Of shores ICOs I think will be the next ICO. Or developers find the third world of ICOs. Chinese and Korean are not the biggest market, I agree. ICO will make more regulated in the future to avoid scam projects. I think that is a good news. That's the point. These rules meant to reduce the number of scam projects. Just like what Russia has stated, no ordinary people will be privileged to start a fundraising so that people who want to start fundraising need to be at least become "extraordinary" by achieving something and gaining their trusts. I bought my NEO at the price of $34 two weeks ago, I was surprised that it took a deep dip yesterday at the rate of $21. I was so shocked but I have faith that it will bounce back in time when the issue about ICO's are over. I am actually buying again since when it comes to investing in stocks or crypto, it is always buy low and sell high even if I am a HODL type of person.
I don't think so dude,, because I think the NEO is one of the most severely affected projects of Chinese government policy that prohibits ICO sorry to hear that. but I think it'will be hard time for NEO. maybe they will have more plan for NEO without ICO |

Is there a dev team working on this still and if so are there any new features planned for it?
There was some news in the DOGE reddit page about new developments coming soon - but I lost the link, and I've completely forgotten what was planned (so I'm not too much help). Somebody posted it on here a few pages back. DOGE price has taken a bit of a hit today Ya. I hear about doge 2.0 or something like that. but don't known is the dev making another doge coin or a big update |

i am waiting for btc pumping too like other people. we need to break $49xx and i think this is the hardest thing that we need to break. maybe in next september, we can reach $5000 or more if there is more people attracting with bitcon and they are using bitcoin. for people which is not yet buying bitcoin, i think they can buy now before the price is increase too high.
