The decision totally depends on your goals and the market situation.
If you joined ICO for speculative profit - you probably should sell the tokens when their price is high. (just watch the price situation carefully).

With so many ICOs coming around it can be hard to decide. I believe it's important to make your own decision : not just to follow hype, you know (though in ICO field hype is a sign of success  Take time and make your own investigation: read the whitepaper attentively, ask questions to the team and see how they'll react, review the team background. Also, I can suggest you overlooking ICO listings sites. There are many of them where experts can give their opinion or rate the project. That also helps |

Well, if it's about long term investing - I believe the best choice is to invest in a project rather than simply buy their coins for trading later on. Find the sphere, field that you personally believe and like, review several projects there (there are lots of factors to consider - product, team, the market, communication & marketimg) and make your own choice
