Updates as of today:
I have 3 withdrawals from Jan 9. Status in Cryptopia is "Complete" but nothing in my wallet. I am running the github wallet v4.2.2.0 (latest version).
Here are the people in this thread reporting deposit or withdrawal issues since Jan 1: Xdragon - deposits not received on cryptopia Jan 3 (page 75) DuvajBalone - ditto (page 76) Sash_lav - ditto (page 76) Mike1983 - ditto (page 76) nonny12 - withdrawal not received (page 76) moonstruck - ditto (page 76) arielbit - ditto Jan 6 (page 79) worldwide_wes - ditto Jan 9 (page 79) khage - ditto Jan 10 (page 80) benbutton - ditto Jan 7 (page 80) TTE - ditto Jan 10 (page 80) chiwalfrm - ditto Jan 9 (page 80) *pendula032 - ditto Jan 11 (page 80) *ylpkm2 - ditto Jan 11 (page 81) - says missing 10 withdrawals from Jan 11 but one from Jan 12 worked. *sikosomatik - ditto Jan 8 (page 82) *moonstruck - deposits missing Jan 15 (page 82)
* = newly added
I just saw all of these posts where people are having issues with Cryptopia withdrawal which lead me to check my withdrawal. I sent 52 BIS from Cryptopia to my wallet on Jan 08 2018 and haven't received it in my wallet yet. I checked the block explorer too, nothing there. I'll issue a support ticket ASAP.

The dead connection is the only hurdle. Obviously, you can solo mine any coin. Make sure you have configured the wallet conf file properly and opened the rpc port necessary for connection. If you still face any issues, I'll recommend a google search on how to solo mine a coin and the configurations necessary in the local network.

Yes, that is correct as of now. Until and unless someone else discovers a way to produce more hashrate in other algorithms. Vega still performs pretty good but not worth the price as difficulty has caught up.

Hey guys, first mining rig here. I'm running SMOS. I only have one GPU connected right now and this is the error I'm receiving. I'm trying to mine ZEN. Right now I have 3 GTX 1080s, waiting on the 3 1070 TI's to arrive. I've spent hours trying to figure this out and getting no where. Any advice greatly appreciated. -D
The driver doesn't recognize the GPU. You'll have to update the driver to sort this issue out.

A Samsung VGA is more than capable to perform 30-31 MH/s single mining and added 800 MH/s DCR dual without any ETH hashrate loss. Google and find a good BIOS for your GPU, you will have to try a few before finding the best one for your GPU. Hit memory clock to 2150-2200 and core to 1200, Undervolt to 875 mV. Use Blockchain drivers and you will be good to go.

Take around 10% off from the calculators at the minimum. As there are so many factors in play, the numbers of profit can change anytime.

Above 70C is not that bad but not that good either. I guess 60-70C is the good temps, the lower the temps the better it is. Anyway, add -cvddc 900 in claymore bat file and don't do MSI undervolting. You'll see better results.

You won't need 8 GB of RAM, 4GB will do just fine. Get some more risers as risers will be the only issue 90% of the time, so keeping some in spare will save you a lot of time.

Oh, if you're using multipool system then I don't think the above command will work. You'll need to have claymore miner for it to work, anyway just give it a try and see if you can reach better hashrates.

Did you check which PCIe slot is causing this issue? Try re-installing OS, blockchain drivers and patch the drivers. If it doesn't fix the issue. There might be a problem with the hardware.
1) Use custom strap for bios modding. 2) Use blockchain drivers. 3) Undervolt clock voltage to 850/875 and leave memory voltage untouched. The above will get you 29 MH/s with 700W total power consumption.
Did you bios mod according to the memory vendor of the GPU? Did you installed blockchain drivers which fixed DAG hashrate issue? Did you memory overclock the cards? Are you running latest instance of Claymore miner?
Crank up the mem clock as much as you can without hitting stability issues. Downclock core clock by -150 or -200 and power limit to 65 to 70.

The profit is not proportional to the number of workers in the pool or the hashrate of the pool. The higher the hashrate of the pool, the more frequent it is to find a block, consistent rewards. The lesser the hashrate of the pool, less frequent is to find a block, a few rewards in a day but big amounts. At the end, the coins mined will be nearly the same in any case.
Decrease the overclock of the GPU which is causing issues. Try this and post your results.
Add this syntax to your claymore bat file. "-dcri 30" With this, you'll be able to hash at the best possible speeds for both coins. Experiment with this value by increasing or decreasing it by 1 and find the best setting.

An important notification to miners:
There is a chain problem with the pool - "PoolodD32th", so I advise anyone mining at that pool to switch to other pools which are in the correct chain.
Here are the listed pools in the correct chain: https://arcpool.com/ https://minerion.com/ http://pool.ddclub.org/
As of now, global POW hashrate is about 412 GH/s in the above pools in total.

GTX1060 will range from 250-300 Sol/s. GTX1070 will range from 430-450 Sol/s. GTX1070ti/1080 will range from 470-500 Sol/s. GTX1080ti will range from 700-750 Sol/s. Now, according to your local prices, calculate the best possible scenario to hit 1200 Sol/s with least amount of price.

As you are using GTX1060s, before overclocking you should be aware of the memory manufacturer, i.e. - Samsung, Micron, Hynix. Each memory type can hit up to +150 core clock without any issues but its a totally different scenario when it comes to memory OC. Samsung can do +800 to +900 without any issues. Micron can do +450 to +500. Hynix can do +100 to +150. (Above results are according to my testing)
As it is smOS, the issue is hard to find. Anyway, I'll recommend you to try nvOC, it is also a Linux Distro built specifically for Nvidia GPU mining rigs. Give it a try and I'm sure that your problem will be solved by it.

Where do you mine that? Do you keep it or sell it and grab something else?
You can check BitcoinZ ANN thread for additional information. They have a list of pools which you can choose from.
