As much as I agree with your portfolio , investing all your hard earned savings is not a good decision. always remember invest only what you can afford to lose or you'll end up broke or homeless. Back to your choices , those coin are already establish why not invest in some coin that has more potential to grow?

For some couple of days now, the price of bitcoin has been between 10k - 11k (which i actually thought would take a support at the said range).
Knowing now that it has gone below, what is your take on the current situation.
Bitcoin obviously was over hyped last year and price grew up ridiculously , this correction was no brainer and was expected after a bull run. But bitcoin price is always heading up so hold and set your expectations lower. |

my top trading platform would be , 1st. Poloniex I traded first here and got no problem about their system, 2nd. Bittrex good volume and easy to use, 3rd binance larger volume and obviously more people are using it now, 4th cobinhood free fee.

This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning
been there! I was exactly like this back when I was starting trading, as much as I dont want to check it every now and then I cannot resist it, as I was amazed by the first profit I made but after a day or 2 bitcoin dropped and ended up selling my bitcoin at loss. what a terrible feeling. |

I know this is a old topic but again in the current state of bitcoin I would rather hold it for now, or distribute it by buying some altcoin. Obviously if you hodl your bitcoin til now you gotten some nice profit.

easy to tell to sell high and buy low, the question is when is the right time to buy it? Do we have a concrete idea on when to buy low? no one could predict the lows but we could set our highs by setting limit on when to sell your coins for profit. As for me I prefer doing research first if that coin did some ICO will research about it's price during the ico , circulating supply and market cap to have some idea of growth.

Ethereum rise was no surprise the demand of it will sum up everything, it's just beginning to rise as I believe it could reach as high as 1500 to 2000 this year with the introduction of DAICO this could pump eth a little bit higher, and eth is cheaper and faster in terms of payment method.

really depends on a project, my highest earning was CanYa got 10k usd out of it from making blogs and articles. Lowest I got was 90$ in a project so it's a game of luck too, as some campaigns pay high and some give you a piece.

like everyone above me is saying yes it's possible takes time and patience for that, not a fan or ripple though and wondering why people would consider buying one since it's centralized would break the cause of blockchain as decentralized.

Most people invest and sell for faster profits, some people sell out of panic. We can't blame them for that, as market is very volatile many people would tend to panic sell than wait, other people set goal price and sell everything if they hit that certain goal. Holding is not for everyone.

The right thing to do is stop promoting this suspected scam bounties, research for facts cause I've seen a lot of project branded as scam by butt hurt people but ended as a good project. We needs facts not FUDs. If proven scams then spread awareness to other people as much as possible.

It's a good experience doing both, trading is quite risky and time consuming, but profit is good if you know what you're doing but also you can lose some too. Holding is the best option if your have the patience to wait for the right time on when to sell it.

If your not planning in trading them better kept it in your own wallet with your own private keys on it, it's much safer and risk free. In exchanges nobody can tell when that specific exchange will get into some trouble or problem and risking your coins with them.
