can be scammed, and not all old crypto users can avoid scammers.
This is a matter of personality. The thread that you mean is still difficult to spread seeing scammers have many ways to find the next victim. If someone can further enhance curiosity and reduce greed, they won't end tragically. They'll do more research and gather information from various parties as much as possible on new coins where suspicious information (if any) won't be included by the scammer in the presentation.

@noorman0 this is very true because I was scammed out here for around $1200, and it was such a basic scam and yet I fell for it. However post my loss I have always made sure to ask questions out here or see threads relating to scam, and thanks to this habit I was able to warn my friends when the electrum wallet scam happened.

Also the site does not work for me, keeps loading badly and majestic seven does not confirm my picks. Anyone have this problem too?
I have experienced this kind of problem with my Chrome browser for PC. you log in after loading for long then after about 30 seconds, you get logged out automatically ... so annoying.
But i now use Firefox, it works fine.

It’s a relief to know that I alone wasn’t facing this issue, but thanks for the tip I’ll try using FJ on Firefox and hopefully it’ll work without any issues. Also I’m surprised to see that no one has shared their predictions yet so I’ll begin and these are my predictions for this week : 1)Bruno 2) Aguro 3) Vardy 4) Aubameyang 5) Salah.
4784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: English Premier League Season: 2019/2020 on: January 31, 2020, 06:13:57 PM
I cannot recall any team ever having this big a lead or even gathering 70 points from a possible 72 or winning 23 and draw 1 of their first 24 EPL games.

This is exceptional hard work by Liverpool.

I think this must be the biggest lead ever at this stage of the season. It’s only January & 19 points, wow.
I think Liverpool will go far in the CL also.

Yes, Liverpool does the whole game perfectly. They are the only team that is unbeaten among the teams in the top five leagues in Europe.

However, the Champions League has a different atmosphere. I'm a bit pessimistic that they will win the CL in a row like what Real Madrid did a few years ago.

I’m a Manchester United fan and I have said it many times to myself this season that if I wasn’t their supporter, I would have definitely supported Liverpool to win the premier league this season. Furthermore I believe that Liverpool will easily win the Champions League too, as no team in Champions League can match Liverpool’s playing standards.
4785  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may hit 27K USD in the next 180 days! on: January 31, 2020, 01:25:30 PM
Tom Lee the Managing Partner at Fundstrat Global Advisors predicted that Bitcoin can reach to 27K USD within 180 days! 180 days means 6 months, so, within July Bitcoin price can hit 27K USD! I am very optimistic with this prediction, this really makes sense! After the Bitcoin halving in May, BTC price may have bullish run to hit 27K USD. What do you think about it?

News source: https://cryptopotato.com/bitcoin-price-could-reach-27000-in-180-days-according-to-tom-lee/

@Tduty how did you beat @bbc.reporter by publishing Tom Lees news you do realise that she has the unofficial right over his news lol, anyway back to the topic I’m hoping his prediction comes true but $27k seems a bit to much in my opinion. Also I would advise you to take his predictions with a pinch of salt, because he’s does not always get them right hence do your own research before taking any decisions.

UK is not bothered

UK will still trade with europe. just like UK trades with america, africa, asia without having to declare themselves as american african or asian.

as for working and living.. many asians and americans live and work in the uk.. and so will europeans.

the big change will be the LAWS. in previous years UK had to use an EU supply chain of certain standards. and in some cases for instance medication. this limited what sourcing of medications the UK could supply hospitals.

some of the limitations were stupid and done just for private profit. but now the UK can start to search out other suppliers that meet UK standards, which many countries will have.

alot of people think that UK will drop alot of standards and start allowing toxic food/medication. but it wont. UK does have high standards and in some ways higher standards than the EU and the UK understand where the EU made stupid rules about standards where the standards were not in question.

yes some things will change but not for the worse. and if you think that we have totally cut off ties with the EU then you are wrong. we survived before 1940's without an EU and we can survive again. the UK is a commonwealth. we have trade ties with other countries such as australia, canada and such. so we are not just a small insignificant island.

but anyway its the 31st of january. i just looked outside my window and it all looks the same. non of the apocalyptic doomsdays have happened.

@franky1 when I saw all the comments in this thread I was going to search for your old answers to quote here, because most of these people don’t know the ground reality like you do, and you have brilliantly summed it up here. Secondly for all the talks relating to trade no one has specifically mentioned Trump and his big trade deals for UK, and when UK has US in it’s corner why would it need to worry about EU trade deals?.

4787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 31, 2020, 07:47:17 AM
^  Careful now...  These 'easy games' are where big clubs make fatal mistakes.  Look at Man City at the EPL.  And Barca isn't exactly invincible this season too.  They've had their share of unexpected losses with the reverse fixture vs Levante being one of them.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Barca this season, they’re not at the sort of level you become accustomed to seeing them at. A few of their main players are past their peak so maybe it’s that. They need a big rebuild.

But we can't deny the fact that they haven't lost a single game at home since 13th November 2018, yes, 14 months unbeaten at home! So maybe the problem is not in team or coach but the mentality of players only. Maybe some kind of phobia have developed when they play outside Camp Nou. Or maybe they have bad away tactics like only attack on counters if not playing at Camp Nou. Or maybe Barca players desperately need fans shouting in support. It can be anything but problem is turning serious.

They have to strictly start following same tactical play both at home and away matches. Also Setien has to develop some gameplan to convert possession into chances. Passing balls hundred times in triangle at half way line doesn't win match, midfielders have to pass balls through defensive line so that front 3 can finish. Also, Griezmann needs to adapt to team as soon as possible. It almost become unbearable to see him standing clueless in off-side position when Messi building attacks.

There’s no doubt that Barcelona have a strong record while playing at home but in recent times they have not been performing well, and I would blame their ex coach Valverde for this as his tactics have ruined the winning mentality that Barcelona once possessed. It’s pertinent to note that Seiten will take a long time to rebuild the players mentality, as it’s not easy to take over a team in the mid season and then suddenly turn them into champions again.

Now the Indian management has no reason to keep players such as Sanju Samson on the bench. India has already won the series, with 2 matches remaining. At least now, they should rest some of their star players and give one or two matches to the youngsters. The argument that "winning combination should never be changed" makes no sense here.

I agree with your thoughts, I am sure new players will be now tested as the series has been won by the Indian team. There is no reason  to keep these players on the bench. Untill they test them they will neve know who will be ready in case of an emergency.

@Vishnu.Reang I would not be surprised if India played the same playing 11, as it gives them a chance to win the series 4 - 0 and then try and whitewash New Zealand by 5 - 0. However with the T20 World Cup coming up it’ll make sense to give other fringe players some valuable experience, and in particular I hope Pant gets to play and reclaim his spot back in the team.

I think united played well tonight and kept city men at bay for while

What do you u think about city??
Is it a confidence crisis or loss of form; they lost so many easy chances

Man.United clearly played ambitiously, in contrast to Man.City, I think Man.City was a bit off guard in the match, even though they were dominant throughout the match but they failed to convert their chances into goals. Luckily Man.united lost the scorer in the match (Matic) due to a red card, if not I think Man.United can score 1 more goal.

Manchester United indeed played very well and what I really liked was Ole swearing at Lingard, and then substituting him which shows that he’s fast loosing patience with Lingard. @3 angle the red card was a horrible decision, and I don’t know what was the referee thinking when he gave it to Matic and even Ole wasn’t happy about it.

Is Bruno Fernandes any good? I haven’t seen him play live, any Portuguese here know much about him? Just seems a bit weird that there didn’t seem to be lots of big clubs after him.

Seems good.
About the number of clubs, the market is strange just look at what happened with Eriksen with only Inter on him with 20m €.
Bruno can be the same thing, only Manchester with money during the winter season.

In the summer also Real was on him.

Anyway.

Giroud will maybe join Lazio.

I feel sorry for giroud, his a top second striker for any club, but this winter he has been tossed around too much

From being linked to spurs, inter milan, and now Lazio

Perhaps the agent work isn't superb??

@LFC_Bitcoin Bruno is a top class player and he’ll set fire to the premier league, and Liverpools head coach Klopp too had praised him as he feared that he would make Manchester United a stronger team. @coinlocket$ I yet can’t believe it that Inter got Eriksen for such a cheap price, in my opinion his actual transfer value should be around $60 - $80 million. @cyptoways121 not sure what’s happening with Giroud because he yet has some playing years left in him, and it’s a shame that Chelsea is intentionally wasting him on the bench.

Hello,
Would love too hear some suggestions on how to make 3USD a day in BTC from the internet. I would like to know what you guys can recommend me, I am looking for many options,
because I would love too see if I can make 3 USD a day, starting from scratch.

I do not have many special talents, but I am willing to listen to tips.

@manbitcoinlover my first suggestion to you is to sell some kind of service to earn money, if you do not have a service to sell then become a reseller of some popular service and sell it here. Secondly you could join Freebitco and other popular PTC sites which pay in bitcoins, and then build a big referrals list and earn from their income. Alternatively you could just join popular casino chats, as you’ll receive lots of free rain just for being an active user in their chats.
4792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee called BITCOIN as a Shitcoin! on: January 30, 2020, 07:02:25 AM

John McAfee, who once anticipated that bitcoin would reach $1 million before the current year's over, has been bashing the main digital money. As per McAfee, bitcoin is a shitcoin.
Based on the progression of his tweets, John bashed bitcoin as he tweeted " “Bitcoin – Old, clunky, no security, no smart contracts, no Dapps – is the true shitcoin.” Although John compliments altcoin and said that we all realize that the fate of crypto rests with the altcoins.

It looks like McAfee contradicts his own statements which prove that he can't even stand for his own words and that makes him a liar. He keeps on insisting that his prediction is going to happen and he even claimed that he's going to eat his own dick on national television if bitcoin won't hit 1 million USD by the end of the year 2020.

John McAfee's prediction isn't deserving of trust since it's clear that he can't even fulfill his promise. It just makes me wonder why he concludes that bitcoin is a shitcoin in spite of it being beneficial and profitable for the past few years. It has given us opportunities to improve our lives that's why it is unreasonably difficult for me to analyze his statements. I mean it's a top one cryptocurrency, it had gain so much trust and reputation. It even overcomes various challenges and problems then now bitcoin is now accepted and adopted by different countries, it was also supported by some government. In the current status of the market, bitcoin is slowly increasing and it might even end up on another bull run. Personally, I think bitcoin isn't a shitcoin, it's one of the most valuable assets that we can have.

https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/01/05/why-mcafee-backed-1-million-bitcoin-2020-prediction/

This guy first ruins his reputation by making outlandish claims about Bitcoin prices, and then suddenly starts bashing bitcoins to appear as a sane person who can lead America, but in my opinion he’s a joke and we all should avoid listening to what he has to say. Furthermore I’m worried about his state of mind, as he has labelled Bitcoin as a shit coin and we all know that Alts are the real shit coin.

I cannot see Federer beating Djokovic eventhough it was some comeback
to save 7 match points

I am thinking Federer will drop out of the tournament before the match. He is not 100% physically at the moment. You could see he had some problems in previous matches and to play against Djokovic you have to be in top form.

That being said, hopefully I am wrong and we will have another classic.

Federer is not young anymore and his time passed.
I don't believe that he can win another GS and also in the last a few years he always had difficulties in matches with Djokovic.
If Djokovic will play another good match than Federer have no chance.
In my opinion this year only Nadal can stop Djokovic, specially in Roland Garros.

Well we are all hoping to see him go against Nadal in the finals in the AO. I can't really remember if they have fought for the crown (forgive me If I'm wrong). Right now, Nadal is a set down against Thiem, but it seems he has regain his old form now so it's really hard to predict but I do hope that Federer and Nadal can face each others in the finals.

Nadal droped out from Thiem, and it will be good match between Thiem and Zverev, i think Thiem will enter final, but cannot see him to beat Djokovic, which will certainly win the match with Federer, he is just to old, tired and now exhausted to beat Djokovic in three/five sets, with two set maybe, but on grand slam i cannot see that

Federer and Nadal had great classic in AO final 2017, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STAFMBSRDJk, Federer won 3:2

Federer vs Djokovic will be a classic match and I’m pretty sure that Federer will stretch Djokovic as hard as he can, but at the end of the day he’ll loose because the latter is a power house and he will not stop till he doesn’t win the match. Further I was disappointed to see that Nadal lost his match against Thiem, because I wanted him to win it and then face Djokovic in the finals.

A world of big money would be nothing without good marketing – but does it always have to be positive? The creator of the cryptocurrency TRON Justin Sun apparently acknowledges that no matter what they say – important that at all..

Read full article on: https://blocktoq.com/crypto-news/kobe-bryant-and-justin-sun-unsportsmanlike-conduct/

Kobe Bryant left us with good memories. As a basketball fan everyone will remember him in great words. Life is short and there are very few who make impact and left in good memories.

I don't think we need to loathe that tweet.
All of Justin Sun's tweets are made about TRON and profiting from them is the prime motive.
And in this tweet, he has just remembered the event where he met with the basketball star and promised to make a remembrance on the next years event.

He was definitely using the death of Kobe Bryant as a sort of publicity and it was totally unwarranted and I think he deserves all the backlash that he got as a result of that tweet. I don't know if he's truly a ripper but one must not take advantage of someone's tragedy for their personal gain. It's totally wrong.

Taking advantage of someone's tragic death, precisely, the one person who has impacted the basketball game, Kobe, and input some of his agenda into his tweets, it's not thought off through. It's going to receive backlash on it. I don't agree with what Justin Sun has done, but it's already out there. It's different when you are just saying it, but aligning it with that kind of background on how you met the person is bizarre.

It could be both purposes, but the critical thing to look at this is the importance of giving value to those who you love, and there's no time like now, right?

I might add that having created a topic about this is also quite unethical just because of the possibility of having more views on the site or something. Maybe the same agenda then? Isn't this how the world works?

I knew Justin coin would never succeed, but I never anticipated that he would stoop so low to get free publicity from the death of a legendary player this is simply horrible. Also this is not the first time he’s played with people’s sentiments remember the time when he planned to meet Buffet for lunch, and then suddenly cancelled his meet because of last minute sickness. In my personal opinion he deserves all the backlash that he’s getting, and hopefully he won’t repeat this kind of stunt again.

Regarding your calling high grossing movies winning Oscars exceptions, well, maybe let's take a closer look at the Best Picture winners from the last 20 years.

Gladiator - $460.5 million

A Beautiful Mind - $313 million

Chicago - $306.8 million

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King - $1.120 billion

Million Dollar Baby - $216.8 million

The Departed - $291.5 million

Slumdog Millionaire - $377.89 million

The King's Speech - $414.2 million

Argo - $232.3 million

Green Book - $323.5 million

As you can see, 10 out of 19 Best Picture winners grossed over $200 million in the box office. So, those cases aren't that exceptional, in fact.
Honestly, grossing $200 million dollars is an alright achievement these days. The big ones start at $500 million and go upwards which is why only 2 movies qualify in this list(Gladiator and Lord of the Rings : Return of the King).

Joker did something monumental indeed and rightfully deserves multiple Oscars, but it will probably only win 1 Oscar(Best actor) which makes sense considering how Phoenix was the heart of the movie. If you are willing to bet on it anyway, I recommend small amounts.

@Hanebu your analysis is correct because $200 millions is not considered a big achievement in today’s date, but I also cannot deny the fact that it takes lots of efforts for films to cross that barrier. Also I disagree with your opinion that Joker will only win one award at the Oscars, because I feel that film deserves to win multiple awards at the Oscar.

I prefer Djokovic to challenge Nadal in the final. Federer is good but he's a little old. He will definitely be overwhelmed to face Djokovic later. Especially if I have to play more than 3 sets. Oh yeah, I don't really understand whether I will continue to look for 3 sets of wins? because all this time I saw this tournament looking for 3 sets of wins in the preliminary round.

Don't you misjudge Federer because we don't know what he could show off in the midst of the game. In fact his moves can really be appreciated in terms of quick targets upon playing the tennis. The performance won't be based on how we perceived on his age, but what's important here was the outcome on his different games and matches with selected great tennis players. I do hope that he's going to match up with different categories which can prove his capabilities even with his age.

Federer is like a fine wine, he gets better with age. I’d love to see him win a couple more Grand Slams before he retires. We’ve been so lucky to witness his career, one of the true greats.

@akmal1984 there’s no doubt that Nadal vs Djokovic will be an epic match if it were to happen, but you cannot rule out Federer just because he’s aged. @aliman @DeathAngel Federer is old but his desire to win matches is yet strong, and if he continues at this rate then I wouldn’t be surprised if he wins one or two Grand Slams before he retires.

Manchester City 4 - 0 Fulham

Tranmere Rovers 0 -6 Manchester United

Shrewsbuty Town 2 - 2 Liverpool

Well, with this being the FA Cup something special had to happen somewhere and Shrewsbury Town being 0-2 down managed to score two goals and take this match to Anfield for a replay. I hope the TV shares of the money and some of gate receipts manage to help smaller clubs especially those several leagues

@JollyGood it was a night of upsets and I yet can’t believe it that Manchester United won 6 - 0 though I have supported Manutd since I started watching football, yet I wanted them to loose their match as that would finally force the board to sack Ole. Also I lost a small bet I had placed on Liverpool because I thought they would not loose or draw any more matches this season, but I was so wrong and I ended up loosing my bet because their match ended in a draw.
