481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the coins after your death ? on: August 07, 2021, 10:24:55 PM
As far as I know, our coins are just gone if they didn't share the private information with anyone before we die. Because there is no other way to recover the necessary information that is needed to access a wallet. I know that it is frustrating but we must keep the wallet information somewhere safe and easy to remember.
482  Economy / Speculation / Re: 50K on the way and I am Still Alive on: August 07, 2021, 04:04:16 PM
$50k is on the way and I think that there is not much time left for it to happen. It already got past $44k today and I think this was a some kind of sign. It wouldn't be surprising to see Bitcoin price over $45k very soon. After that, I still expect the run to continue.
483  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: August 07, 2021, 04:00:12 PM
Money and happiness are related in some way actually. Maybe money can't buy happiness but it can help the happiness level increase. For example, when we are paid or when we win the lottery, we become much happier than before. Because we can get the things we want thanks to this. And it is very important for people to be able to buy what they'd like.

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12374494/romelu-lukaku-chelsea-and-inter-milan-locked-in-transfer-talks-for-belgium-striker

This source says that Chelsea are insisting on a player + cash deal for Romelu Lukaku. But Inter want a cash only deal. Chelsea have actually enough money to meet Inter's demands but they don't want to spend that much I think. Maybe it's because they want to sign some other players in this transfer window also.
485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 07, 2021, 03:43:15 PM
It is said that Real Madrid have prevented their 22-year-old midfielder Martin Odegaard from joining Arsenal. Because Toni Kroos has got injured and they need Odegaard right now. The new season is starting on August 14 for Real Madrid. But Toni Kroos is expected to return on October 1.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand that you are making a mistake? on: August 06, 2021, 09:58:14 PM
I've actually done something before that matches this definition. I made some investment into meme coins just to try my luck. In a short term, I made some good profit and sold them. After that, I still kept having some money in these coins. But this time, most of them crashed and I made an important amount of loss. But in total, I'm still in profit a little.  Grin  So, I say that fortunately I made those investments.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Bullish At The Moment on: August 06, 2021, 09:51:11 PM
I think this is nothing different than a bull run. Bitcoin price is still climbing and it has reached $43.2k today. And the market is all green right now. It seems to me like this bull run or good rally will continue for a long time. Bitcoin price got stuck at $30k for a long time period and now it's time to witness a huge increase.

And finally it is official! Manchester City have signed Aston Villa's 25-year-old player Jack Grealish for €120m (£100m). He has signed a six-year contract with the team. I guess that the team are quite delighted with this signing. And they will hope it not to be in vain. Jack Grealish is definitely going to be under pressure. Let's see if he will handle this nicely.

I already believed that this hiring would take place, it only lacked the official announcement.
100 million euros... in fact paid a "good value", football is surprising us more and more.

Moving on to another matter, Messi left Barcelona after 17 seasons and countless goals.
Will he go to City too? They haven't signed any strikers for this season yet, but I doubt they still have any money after this Grealish signing.

I'm not sure about Messi going to Manchester City. Because I've heard that Guardiola made a statement like Messi is not in their plans for now. He said that Grealish got the number 10 and they wouldn't make any changes about this. It was sad to hear. But I still hope that maybe they can change their mind and make a contract offer to him.

The biggest candidate to go is seeming like PSG now. That would be great also as there are Neymar and Mbappe there. However, there are still some speculations about Mbappe that he will be leaving this summer.

Inter have rejected Chelsea's €100m offer for Romelu Lukaku. But it seems like Chelsea won't be giving up on him soon. They are preparing to make a bigger offer. Inter chairman is already not too eager to sell Lukaku to any club. So this will be a quite hard deal for Chelsea to end successfully. It's also said that Lukaku wouldn't say no to going back to Chelsea. Let's see what the coming days will bring us.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 06, 2021, 09:31:59 PM
It looks like Aguero is really mad that Messi has officially left the club. He has come to Barcelona for Messi. And now it looks like Aguero wants to leave also. I wonder whether they will be able to calm Aguero and keep him at the club. But I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves still.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of crypto on: August 06, 2021, 02:51:11 PM
Banning crypto mining is not the certain solution for putting crypto into big trouble. This may just affect the prices of cryptocurrencies, nothing more than that. And besides, I don't think that all of the governments would like to ban crypto mining. Because this activity has advantages for a country also.
492  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it easier to HODL if you are already rich? on: August 06, 2021, 02:40:28 PM
If you are a rich person, then you don't need to worry about your long term investments. Because you are already rich and you wouldn't be very unhappy if you even lose some amount of money you have. I'm saying this assuming that you don't invest most of your savings. If you do such thing, then there is no difference between being rich and being poor.
493  Economy / Speculation / Re: At last at last, bitcoin increase more than $41,000 on: August 05, 2021, 09:02:31 PM
You will continue to be happy even more when you see that the price has started to climb again. It was taking a break for some days. But it seems like this has already changed. Now, we see it around $41k again. This could mean that the price could reach even a bigger level than $42k in a short time. And it wouldn't be very hard to see $50k soon also.
494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 05, 2021, 08:58:29 PM
I don't know how much money Manchester City still have after signing Jack Grealish for a great deal of money. €120m is absolutely too much. And I believe that it is a quite high price for a player like Jack Grealish. I don't mean that he is a bad player but he is not perfect either.

Now, this could mean also that Harry Kane transfer wouldn't happen in this transfer window. But let's see what they will say or do about this.

496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 05, 2021, 08:46:57 PM
I believe that this season will be even more exciting compared to the last one. Because Nets will finaly be able to play without having their important players injured. Of course, there is no guarantee for them not to get injured again. And Lakers have strengthened their squad by signing Russell Westbrook. He wasn't so great in the last season. But maybe he can shine again at Lakers.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: August 05, 2021, 02:09:39 PM
Actually there is always a possibility for some altcoin to replace Bitcoin in the future. Maybe it will be one of the altcoins that are already in the market now or it will be a completely new one that will be released in the future. Bitcoin is not an invincible cryptocurrency. It's just too powerful compared to others. By saying powerful, I mean that the dominance and the number of places that it's used in.
498  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin August 2021 Target? on: August 05, 2021, 02:03:18 PM
It hasn't been a long time that we entered this month. My prediction about the highest price we can see in this month is $45k. I don't expect a very quick increase in the price in the coming days. I think that it will be a gradual increase. But after the summer, things could start to change and we can literally see the bull market returning.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you protect your Bitcoin from market volatility? on: August 05, 2021, 01:57:23 PM
These are good advices that you have given. But is it really possible to protect all of our coins from the market volatility? I don't think that such thing is ever possible. We must be very lucky to make it. Because nobody knows what can happen in this market in the future. But if we are aware of what to do, we can decrease the money we lose at least.
500  Economy / Speculation / Re: What have changed in BTC price on: August 04, 2021, 10:08:58 PM
I think that it is still early to say that 2021 is the Bitcoin adoption year. We still have 5 months to go until the end of this year. And we don't know at what rate Bitcoin adoption will continue in the rest of the year. For example, Tesla is said to be starting to accept Bitcoin as a payment method again soon. This could help the adoption in a positive way.
