4781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: November 15, 2019, 09:36:02 PM
Acceptance of bitcoin as means of payment or for any transaction daily is not acceptable for now in my country Although I used to pay for any goods and services using fiat however there exist trusted agents that I trade some of my bitcoin to fiat in a swift transaction thus I have no cause to worry about whether some stores or other services accept bitcoin or not I obviously believe that in few years to come bitcoin would be well recognized as an alternative means of payment in my country.
4782  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the halving a catalyst for a Bitcoin price bubble? on: November 15, 2019, 03:37:17 PM
Analyst had always opinionated that price history repeat itself based on two instances about halving of bitcoin mentioned by the OP its obvious the same scenario is going to repeat itself come next year however the bubble might not be instant, this case of the pumping of the price of bitcoin after halving is more of fundamental thus might defies technical analysis based from own point of view thus very difficult to predict the exact period for the bubble.
4783  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why are people of today hates learning? on: November 15, 2019, 02:39:31 PM
based on the evidence they want to learn and without proof they only think of us as rubbish ,it happened to me who was asked by someone like that their interest was only based on money even though I myself business in this industry is a hobby and money is a bonus for me ,it's better to wait the person gets more desire to learn by the way though the lesson is the basis of all life
I also took my time to teach a newbie about bitcoin unfortunately that fellow was always thinking about earning as soon as possible that is the present situation of our youth these days their mindset is about getting or making money at all cost if possible without putting in any effort personally I learnt  every aspect of cryptos without any input from anybody but thanks to the internet and this forum that avails the opportunity for me to learn.
4784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: November 15, 2019, 01:21:51 PM
It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.
I always observed my break in gambling or soccer betting at the end of all european league that is towards the middle of may annually being an ardent soccer lover I have interest in prediction of soccer games especially EPL where I can easily predict some games although I am not a gambling addict even as an habit because I am always cautious of my stakes.
4785  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitgoin is going to moon 1.5.2021 it will hit 236K on: November 15, 2019, 12:04:02 PM
whats ur crazy prediction for near future guys?
i say 16.6-20k tis year,
next year 35-66k
in 2 years 236K

short term:
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/5C0E8dAy-2-golden-crosses-on-dailly-withing-a-year/

long term
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/SBqOc6b2-BTC-will-resume-bull-trend-and-TP-266K/
Your analysis is on point however in most cases the price movement of bitcoin defies technical analysis and is always based on positive fundamentals so the tendency of the reaching your predicted price mark is dicey although bitcoin is obviously very volatile but its movement is hardly predictable, even Tom Lee's prediction is also questionable and unrealistic.
4786  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving Price Prediction $55,000 - $130,000 on: November 14, 2019, 09:24:39 PM
The expected impact due to halving of bitcoin come 2020 would not be impact it may take some time before the expected increase to take place I am of the opinion that it may take effect after six month and the speculated price of $55,000 is more like an exaggeration I would say there would a reasonable pump in the price probably the price would surpass that last ATH in 2017 all these speculations are based on the previous price history
4787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters do not need to wait for altcoin season on: November 14, 2019, 08:31:24 PM
Earning meaningful or worthy amount of tokens while bounty hunting has became a thing of the past this is solely attributed to the unfavorable conditions of the crypto market. however a wise hunter should select a good project with a future potential while waiting for the greenish days ahead that is when  the market would have retain it bullish sentiment invariably results to pumping of that particular token, the state state of the market had not really encourage bounty hunting.
4788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Things You like To learn on: November 13, 2019, 07:03:59 PM
For all of you who follow various content creators to Crypto?

what are 3 elements or pieces of information you like to see?

That the content creators may be missing out?

What would you like to see?

What would make you generate interest towards a specific content creator?

With the interest of people relating to what they look out for when reading a particular crypto created content, people have their own preferences in terms of what they want to read.  Personally, I will be very happy when I see content creators creating articles that will help people to really understand the true nature and purpose of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency as a whole. I feel that people don't really understand the use and purpose of cryptocurrencies. Once total understanding is achieved, adoption will be much easier and faster...
I want to learn more about trading because this is the way that they can earn a lot of money although almost all of the techniques to earn here is profitable but I want to be intelligent in terms of trading. Also I want to learn investing very well, because all I know is that you choose a particular campaign or project and you are one of the supporters in terms of tokens, meaning you are buying tokens to them and wait for the right time that the particular campaign will be successful, but it is now hard to choose a project that deserves our support.

everyone wanna learn to trade can learn it by trial and error which i guess most of us are doing and have lost amount of money because of it. there is just not much that is taught to us by the people who claimed to be gurus. the only tutorials you will find are the howto's like how to use the indicators.

what i'd like to learn and this is exciting for me is where will the direction of the adoption start. will the government backed stablecoins going to be platforms as well or just a store of value. if adoption has to start like how china is doing and can they force the other countries to trade with them with digital currencies.

Trading is also one of major priority now I want to diversify from being a hodler of crypto to a trader although I am not a fan of Bot I prefers trading manually ie study the chart with a few indicators and then place a trade with appropriate stop loss and take profit while using a good money management to control my risks all these I wanted to learn in addition to my day Job, although its not easy to accomplished but with time, dedication and commitment I hope to put all my resources together to achieve this aim.
4789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Counted Or Estimate All Your Losses And.... on: November 13, 2019, 04:40:13 AM
I wouldn't bother to estimate the amount of money I lost in gambling my losses is gone for good or bad I don't care I just look forward for another betting opportunities to cover up for the losses else I stay aside, counting those losses could be a source of worry and can lead to health challenge thus I tried to avoid that, moreover I only gamble with the amount of money I can afford to lose lowering my risk to the minimum thus my worries would be lesser.
4790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to learn bitcoin trading? on: November 13, 2019, 02:14:18 AM
There is a lot of information to learn since you are beginning, and i can't share all the links here. I was just like you before i started out trading.
The best resource i would recommend is Youtube.

I'm just found out also and why some traders are using youtube about how to start in trading.
Ill think because of this need more viewers and subscribers, We all know if we are have on that we can get more money in you tube.
But if the tutorial are worth maybe it depends on us if we want to subscribe or not.

I'm just suggest must pick those most basic trading tutorial and then back in a market and try to trade if this works or not.
In addition you must endeavor to practice the bitcoin trading strategy you had adopted from the internet this can be done by registering with a crypto stimulator site, this will provide an avenue where you can trade using a virtual currency i.e not real crypto provided by the platform just to gain some experience after making profits consistently thereafter you can decide to trade live with a reputable exchange.
4791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Loan app on: November 12, 2019, 04:50:55 PM
Just find a way out of your problem, that is find a job to pay off your load just approach your loaner and make arrangement with them to settle your debt suicide is never an option think about your dependent relatives who look on you, more so i believed in a bid to repay your loan quickly that is why you had resorted to gambling thus losing your fund and being subjected to a precarious situation always remember 'when there is there is hope'.
4792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best time for promoting bounty projects on: November 12, 2019, 11:10:03 AM
The best time to promote bounties are on altcoins season ,if you are tired of one delay after the other just quit till altcoins season returns ,this is the reason why 2017 was the best year for bounty hunters
There is no other better season for bounty campaign but now although we may say the market might have not been too favorable now however its better to research and participate in bounties with a good project, the rainy days is ahead we are have positive news that would spear head or triggers the pumping of major cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum next year invariably pumps the altcoin a hunter had been promoting.
4793  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Halving Effect??? on: November 12, 2019, 06:28:37 AM
Here's a three month chart showing the drop in price.
https://i.postimg.cc/ydz8sLYT/LTC-Halving-Effect.jpg
From analytical point of view the pumping might not take effect suddenly It may take some before the halving effect come to play recalled the last halving of bitcoin it took the price more than 500 days before the price pumped to ATH I believed litecoin also need some time for the price to pump to ATH and also the price effect of halving of bitcoin next year may be instant or it may take some time before it come the price pumps to another ATH.
4794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What have been some of your biggest losses/mistakes and successes with trading? on: November 12, 2019, 04:36:07 AM
Any interesting stories to pass the time while we wait for the next boom?

I made a dumb mistakes way back 2017. Well I don't think I had to blame myself by that time. I wasn't yet knowledgeable when it comes to market fluctuations, bull run, and other stuff. What comes into my mind during 2017 is that marker will be all going out and would never stop at 20,000 USD. But after that it was just like a dust, got drop down and as well my btc which I suddenly buy because of the market changes.
I also read many fundamental news then in 2017 during the peak price of bitcoin that bitcoin would reach $50,000 the popular terminology then was HODL having the impression that bitcoin is would continue its bullish trending till the speculated price, I just hodl however the price nosedived thus dumped, out of panic and fear I sold I had learns a lesson.
4795  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 12, 2019, 03:24:06 AM
I am contended with bitcoin I have no any reason to use Libra being a centralized crypto, likewise majority of other crypto enthusiasts would also share my own view, although that does not mean that Libra would be dead on arrival, of course it entry into crypto sphere would be a welcome development and competes with other crypto apart from bitcoin after all XRP is another centralized crypto that has been in the system for long and striving hard to be relevant the system.
4796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 11, 2019, 06:28:40 PM
Do you think that with this win, Liverpool is much closer to the winning a title?

I don't think so, season is just heating up, there will be a lot of surprises still. Otherwise i think LP is looking very good this season, and Man City not so good. Not sure if they are washed up or what.
The fact that Liverpool has been superb in EPL this season does not mean that they had seal the title or close to winning it, the league had not reach half and nobody can predict what is going to happen in the next three months though they are sitting at the top of the table comfortably with nine point any flop or string of losses is going to spell doom for their title aspiration.
4797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: November 11, 2019, 04:18:49 PM
We should not undermine this campaign of buying bitcoin if this the tactics geared toward enabling bitcoin gain more adoption thus trigger the upcoming bull well its a welcome development obviously this is like a reminder to all crypto enthusiasts that the bull would surely come however nobody can predict the exact time and period, it always ring in my mind that I should just continue buy if the opportunity arises and accumulates as many bitcoin as possible no matter how small it is now.
4798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do? on: November 11, 2019, 02:56:23 PM
There is nothing much we can do than to be conscious of anything that you want to invest your money into. This is cryptocurrency and it is not being regulated which means there is no law in place that will checkmate the activities of projects owners.
That is why every ICO investor should be very conscious of any of their action thus putting whatever investment made at a very high risk, although few years ago during the bullish period of crypto market a lot of ICOs investor made a lot of profits then scam ICOs were very few however with the turn of event vis-a -vis the turn down of the market had prompted many ICOs to capitalized on that situation thus collected investors funds and ran into thin air without trace knowing that cryptos are unregulated.

Lots of missed and close chances and the handball -_
The handball is what a lot of people will be talking about for a very long time, for me it was two givable penalties, why it wasn't given is what I don't know, I think the footballing body needs needs to address this issue of handball, when is it and when it's not, because there are games you'll watch and that's two penalties for two handballs, but yesterday there was nothing doing from the referee and VAR, that's inconsistent.
I choose Fabinho one.  Cool
It definitely was Fabinho's, his strike was so clean, though the handball by Arnold few seconds before was the only blemish, but the goal stood, and it indeed would be amongst the goals of the season.
Well I would say the referee is in the best position to tell us why he didn't gave man city a penalty or call the attention of VAR after a clearly visible handball by ARNOLD not penalizing arnord for that infringement, coincidentally it was that counter attack that resulted into Liverpool first goal, some weeks ago a clear fowl on Origi also resulted to the goal scored by Rashford these are issues that need to be addressed what is the purpose of VAR? although Liverpool were really on top of their game yesterday with that stunning shot by Fabinho.
4800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The CEO of Twitter held a Bitcoin Meetup! on: November 11, 2019, 04:39:53 AM
God bless twitter CEO while the Central bank governor of Nigeria's apex bank is still confuse and hypocritical about bitcoin, here bitoin is making thousands rich in my country and notable personalities associating wth traders in Nigeria. My Central bank is a classified scam.
I am happy that CEO of twitter is spreading the gospel of bitcoin globally and his coming to Nigeria really shows he is aware about there are huge numbers of bitcoin users and sees the potential effects of having more adopters or hodlers based on the huge population of Nigeria, as for the Central banks Governor I believed he is trying to discouraged the use of bitcoin having considered it decentralized feature whereas he can't control or ban it.
