This does't determine that this project will succeed quickly by achieving Softcap. There hasn't been an ICO for quite a long time that actually was successful in raising the hard cap or do you have any example from recently? For now it is very difficult to see projects that have achieved hardcap easily and at a fast time because investors are more silent or just looking at the projects they visit because of the declining price of Bitcoin and scammers. Or another reason could be that on average many of the projects are just asking for way too much money. It took a long time to raise a large amount of funds, with a good concept to attract investors, if only investors were interested, the funds would be collected quickly. Yes, if only they were interested, but you can't blame the investors, you must blame the projects for not creating something investors are interested in.
